This Afters Ice Cream is in a great location in the Victoria Gardens mall. Their customer service is great, as they want to help you as soon as you walk in. I’m not too crazy about the Cookie Monster but I can’t recall the flavor I had last time that I enjoyed. Store was clean and welcomed me and my dog. Happy to see they have frozen treats for my dogs!!😍🫶🏼🐾🐶

I have a dairy allergy (not a lactose intolerance) and they had a dairy free option that was absolutely delicious and not either a basic vanilla or chocolate or an overly sweet sorbet targeted towards children with steering sweet tooths. Their vegan chocolate chip was amazing and highly recommend

New to us, Ice Cream shop with out of this Galaxy flavors. When I say flavors, I have never had a Strawberry CHOCOLATE chip like Afters. Many other very unusual tastes to be had here. If you haven't tried this place, get there ASAP!

All flavors are great. Got the cookie monster and ube brownie! Pistachio and cookie butter were great as well

Afters Ice Cream is a clean, friendly spot with a wide array of unique flavors. Their mango sorbet is a must-try, and I appreciate their late closing hours. With shakes, floats, and ice cream cakes they offer, it's a top choice for a sweet treat any time of day. Great experience overall!

Afters ice cream is always unique, but at this location, specifically, we have always gotten really fantastic service. As far as atmosphere goes, I’m more referring to all the opportunities outside the actual store for you to enjoy your ice cream, but this is still a great place to go get some yummy stuff.

My sons and I tried Afters Ice Cream for the first time today and we love it!! The ice-cream was so delicious!! We will certainly be returning to try more flavors and sweet treats🥰

Afters Ice Cream is a small ice cream shop at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. We came to this place a couple of times. There’s no seating arrangement inside of this place. They have a tiny space to stand and eat. However, there are lots of outdoor seating areas outside of this place at Victoria Gardens, so you don’t have to be worried about it. They have a large variety of ice cream like Ube Brownie, Triple C’s, Cookie Butter, Cookie Monster, Jasmine Milk Tea, Madagascar Vanilla, Salty Oreo, and so on. Their ice cream is good but the price is really high comparing to the other ice cream places (example: Baskin-Robbins, Bruster’s) in Rancho Cucamonga. Their overall service is quite good.

Very nice variety of flavors, there will definitely be something for everyone. Friendly and kind service. Well kept and clean. Smiled and greeted upon arrival . Family and friends really enjoyed Afters ice cream. Will definitely come back soon to try other flavors.

We are done ordering from this store. When we want a sweet treat we order from Door Dash and this store can NEVER get the simplest order correct. We have given them opportunities to regain our business but the staff is incompetent and cannot pack up a correct order. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Greeted with smiles. Long line but moves quickly. No indoor seating but plenty in the courtyard outside of the shop. Great line up of flavors

I had ice cream here yesterday. The matcha berry was so good ! It was very busy but the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were a large group and they were so patient with us and with answering our questions. I will come back again

Honestly I suggest you go to the chino hills location because not only are the employees nicer , but their utilities work too . The Afters in Victoria gardens , this one , doesn't even have a working blender so couldn't make my milkshake for me . They are an ice cream place that offers milkshakes and yet the blender is broken and when I asked when they would get it fixed , the guy just shrugged and had no real answers for me . I tipped them because maybe it will go toward them buying a new blender .

This place was fabulous! Needed a little sweetness after dinner and this place looked yummy! The guys at the front were friendly and helped me find the non-dairy option. (Not by choice, I love ice cream - but my body doesn't) My wife got the cookie butter ice cream in a waffle cone and loved it. I got the chocolate chip cookie (plant based) with Oreo topping....sooooo goooood. I just wish the place was closer! Go try them.

Stopped by on Saturday, 01/27/24. This was my mom's first time trying so wanted to let her taste Afters! I ordered the following, and we dined in: Triple Scoop (Mango Sorbet, Saigon Coffee, & I forgot the name of the other flavor but it tasted like raspberry with cookie dough - limited edition) = $9.75 My mom specifically loved the Mango Sorbet while I enjoyed the Saigon Coffee. Scoops are enormously huge. Can't finish all 3 scoops by yourself. Several outdoor seatings outside.

Ice cream was tasty, I was however surprised by the price. It was a great little surprise for my kiddos though. Only 4 stools inside to sit down though so with the cold weather I was happy to snag the four stools lol Again, tasty ice cream seemed a little over priced though.

All the workers are horrible, a lot of arrogant jerks that scoff every time someone dare to browse the ice cream options. Went with a few friends, weren't even in there for two minutes before a female staff member got irritated and said "are you going to order something??". I get it if there was a rush in the shop or we were asking for a bunch of samples but we didn't bother the staff for any samples and no one else was in line. Ice cream is great but I wouldn't pay 6 bucks a scoop again to have a rude group of people who seemingly peaked in highschool stink eye every move I make.

Joshua is the MAN!!! GO SEE HIM , it's the best milkshake I ever had !!!! Out of the whole crew he outgoing and always smiles!

I love Afters Ice Cream! This location is at Victoria Gardens, towards the center by California Pizza Kitchen. I haven't been to an Afters since prior to the pandemic and I am loving the little changes I have seen since prior visits. Still the beloved donuts and Asian influenced ice cream flavors that are consistent among their many locations. Since prior visits, I see options for sundaes, milkshakes, root beer floats and merchandise. Pricing: - $7.25/Milk Bun - $5.95/1 scoop - $7.95/2 scoop - $9.75/3 scoop - $0.50/half and half - $7.95/sundaes - $8.25/floats - $9.95/milkshakes On this visit I got the single scoop of the Cookie Butter. It was delicious as always. I also really enjoy their Cookie Monster, Jasmine Milk Tea and Saigon Coffee flavors. Everyone in my group enjoyed their picks and I am really glad an Afters opened up in the area.

Ice cream was ok, not a huge selection. But the marketing and merch is really the star of this joint, brilliant!

Some of the best ice cream I have had in a long time. The contrast between the warm sweet bun and cold ice cream is incredible. I just happened to stumble in there after walking the mall but am very happy I did. Will definitely be returning. Very reasonably priced for the quality and portion size.

Craving ice cream and decided to try Afters since it was at the mall where we had lunch. We walked in and were greeted right away. It is a little small inside but there is some seating, They also have nice t-shirts for sale as well as ice cream pints. We sampled a couple flavors and also asked about popular ones. My daughter got 2 scoops of the Milk & Cookies and I got 1 scoop of the Saigon Coffee. The ice cream is creamy. There were lots of chunks of sugar cookies. The coffee was so good. Service was great. Glad we decided to stop by!

Manager and whole staff need to be fired! Always serving ice cream with dirty scoopers and constantly finding other flavor ice creams in my ice cream.. they don't know how to manage anything either.. always at least 3 or more tubs missing out of the selection because they are thawing and the staff doesn't know how to properly manager thawing the other ice cream before the ones they are serving run out

Visited Afters Ice Cream at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga since I haven't had this in awhile! The Saigon Coffee ice cream in a milky bun and Strawberry Cookie Crisp were both okay flavors. The shop's cool vibe and merch section enhanced the whole store experience. Even though they don't serve the Jasmine Milk Tea and Thai Tea flavors at this location, the service and invting ambiance is pretty meh. Not bad if you're looking for something sweet to munch on as you walk around the plaza. The glazed milky bun is kinda lacking some flavor even though we had to wait like 20mins for it to be made fresh.

My family's go to ice cream shop. Location is great, plenty of parking and easy to find. I'm obsessed with how good their Vietnamese coffee and their jasmine milk tea ice cream flavors are. Love that they are open late but depending on when you go, there's usually a pretty long line/wait. Service is what you'd expect at an ice cream shop. Only con is I wish they their portion to price ratio would be better.

This place is very nice, good ambiance, friendly staff. Ice cream is delicious. Has many great options including some new flavors for fans of Avatar the last Airbender which remake was recently released on Netflix. I'm not sure how long they'll have these flavors for but l highly recommend that if you are a fan of this show Avatar the last Airbender you go and try these flavors. It's so much fun and absolutely amazing. Zuko's Ly-chi chill: LYCHEE ICE CREAM MADE WITH REAL LYCHEE FRUIT AND A SWEET RED CHILI SWIRL. Aang's Spirit moon matcha: BLUE MATCHA ICE CREAM, MADE WITH CEREMONIAL JAPANESE MATCHA, ORANGE "MOON" ICE CREAM AND PANDAN CHIFFON CAKE PIECES MIXED IN

Not worth it! This is my second time going and have experienced the worst customer service. I get attended, I ask for mango sorbet he says to meet him at the register. I'm at the register and he's attending 3 other people and no sorbet to be found. It wasn't even hectic in there for them to be forgetting. I waited for a good 10 mins thinking he will at least get my ice cream but didn't so I left. I'm so upset that this ice cream shop actually sucks I gave it another try and was worse at this point I would be dumb to try it again.

Someone needs to check on the 2 girls working tonight. They were some of the most rude people that I have ever encountered. Seems like they are in some managerial type of position as they have been working at this company for a long time. A little bit older in age around mid 20s.

Duck this place... if you're gonna be an a hole to everyone wanting their ice cream 40 minutes before closing then don't come to work you ducking duck face! Your service is ass. And you still have the nerve to ask for a tip??? Ducking lazy ass mfs!!! You're getting paid to serve people what they ask not to boss them around. Worst afters I've gone to, every other one serves you well and even if they're 20 minutes before closing, in that case yes you deserve a good tip and a thank you. I know our generation doesn't give two cents what we think of each other but common courtesy goes long ways. If you simply just want to stop working close the location and leave enjoy your Friday but if there's people inside and the door is wide open serve the customer right.

Visiting Victoria Gardens on a hot day and in need of a treat. After a quick Yelp search, wanted to give Afters a try. Quite a variety of flavors, and I decided to go with a double scoop ($7.95) of Ube Brownie and Saigon coffee. If I knew the scoops were going to be as big as they were, I would've gone with a single scoop. Both flavors were very good. Would like to return to try some of the other flavors.

We love Afters Ice Cream! My kids and I stop in at least once every two weeks. It's our favorite place to stop in and get a sweet treat when we are at Victoria Gardens for any reason. I have plenty of experience coming into this particular store, the staff is usually pretty shy, young, early 20's. It doesn't really matter because the ice cream NEVER disappoints. It's hard to recommend just a few, all the flavors are unique and delicious! Our favorite combinations are the warm donut bun with either Cookie Monster or milk and cereal flavor (topped with after flakes, of course!). The store is typically clean, but it can get messy and a bit less friendly when it's busy. There isn't much room to enjoy your ice cream indoors, just a few stools. However, there is plenty of space just outside, in the beautiful courtyard. It gets extra special during the holidays!

I have to point out that Daphne C. is not being honest with her review. We did an escape room at the Gardens which started at 10:30pm and we got out after 11:30pm. I remember rushing to Afters to get dessert before they closed and we arrived about 10 minutes before closing. The workers were kind to let us stay even though they already had a long line and at least two other parties came in after us. Then this next couple walks in and Ashley politely explained that they were closed and serving the last of their costumers. "Daphne" then asks for her name and immediately leaves. Another younger couple walks in soon after and Ashley explains the same to them, and they refused to leave. They continued to stand in line even after being told no. Some people have too much entitlement and not enough shame. I'm personally grateful I haven't had to work in customer service because of people like these.

Yummy! Afters Ice Cream is always a show stopper. I've been to other Afters locations and they never disappoint. This one happens to be at Victoria gardens and is really popular. The line was going out the door. But the line went pretty quick. It was nice and cool inside as the air conditioning was blasting. My friend and I didn't know what flavor we wanted so we asked for samples. You can sample up to 3 flavors per person. We tried the mango sherbet, Cookie Monster, salty Oreo, the plant based Chocolate chip cookie, and dark matter brownie batter. We ordered the Cookie Monster and the plant based chocolate chip cookie, and added mochi on top. It was yummy! We both enjoyed the concoction we created. The mochi is so chewy and yummy. I love the texture. The ice cream flavors were both bomb. Perfect treat for a hot day!

This was my first time here and luckily there was no line. The workers were really pleasant and offered samples which I always appreciate when visiting a new shop. I ended up getting an ice cream milkshake with "dark matter" and "salty Oreo " mix + Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping. The color was...not pleasant (mainly due to the black dark matter ice cream) lol but the flavors were great! Perfect for a hot day of shopping!

I am totally biased when it comes to afters. I think it's top tier and better that most ice creams spots in the inland empire. A milky bun is a good choice any day! Our go to is milk and cereal ice cream in a milky bun topped with afters flakes. This time we also got a scoop of strawberry cookie crunch. It did not disappoint. We went Friday at 10pm and the line was out the door, it's just that good.

This was our first time coming here. Early Saturday afternoon, nobody else in the store, so we were helped right away. Service was friendly. We ordered 2 Triple Scoops ($17.50). Cookie butter, French toast churro, strawberry cookie crunch and Vietnamese coffee. All were good, but if we had to pick favorites, then it would be cookie butter and French toast churro.

They have some unique flavors that I've never tried before. I got one scoop of the Jasmine Milk Tea flavor and it was tasty. The service was nice and friendly; they are nice about letting you try different flavors before you buy. They also offer pints and quarts of most or their flavors. If there isn't a flavor already in those containers, they charge you an extra $2 to have them manually scoop it in the pint/quart containers. I thought the prices for the ice cream were already high and they seem to charge you more for every extra thing. The ambiance is hip; they sell some Merch inside. There is no seating inside; only outdoors. It's a nice treat to have when you're at Victoria Gardens. It's located around other restaurants too like California Pizza Kitchen and Yard House.

The worst Afters I have been too. I've been here multiple times and the customer service is always terrible. Employees seem to be rude for absolutely no reason. Have been out of many flavors every time and don't serve milky buns which is the best part of Afters. Also, they don't let customers use thier restroom and have a paper sign on it saying it's for employees only.

The ice cream here is awesome ! My daughter got the Cookie Monster which she loves. I got the Monster Mint. We love this place!!! The employees are very nice and serve tea quick. Their really helpful and nice. The look of the parlor is dope it is really cool and totally it's own vibe. You should totally go 10/10 reccomend.

Tried the vegan cookie dough. Totally disgusting. Went in to let them know. They offered to sell me another flavor. I tried cookie butter. Equally disgusting. The texture very off on both. If you're selling ice cream for $6 a scoop your product needs to be top shelf. Afters Ice Cream is far from that.

Always a good idea and they open until pretty late too! The staff is always super nice about samples and recommendations. Up to 3 samples per person so choose wisely! The last time I was here I got the salty Oreo one, and that was really good!

They give MINI SCOOPS for one scoop ice cream cups and Milky buns. Not recommending this location. Pick another location with better customer service.

No matter what location I am at, their ice cream is always quality and delicious. My favorite ice cream is their cookie butter flavored ice cream. I mean every bite I take I feel like I am in heaven! They have an option to slap your ice cream inside a warm milky bun which is like a glazed bun with ice cream inside or you can have it in a cup with one or two or even three scoops of ice cream. They have ton of different flavors to choose from, so I need to come back more and try more. You won't be disappointed when trying out their ice cream.

I placed an order on door dash and was pleasantly surprised when I received my order - it came in a sealed envelope, but it had a nice Xmas drawing. Whoever added the drawing deserves a raise for their artistic talent and for spreading the holiday spirit. The ice cream was good, but the drawing made my night!

Worst customer service ever ! My husband and I drove 30 minutes to purchase ice cream and the worker "Ashley" kicked us out. We got there at 11:02pm and the moment we opened the door Ashley who was working on March 29, 2025 at 11pm kicked us out! She said " we are closed, I am only going to help these people who are already inside"! If this is the case then why does it show they close at 12am? This is very misleading and very unprofessional. When I asked for her name she rudely responded "it's Ashley". I have never written a bad review or felt the need to address a problem, but it would be nice if the time of the location is accurate. More people arrived and she kicked them all out still having about 7 minutes to spare. Worst experience ever. I hope this never happens again or that no one feels the way I did. someone needs to speak to Ashley to be more patient and to respect the time it shows online, as she does not know how far customers drive in order to eat ice cream.

This place is awful!! Do not order via DoorDash they will not send the full order (happened 3 times!) $50 for icecream just to receive an incomplete order.

Right in the center of the mall. It is on the pricier side & definitely a small interior. Gets crowded so be prepared to wait in the warmer weather. Good but a little overhyped & could go for something else if you're local

First time visit to this location. It's small, but the girls working the counter made it worth our visit. My favorite location is the Chino Hills location, it's ambiance is so much nicer, They actually have room for their customers inside lol Nevertheless the customer service here deserves a 5! Thank you ladies for your great attitudes!!!

First time here and I'm now a fan. The milk & cereal topped with captaim crunch cereal and the cookie monster are my new favorites. Open late at night, it's a great night snack.
