Food is very tasty, prices are very reasonable. Machine has YouTube on it. Servers were very friendly. Will definitely be back! Really happy that a private room karaoke place opened up in LIC c: The pricing works like this: there’s an hourly charge for the entire room depending on the time ($60/hr after 8pm). You then have however much money you pay for the room in food & drink credit. For example: if you reserve 3 hours, it’ll be $180, and then you have $180 to spend towards the food & drink for free (any amount over $180 you’ll have to pay for). The food itself is really tasty. I really liked the beef and lamb skewers ($15 each), and the beef fried rice ($25). Soju is $15 per bottle. It is pretty expensive, but because you get the food and drink credit, I found it pretty reasonable. In terms of the music system, there’s a giant touch screen on the wall that supports several languages. You can search a database of songs, or you can also play YouTube videos. Not every YouTube video is available though (for some reason)! In terms of the ambiance, it felt very cool walking in. The rooms are very nice and quite spacious, even the small room. They even have a private bathroom inside! Everything is very clean. Please note that they just opened, so there may be some issues. But the servers were very friendly and super nice, so I didn’t mind! They’re running a promotion where if you reserve for 3+ hours you get an *additional* $50 food only credit on top of what you get normally. This is how it was explained to me, but there was some confusion over the POS system. We figured it out eventually!

Front desk staff was weirdly antagonistic towards my group. They also were unwilling/unable to clearly explain their policy to us. We asked for any availability on 1-2 hr slots and they kept saying the only option was for 6 hrs. We tried to ask but they wouldn't explain why and acted like we offended them with that question. We ended up leaving just confused by the whole encounter. +2 stars bc the atmosphere was nice and maybe if the staff was different we would've had a better experience.

The place itself was clean, bathroom in each room was a nice touch. Service was awful. Brought drinks with no cups. When we asked for cups and ice, the man was visibly annoyed. Food was mediocre at best. The worst part of the night was when this little female staff kept speaking to my friend like we were asking her to move mountains. Then as we were exiting and getting ready to settle the bill… this little rude female yelled to get our attention and demanded aggressively that tip was not optional. As if we were going to walk out without tipping. This staff at this spot needs to start by getting on the same page and getting some training on customer service before they start losing customer.

Hosted my 28th birthday here, I’ve never written a review before but this place deserves it. Their karaoke system is one of the best any of my other guests have seen. The entire place was such an amazing vibe and shoutout to the servers, they were extremely attentive. Their packages/ price system as well where we pay for the room till close but we get that amount in food and drink credit is just the icing on the cake. Thank you guys!

Went here for a holiday party. The place itself is great, the selections weren't much but atleast they had youtube connected so if you can't find what you're looking for on the regular song book then you can go find a karaoke version on YouTube. Heat/cold was busted when we got there so we had to open the door to have air circulate from time to time, that part wasn't a great experience but everything else was fine.

Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! Celebrated my friend’s birthday here last weekend and honestly had to come leave a review because the experience was that good. The room fee turns into full credit toward food and drinks. Clean & new!!

We visited this place two days before Thanksgiving and were told it was newly opened, but the experience was very disappointing. First, we placed a large order, yet they completely forgot to serve our beverages. When we asked for a refund, they refused and claimed they were unable to process refunds, which is clearly untrue. Second, the service quality was inconsistent. While a few staff members were polite, others had very poor attitudes. One staff member named Jason was especially unprofessional—he spoke rudely to my friends and even told them to “go to hell,” which is completely unacceptable. Overall, the food and service did not meet expectations. We would recommend going to Flushing instead of this location.

Really enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was great, the rooms were clean, and the music setup was awesome. The staff were all super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Great place for a chill night out or a small celebration!

Since they have a promo going on we got good credit equivalent to the amount we spent on the room! For the medium room it's $40/hr and up to 15 people fits. The room had its own bathroom! Food and drinks are definitely pricey but since we had credit we tried a couple things. The fried chicken was like popcorn chicken and was actually hella good. Fries are pretty basic but was definitely fresh. Karaoke has YouTube option available. Overall a great karaoke place in the LIC area!

Had such a great time here! The decor and lighting create an awesome vibe--super cool atmosphere. The food was good (we just had some sharable bites), and the soju kept flowing all night. We had a party of like 15 and honestly, the price was super reasonable! Definitely worth it -- will be back!
