Agastache Restaurant

We had an incredible lunch at this restaurant. The meal began with Radish, Butter, and Olive as an appetizer for my team, while I opted for the Poached Foie Gras, which was absolutely divine—melting in my mouth with rich, delicate flavors. For the main courses, my Cuttlefish with Lentils and Rice was decent but didn’t particularly stand out. However, the Beef with Artichoke and Agretti was fantastic—perfectly tender, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. Desserts were a highlight. I enjoyed the Date, Balsamic, and Peanut, while my team had the Passion Fruit and Saffron from Pierres Dorées, both offering unique and well-executed flavors. The total cost was just a little over 60 euros for two, an incredible price for such high-quality cuisine. Definitely one of the best fine dining values we’ve ever had! Highly recommended—be sure to book in advance.

Wow. I had lunch here because of a few recommendations online. One of the best meals of my life. For the price it is probably the best restaurant I have been to. Everything is cooked to perfection and the presentation is phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and helped me to understand the dishes (I don’t speak French) to give me the full experience. Would recommend this to anybody looking for the best lunch in Lyon.

The best lunch ever! This five-course lunch was absolutely perfect! Food, wine, service, atmosphere and also the price. For how on earth do they manage to serve such good food at that price? I do not know if I will return to Lyon, but then I will surely stop here again. Highly recommended.

The most incredible lunch experience for beyond reasonable pricing. Doing the full tasting menu is a must. The flavors are clean yet impactful and the small setting makes for an intimate dining experience. Make sure to get a reservation here!

We got lucky that someone canceled their reservation or we wouldn't have been able to try this amazing place ! The staff was so kind and the food was so unique and delicious! Very affordable prices for such a high end restaurant. Please go, you will not regret it 😊
