Agave Bandido

This was our first time at Agave Bandido and we were so impressed! The atmosphere alone is worth the visit. From the unique skull chandeliers to the beautiful murals on the walls, every detail is stunning. The booths feel intimate, the bar setup is amazing, and there’s even a speakeasy upstairs (we didn’t make it up there this time, but we’re definitely going back!). The food was delicious. We tried the chipotle queso dip, elote street corn, steak and shrimp fajitas, and a chimichanga — everything was flavorful and well prepared. The drinks were strong (no complaints there! 😂). Our server was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and told us about the speakeasy and ladies night. There’s also a beautiful outdoor seating area and plenty of parking in the deck, which makes it super convenient. Overall, a great experience and we’re excited to return!

Always a great time at Agave Bandido! The restaurant itself is beautiful and the workers are kind. The Barbacoa is delicious especially on the nachos or burrito! We come here around once a week and have a great experience every time. The drinks are great, they know their tequila. Ari and John make it a lovely experience every time. The speakeasy upstairs is also so fun to visit! They had a holiday theme during Christmas, but it is a Tiki bar year round. Make a reservation online to visit :)

Beautiful inside. Stunning wall mural. Nice vibes here. The bar upstairs is great. My drink came out in a treasure chest. Great presentation! My fajitas tasted average. My friend didn't like her burrito but the mgr took care of it. Chips and salsa were good. Great service by Amanda. Tucked away behind Perimeter mall. Free parking.

Its a great vibe, Food was alright. Nothing extra ordinary. drinks were good. Service was friendly but kinda slow. Don’t get tacos! It was not good. Probably the only dish good was Pollo al cabron, tasty. Elote was bad! Not seasoned or charred. Table side Guacamole took forever to come we ended up canceling. Go for vibe & not for food.

Coming into the establishment, the vibe is there! Nice place to hang with friends or solo, get drinks, and chill. The appetizers were good and drinks were on point. Things made a left turn during dinner. The food was okay, not terrible but I've had better. The staff was amazing!!!! The manager went out of his way to correct things and the waitress was really attentive to have us (a party of 10) with 2 additional large parties!!!! I would definitely go again for appetizers and drinks

Agave Bandido in Dunwoody has a cozy and stylish atmosphere perfect for a happy hour after work, a casual dinner with friends, or just a night out to relax and talk. The setting feels modern yet warm, and the High Street area around it is beautiful and walkable. The crowd was a great mix of young adults and older guests that classic afterwork crowd looking to unwind, laugh, and enjoy good food and drinks. The Churrasco Chimichurri was the highlight of my night tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Excellent cocktails and very friendly service. Overall, a vibrant, tasty, and wellcrafted experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Went on a friday afternoon. Service was semi fine, drinks and food came out at a reasonable time frame from the moment we went in. Food was great, I'm glad they had a good tiny selection of meatless options for us vegetarians. Cost of food was as expected for the location, just glad the price actually matched the taste... meaning it was worth the high price of it. We got the street corn, cheese and veggie quesadillas, veggie chimichanga which was phenomenal, carne chimichanga, and cheese w/beans nachos. For dessert we had the churros. It was about a $150. We also had a queso dip which was finger licking good, don't remember the name. Restaurant looked overall clean and the bathrooms were pretty clean too. We had no wait times in being seated. I'd definitely come again. Setup and decor was definitely fitting for the name and type of food.

The food and drinks were solid. The atmosphere was really nice also. I had a mango margarita with a salt rim and it was really good. The queso was solid. For my main I had the Mexican burger but next time I would get the burrito or something.

Service service service Can I say more? Our server at the bar was Andreas was outstanding. He was personable, customer oriented and able to handle a large volume of customers with ease. We found ourselves at the Agave Bandido to attend a birthday gathering in the secret speakeasy (located upstairs) but initially dined downstairs. We ordered street corn and steak nachos. Both were excellent and served piping hot. The steak nachos were by far my favorite. Lots of toppings and the steak was tender. The order is so large three of us were able to share them with some left over. The street corn is served on the cob and was flavorful and served with a side of lime I will add my review of Maya Speak Tisi on a separate posting

I enjoy coming here they have great drinks, great food and service. Thursdays are ladies night where you can get some good and cheap drinks. I'm addicted to their cilantro rice and Tropicoco drink . It's pretty big in here and they have a speakeasy upstairs if you just want drinks.

We went around midnight after getting settled in our hotel. We ordered nachos off the late night menu and had their house margaritas. The nachos (we requested shrimp, $6 extra) were delicious! The seasoned chips, black beans and all the fixings really set them off! We wanted the margarita tree but they said the patron bottles for the presentation were in back order, so we each ordered a different flavor. The Rita was good and made "with love." I wish they had frozen margaritas, as I drink the rocks ones too fast, but hey Texas has me spoiled. lol In all we enjoyed the food and drinks, service was a miss as it took awhile to get greeted, order more food, but maybe it was due to the time. Not sure. We sat in the bar area as no one was there to greet us upon arrival, so maybe next time if we go earlier in the day the ambiance and service might be different.

The ambiance in this place is really nice and looks like a great spot for happy hour or a night out with friends. I will say the food did not impress me much. I ordered fish tacos and the fish seemed a tad bit dry with a lot of slaw on top. The food is definitely more of Tex mex style. Our waitress was nice and it's definitely a nice spot for drinks. The food was the only downside.

Came to Agave Bandido for the first time, and Jaida was our waitress. The food was terrific, and the service was outstanding. We had a large party, and Jaida was so attentive and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Jaida was our amazing server for our friend's birthday! She took care of us with extreme care . Our food came out immediately and we don't ever want another server if we can't have Jaida.

We sat at the bar and had attentive bartenders. They even changed the tv to the football game we wanted to watch, so it was the vibe we wanted. Adobo chicken was delicious without radish but the shrimp with no aioli was my favorite with the mix match combo. It had the right amount of seasoning and toppings. It was big enough too but wish for the price that it was 3 tacos instead of 2. Overall great tacos though. Passion fruit margarita was good too with the right amount of flavor. The red sangria wasn't my favorite but it had potential. Burrito bowl with adobo chicken was a decent size. The chicken was dry in parts but overall pretty good. I would get again.

I visited Agave Bandido twice with friends. I like that there is free parking in the parking deck attached. Each time the service was good and the food was good. They have a unique menu of drinks, all of which were tasty. We visited the speakeasy upstairs on cinco de mayo. It was cute with a lot of seating. The only complaint was it was very noisy. I would go back to visit.

WOW WOW AND WOW- definitely a 10/10 experience all around. It was our first time there, and we went for Cinco De Mayo. First impressions: the decor was so vibrant and right on theme with the restaurant. Blake was our server, and he was the bombbbbbbb. Truly, he was so sweet, so patient, and was very personable, just the right person to have as our server for our first time. We started off with the tableside guacamole (such a cool thing to watch! - see pics/vids). It was delicious and the chips were perfectly seasoned too. To kick off our evening, we ordered the Mexican candy shots. We then ordered the strawberry and the passionfruit margarita, which were amazing. For eats, we ordered the Carne Asada tacos and the Birria Tacos. DELISHHHHHH. While we were pretty full at this point, we did order one more drink, strictly because of how cute it looked! We ordered the "Chill N' Go" which is a Pina Colada Margarita. I already cannot wait to come back here. The vibes were perfect; whoever was in control of the music was doing their thing!!! We kept singing and dancing in between bites. Drinks were great, staff was really nice, and we were very satisfied with the food. So glad to have a place this dope so close to home.

Ladies night is high energy! I would definitely go back. I went for the drinks. And checked out the speakeasy upstairs. Solid 10 out of 10.

I've been so excited to come here and however, it gives ambiance over quality. Sitting outside at the walk up bar on a nice day is irreplaceable. The bartender was very friendly and made a great mango mojito! Although i enjoyed my drink and will be back for more I can't say the food so much for me. The Elote didn't have my flavor. The shrimp and fish tacos were also lacking authentic flavors. It said spicy but i didn't get that. The rice was dry and the beans were just ok but i never like either anywhere.

This review is specifically for the manager Carlos... he is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure i did not have a heat stroke lol. My favorite restaurant! I love him and Ari!!

My husband and I found Agave Bandido after a trip to Puttshack which is a short walk away from the entrance. We decided to try this place based on the artwork we saw on the walls outside, and we are so happy we decided to give it a shot. This place was a great choice for some truly great tasting Mexican food. From the salsa choices, to the varieties of beans and rice, it was a great experience. The interior was gorgeous and so colorful. We decided to sit at the bar and were informed by the extremely kind bartender (Rowbear) of all the specials this place offers, as well as that the upstairs of the restaurant is a speakeasy - which we definitely plan to try in the future! There is a shared parking garage for this shopping/entertainment center which is only a short walk away. We each ordered a drink. Mine, a Tropicoco Martini that I had on the rocks - while my hubby ordered the Azteca which very closely resembled an Old Fashioned. We were both torn on what to order as all the food options looked so good. We settled on a taco plate and a bike your own burrito plate. Both were so flavorful and the presentation of each plate was pure perfection. The pricing of all the food is quite reasonable for the quality in which you receive. Can't wait until we get to go back!

Maya Speak-Tiki was a really fun experience. I have been to Agave Bandido before but I had no idea there was a whole hidden bar upstairs. Very cute vibe upstairs and the cocktails are very good!

Jaida was amazing! She was very attentive, kind and we enjoyed celebrating our friend's birthday!

Finally got to check out Agave in High Street. We came on a Thursday evening around 7pm and it was definitely a turn up vibe in the bar area. People were singing & dancing at the bar. We were seated right away inside away from the bar but there is outside seating as well and an inside & outside bar seating area. The music selection is A+. We are both not a huge fan of Mexican food but we love supporting Dunwoody and its developments/restaurants. Our food came out so fast after ordering, we were both in shock. We ordered the Chipotle queso dip with adobo chicken, Elote street corn, and my husband got the Steak quesadilla. They gave a good amount of everything on top of the complimentary chips & salsa. The Elote street corn order comes with 3 corn so plenty to share. When we finished our meal our server Jillian informed us about the Speak-Tiki that's on the top floor & she brought us up there to check it out. Video & picture attached. We plan to definitely return on a Friday or Saturday to enjoy Maya Speak-Tiki. I definitely recommend this restaurant for the vibes, atmosphere & food if you like Mexican. Agave Bandido caught my attention on Instagram and Tiktok. I have been very excited to try this restaurant. The food and drinks looked pretty good. So let's get into it. This is located near Perimeter Mall in a plaza about 5 minutes from the mall. There is garage parking that is free. It was kind of difficult to find. I can't say I would find it quickly again. Lol! The decor of the restaurant is very nice. I love all of the decor throughout. It did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful going over the menu. The drinks were really good. Our shot was pretty good. The El Jefe margarita was suggested. The drinks did not disappoint at all I was very much a fan. The bartender did a great job. The food was just okay. I was expecting it to be more flavorful. It was a bit bland. The birria tacos only came with the compote. It did not come with any sides. You could add for additional price. The waitress said the tacos would be enough. I can be full off a kid's Menu. I was still hungry so ate more chips and salsa. The chips and salsa was not complimentary. The chips were okay. The salsa could use a dash salt and pepper. Overall, I would come back for drinks and just hang out. I wouldn't eat here or not right away until there is some improvement with the food. It wasn't bad just lacked flavor.

9/10 Amazing new place in Dunwoody with excellent customer service by Trai and even better food! I loved the ambiance of this restaurant and the menu was not too intense but had amazing choices. We started with the chimmichurros that were melt in your mouth, homemade. It was hot and fresh on a bed of lettuce with the sauce. It comes with two and that's all you really need. The birria tacos were amazing, seasoned well and the perfect amount of cheese pull. The churro ice cream sandwich had me in a pinch. I was SO full but I couldn't help myself, it's definitely meant to share and not for one person unless you're a big back The ONLY thing I didn't like were the margaritas being in a small glass. $13 for like small margarita to me is kinda unreasonable and they put so much ice in it.

Jaida was the perfect server! She ensured that our well-deserving friend had the perfect birthday experience! I highly recommend this establishment as your next best option for positive vibes and great food and drinks!

Here's a breakdown of my experience: Location * Conveniently located just outside of Perimeter Mall * Easily accessible and directly across from the MARTA station * Has a similar feel to the Avalon in Alpharetta with vibrant, open-area surroundings * Eye-catching aesthetics and bright, colorful design upon entry Food * Nachos were generously portioned, easily shareable between 2-3 people * Empanadas were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared * Drinks were well-balanced and enjoyable * Overall presentation of the dishes was visually appealing Service * Staff was consistently friendly and attentive * Great experience from the host stand to the server and bus staff Parking * Free and plentiful parking available nearby * No issues finding a spot, even during a busy time All in all, this is a cute place for happy hour or date night. It's open late on the weekends (2am) and has beautiful outdoor seating! As a taco snob, I'd give the food 4/5 (it's good but not authentic) and the rest 5 STARS!

A new addition to the High Street Community. Mexican food amongst a Tequila Bar. Service, especially in the bar area, is on point as the bar/serving employees mesh well together. Authentic food with a twist of new-era recipes provides a good variety of offerings & good prices for the portions. Throughout the week - Happy Hour, All You Can Eat Tacos on Tuesdays, Ladies Night on Thursdays ($1 for unlimited drinks) & the Speakeasy experience upstairs. Inviting decor with great energy throughout the restaurant.

Oh my goodness!!!! This just might be my new favorite spot!!! I went there on a nice evening. The weather was perfect so we ate outside. The decor and ambiance is very nice! The waitress was very nice and efficient. I forgot her name .. a small framed young black girl. I ordered the empanadas and taco combo meal. The empanadas were so delicious! I still dream of them lol. I had a mojo chicken taco and a shrimp taco. Both were good. I chose the Mexican rice which was so bland. So I definitely won't be getting that again. Nonetheless I will be back! My daughter had the steak and shrimp nachos!!!! The portion was definitely worth the price. Two people can eat off that order. Overall it's a great restaurant. They have happy hour as well. So I can't wait to go back!

I had a great time at this hidden gem of a Mexican spot! The decor is super funky and vibrant, with a mix of traditional and modern vibes. The real surprise? The upstairs speakeasy! It has such a chill, intimate vibe, perfect for sipping on unique drinks. Parking is just a short 30 second walk in the High St. deck. Upon walking in, the hostesses were very helpful in getting me seated while I waited for my group. We started downstairs in the bar area. The happy hour (3-6pm) is a steal, offering great deals on both drinks and food. The margaritas are perfection, and the tequila-infused espresso shot? Pure genius. It's the perfect combination of kick and smooth. We then went upstairs to the speakeasy which felt like a tropical, secret island type of vibe! They have a group drink served in a treasure chest that's filled with smoke--such a fun, theatrical experience! I also ordered the Tropical Oasis which was great. Add in the great music and laid-back yet lively atmosphere, and I'm definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend this spot for good vibes, excellent drinks if you're in the Dunwoody area.

Everyone should definitely check this place out. Make sure you sit at the bar and visit with Keke! She is knowledgeable and informative about the menu (both beverage and food) and on Sunday night thave a great taco and margarita special that we truly enjoyed. From the decor to the service everything was a home run and we can't wait to come back and visit our new favorite place in Dunwoody.

This place was not good. The food is so bland and lack luster. The cheese dip here is orange and not good at all. It costs around $17 for two tacos. The drinks are not bad but they are not filled up all the way and very expensive for what they are. The service is also sooooo slow. I came with a group today and we were the only ones there yet it still took 20 minutes for drinks. Not good 1/10.

A great option by the mall! Running errands and Googled for food near me. I was at Nordstrom so Agave perked my interest. Park in the parking deck. The deck is on Cross St. When you walk out, turn right, turn right, go up escalator. Restaurant on the right. Food- Good! The chips are amazing! Not too thick with a dusting of seasoning (too much makes the chips inedible). Delicious! The queso....looks are deceiving....this is horrible, but I assume when I see the "yellow" cheese dip that it is going be ‍ (I know it is wrong!)....however, the dip, yellow may it be, is good. It was hot and not too thick. Quesadilla (chicken)...was good. It tasted a little plain to me without the sour cream and extras. But it was a very good portion and lots of meat. The yucca fries were amazing! Hot fresh! And seriously perfectly cooked. Still 50/50 on the sauce it came with...I don't know if it was good...not offending but not yummy. Service- initially, I thought it was new because there was an issue with the cadence of the wait staff. However I have to say, totally impressed. When I addressed the time issue, team member totally took accountability. Wow! She explained the reason and took total accountability. Totally impressed at the training of the staff and the team member!! Overall, very good Mexican restaurant around the mall!

Good location for a girls night, date night or solo vibe at the bar. Free parking in parking deck. Bar has seating inside and out. Good flavorful drink options but they come in smaller sizes and not the common larger size you get from some Mexican restaurants. The food could have more seasoning. Guac can be made at the table which is a nice treat but not needed considering the amount for the price. It was seasoned well. Pina colada was a cute drink and tastes good but more coconut and garnish than drink. Speak easy upstairs to keep the evening/night going! Feel more of a lounge than traditional speak easy but in a good way.

Service was great and the ambience is really nice. I enjoyed my cheese dip with the chorizo added, but I thought the chimichanga was just okay. The chimichanga just really reminded me of a loaded burrito from chipotle or something. Which, for a burrito is great with the rice and all. But I like a chimichanga just flash fried with meat and two types of cheese & some good hot sauce to dip it in.

Discovered this modern Mexican restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. I was aware of the new High Street area but not this venue until I saw a Yelp entry for them. The food was wonderful and the service was also excellent. Will definitely want to come back here and check out the Speakeasy upstairs.

I don't live on this side of town. If I'm over in this area I'm usually @ Nando's to eat & visit a friend. I've walked past Agave & said it looks beautiful inside. My 'next time' moment came. I linked with a friend for lunch around 1230p on a Tues. The restaurant was almost empty, but had a scattered lunch group here & there. The restaurant is HUGE so that's hard to fill midday. I've seen it super packed at night even with the outside bar stools. We had freshly cooked tortilla chips & two salsas. Very tasty. I asked for a refill & received fresh ones to go. Our main entrees looked tasty. They just seemed basic on the flavor. Inside of the chimichanga was waaay too much rice & dry meat. It needed to be more moist. I like the outside deep fried harder. No need to drizzle cheese on the outside. That's not how we do it in Southern California anyway. Right on the border in San Diego that's my hometown so I know Mexican food. The very best part was the elote corn. My friend ordered some, I took one bite & ordered more to go. I'll be back again, but not order such a hefty lunch that's $50+ total. I literally had one entree ($20), one cocktail($10-13). corn($5-8), one lemonade, & a very small side of guacamole ($4-5)

Ambience was NOTTT IT! They played slow / sad music on the speakers- I thought this was a Mexican Restraunt?! We also dealt with some rude customer interactions. Won't be coming again but the staff was sweet.

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Our server Amanda was phenomenal -- friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome the moment we sat down. She guided us through the menu with great recommendations, and her timing was perfect all evening. The tableside guacamole was such a fun touch -- fresh, flavorful, and customized exactly how we liked it. The steak dinner was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender with just the right amount of seasoning. And to top it all off, the churros were warm, crispy, and perfectly paired with the chocolate dipping sauce. Amanda made our night extra special with her genuine hospitality and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back soon -- and we'll be asking for her by name!

Server was the worst I've had in quite a while. Seemed like she was rushed but the restaurant was mostly empty. No personality at all. We ordered guacamole which the menu indicated would be made table side. Was brought ready made from the kitchen. False advertising. Won't go back. Food was nothing special. Like most restaurants now, we had to shout at each other to be heard over the loud music.

Stopped by Agave Bandido on High Street today for the Happy Hour menu. I'm a Chicago transplant with Mexican in-laws and I have to say this is some of the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life, so good that I had to meet the person responsible, Chef Kevin. My husband and I had barbacoa tacos, elote corn and Paloma drinks. Agave will be our new weekly haunt.

Ivey is an amazing bartender!!! Each drink was delicious!! The bar is a cool vibe. Love, love, love it!! Will be back for ladies' night.

This place is AMAZING!! As soon as you walk in you are captivated by the cool decor and vibes. The cocktails were 10/10!!! The server was very attentive and had great recommendations.I would consider the dishes elevated Mexican and pleasing to the eye. I didn't have a bad dish. The guacamole flight ...ugh I can't wait to go back.

Agave Bandido has a solid menu with flavorful options, but I felt some dishes could use a bit more spice. The chicken in my burrito bowl was a little fatty, but overall, the bowl was good--just lacking some heat. The mojo chicken had great flavor, though! The barbacoa burrito was very good, but like the bowl, it could have used more spice to elevate it. The drinks were definitely a highlight! The piña colada margarita was smooth and refreshing, while the spicy strawberry margarita had the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Overall, a good spot with tasty food and great drinks, but if you like spice, you might need to ask for extra! The restaurant is decorated beautifully and our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. (Chips and salsa are not free at this establishment.)

Hi Family, Let's get to this review. Customer service: very attentive and very responsive. The GM John is very attentive and personable. He gave us a tour of the restaurant including the speakeasy. Chef Kevin "put his foot in the food", it was seasoned down to the Mexican rice and black beans. Decor: The artists came from Miami, and the teal colored booths and black and red chairs match the art, inside and out and this is just in the restaurant. The speakeasy is Polynesian "tiki-inslired", and AWESOME. Bartender: Junaid "J" is a good mixologist. Food: there's food for everyone from vegetarian to meat eaters and pescatarians. Thursday: Ladies night. From 5-7 women pay a dollar ($1.00) for your cup/glass and drink for free between 5-7. Pull up!!!!

Stopped by Agave Bandido strictly for their Happy Hour, and I'm so glad I did! The $6 happy hour drinks are a steal, and they do not skimp on quality or flavor. I tried the HH El Bandido and HH Orale, and both were fantastic--balanced, flavorful, and just strong enough to keep the good vibes going. The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a post-work wind-down or casual evening out. The bar staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. One huge plus is the free parking deck right outside--super convenient, especially when you just want to relax and enjoy yourself. By the time I left, I was definitely feeling very happy--those drinks did their job! Even though I didn't try the food this time, the menu looked tempting, so I'll definitely be back to explore more. Highly recommend Agave Bandido for an affordable, fun, and stress-free Happy Hour experience!

A friend and I stopped by for drinks and good food. Being from Texas, I noticed they served Barilla tacos. So, I ordered them. How disgusting were the tacos? The barilka meat was over cooked and tough. The cassamme looked like bbq sauce, and it smelled burnt. Once I tasted it, it was burnt. The waiter took the plate to the manager, who immediately went to the kitchen. Welp! No barilla . The Lychee Mint Mule was pretty good since I am not a drinker. I replaced my meal with quesadillas. They were awesome The place was nice. I would love to visit at night while sitting at the outdoor bar.

Cool decor and service is spot on. Food was good, as well as, drinks. The best seasoned black beans I think I've had.

So this spot popped up on my radar and I finally had a chance to slide through. The first time I went was for happy hour and I was not disappointed. They also have a hidden bar upstairs! So its definitely worth a try just to get the experience of going into an attic after walking through a bookshelf lol. So first it's going to be in a shopping district. Similar to the Avalon if you ever been to Alpharetta. There's a courtyard and plenty of little nooks and crannies. They're building it out so there's going to be plenty more in that area coming soon. They have a parking structure that's free parking. I don't know if it's going to stay like that, but I hope it is going to stay like that for quite some time because we already pay enough to park in Atlanta so we don't want to pay to park outside of Atlanta LOL. Even though the mall is right there in the mall does have paid parking as well. So let's just see what happens. Before I get to the food, I want to get into the upstairs hidden bar/speakeasy in the building. The name of the upstairs bar is Maya Speaktini, and you won't know its there unless you know its there... if that makes sense lol. You have to go through a bookshelf in order to find it, so you may have to ask some people at the reception desk about it. But you go upstairs and there is a spacious but more intimate bar experience. They have a full bar and their own menu. There are plenty of tables there and they have little rooms that you can pull a curtain and duck off if you want some alone time with your party. The bartenders there, super cool! The last drink I had was the Forbidden Ruins and it was good too, they had good presentation (they set leaves on fire for extra razzle dazzle lol). I dont think you can do food there, but that is what downstairs is for! They will tend to you at the bar and try to accommodate, so I really appreciated all of the customer service as well. Back to our regularly scheduled program...I came in there for happy hour (3p - 6p M through F) and happy hour is actually really solid! You can get a myriad of different tacos, at least 8 or 10 different types of tacos, and they're all for about $4. Very reasonably priced. They have a couple of different shots that are on special for happy hour. And they have a bunch of drinks, well not a bunch but enough drinks for happy hour that will keep you interested. I had a margarita, was pretty good. Food: Carne asada taco - the taco was damn good. The first time I came I had 4 of them. Mad tender and super flavorful. The tacos come with some pickled vegetable so there is an extra tang to it. Adobo chicken taco - tender and juicy and very good. Barbacoa taco - these were just as flavorful as the carne asada, fall off the bone (if they was a bone lol) Shrimp taco - this taco came topped a little different. It has its own sauce to it and maybe like a pineapple puree,so it's fairly sweet. Queso dip - this was good. The pico tasted really fresh on it. Had a nice kick too. Only thing was the fact that it felt like 5 minutes after they put it down, the cheese started to get firm (you know how cheese gets when it gets cold). Chips and salsa - chips always come out hot and I appreciate that because that means they had not been sitting around in back all day. Come with 2 salsas as well. The place looks a lot bigger on the inside. When you get on the inside. You can't tell how big it is from the outside but it is super spacious and it's very appeasing to look at. The decor is really nice. A lot of art on the walls, it'll definitely be a good vibe if you're kind of interested in taking some pictures for social media. Interested in taking some pictures for social media. This could be a clutch place to go to happy hour for me so I would definitely come back!

Food was good. Service questionable. Got there at 9:25, they close at 10, bartender said the kitchen was probably closed. She checked and it wasn't, she told me I need to order quickly. They turned the lights out on me at 9:45 and I nicely asked them to turn the damn lights on until I was finished eating. They were obviously wanted to leave no later than 10.
