Nice change from Las Margaritas. The menu is a little quirky, as in some quesadillas are served with a slice of tomato on top, and some with pico.
My server thought the shrimp quesadilla was served with pico. Nope, tomato slice. In order to get pico, I was charged for a side, at $2.95. Seems high, but the rest of the items seem reasonably priced. My husband got the Arroz con Pollo, which was served in a bowl already mixed together. He thought it was great! Would have thought tortillas came with his dish, but we were charged for a side of them.
Salsa verde is amazing and will get your head sweating. We also had the margarita (?) dip. Ground beef, beans, cheese, yummmmmmm.
While we were there, between 1:30-2:45, lots of late lunchers were coming and going. Also, at least two Latino groups, which typically is high praise for whichever ethnic restaurant you've chosen, to have actually eating their native food there.
All in all, great food, servers were friendly and attentive, and husband was happy.
