AG Inspired Cuisine

First class restaurant. Tried the bread, appetizers (salmon and soup), entree (duck leg with fries) and dessert (lemon meringue). Got the wine and dine package which included hotel room, bottle of wine, entree with side (only) and breakfast in bed. Fabulous deal. Updated Jan 2025 - dinner was fabulous. We loved the dessert.

I have had two amazing dinners here and wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. The food is incredible and I love the farm to table philosophy with ever changing menus based on local and seasonal cuisine. It means your will have a unique experience each time you visit. The dishes are so creative and always a hit; I love the tasting menu option. It includes an amuse bouche and bread and butter as well. Highly recommend enjoying a cocktail with your meal. Pricing is very reasonable for what you receive. During my second visit, there was some lovely live music playing which really elevated the experience. Servers are also genuine and kind. I will return again.

Our group of 13 had the pleasure of dining at their "Chef's Table," a wonderful oval table that facilitated easy conversation for everyone. Chef Cory and FOH Manager Mel were a joy to work with, and we were thrilled with our dining experience. Ambiance: The ambiance was perfect for our large party, with live music adding to the atmosphere in a private room that felt intimate yet spacious enough for our group. The elegant setting was both welcoming and refined, making it an ideal spot for special occasions. Service: The service at AG Cuisine was exceptional. The staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring that our food was served simultaneously—a remarkable feat for a group of 13. Their professionalism and warm hospitality greatly enhanced our dining experience. A highlight of the dining experience was learning that AG Cuisine owns a working farm, with much of the produce coming directly from there. The food was fantastic, with each dish beautifully plated and bursting with creativity. Everyone in our party commented on the taste and presentation, and each dish was incredible. Overall Experience: AG Cuisine is highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Niagara's culinary scene. The combination of incredible food, outstanding service, and a charming ambiance made our visit unforgettable. The staff's dedication to creating a wonderful dining experience was evident from start to finish, and we look forward to returning.

Don't let yourself be put off by the kitsch-luxury underground cabaret vibes. The food at this place is the farm-to-table real deal. Everything down to the homemade bread was delicious. The waiting staff was friendly and well-informed, and the service was great. Everything we ate was fresh and outstanding. Highly recommend the venison. The vibes are not what you usually find at a farm-to-table restaurant. No rustic and relaxed decor with an open kitchen, wooden tables and lots of greenery. But like I said, don't let this throw you off! This place is a must when you visit Niagara Falls, if you can afford it!

Genuinely a phenomenal food experience with great wine pairings. I did not like wine before coming here, but thought if I am going to enjoy wine, it’s going to be at a place that has pairings with delicious food. I am now a believer in wine paired with a meal. Our server was phenomenal in her explanation of why the wines work with our food orders and she even dived into how we can taste the difference of the wine before eating and after eating our meal. The food was next level and beyond delicious. One of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Overall great! We went at 6 pm on a Saturday and it was a bit awkward because we were literally the only ones in there...we could hear the staff talking and felt like we were eavesdropping a bit. Slowly more people came and that helped us feel less awkward. Our server was lovely and attentive. The food was delicious, but I would have liked a bit larger of a portion. My steak came with literally 6 pieces of gnocchi hidden under it with a couple sprigs of greens and maybe 1 full mushroom. So that was a bit sad! but it was very tasty, and I was full enough in the end.

Incredible food, wonderful service and unbelievable value. One of the best meals I have ever had and went home with leftovers and feeling very full. Highly recommend for one of the best meals of your life!

Okay, wow. The fresh food, heart warming atmosphere, live music, all in a beautiful dining area (in the basement of a hotel) made this a memorable experience. This a go to place for celebrating with a fancy dinner.
