Absolutely incredible dinner. Loved all the dishes (bar one that was texturally challenging!) - the flavours and the presentation were next level. Lovely descriptions on cards to explain the dishes in English. Great wine list. I loved this meal! Definitely worthy of a Michelin Star ⭐️

The wine pairing menu is an amazingly inventive blend of Japanese and French cuisine and wine. The unique flavors are just incredible. Very worthy of a Michelin star. The restaurant is out of the tourist hubbub. Instead you treated as a foreigner to a very Japanese experience and though that is true the staff makes every effort to make visitors feel comfortable. My favorites were the flame seared barracuda and the shellfish with broccoli broth. Thank you for a wonderful meal and for capping an excellent visit to A beautiful city.

We booked at 1pm and the only course we can select was 8 courses. We were excited and the food was elevating as each dish was served. However, from the 4th dish, restaurant manager started checking on us every 10 mins and approached saying they were closing soon and asked us to prepare wrapping up, by the time it was only 14:10 (they close at 15pm) We haven been to many fine dining restaurants and we were never told to rush due to restaurant’s schedule. It got more unacceptable that he approached again when we were finishing the last bite of cake and the last sip of coffee, asking us to leave immediately, and it was 15:01. If you cannot guarantee to serve 8 courses during lunch time within 2 hours and have strict closing hour, you shouldn’t take our reservation and even open slots at the first place. The most important thing is you should respect your customers and do not disturb as much as possible.

What an experience.. every dish is just like a beautiful painting. And of course, it’s soooooooo delicious! From starter to main to deserts, no any single dish I will give less then 9 out of 10.. Really, one of the best in the world I have ever tried. And most most importantly, the price is 🥳🥳🥳.. with this price point enjoying such an excellent experience is really amazing!!!

absolutely amazing spot. was my first Michelin star experience, and it blew my expectations out of the park. the vibe of this place was unlike any other restaurant i’ve been too. insanely minimal, concrete brutalist design, which appears to be a pattern at fine dining establishments in japan. food was immaculate and i enjoyed all courses. would definitely recommend.

Very elegant French fusion restaurant in Nishihonmachi (Awaza Station), Osaka. Very professional and non intrusive service. The dishes are full of flavour, beautifully presented and with the highest quality ingredients available in each season. The wine offer is excellent.

Agnel d'or is a French restaurant in Osaka with 1 Michelin star. Hidden in the quiet residential area, the façade and interior designs of the restaurant are simple yet chic. The main dining room is minimally decorated, allowing guests to pay more attention to the food. Servers are professional, helpful, and accommodating. There is only one tasting menu (JPY 17,500/person + tax + service charge) for dinner. Wine pairing is JPY 12,000/person with 8 glasses of selected wines. In addition to using seasonal local ingredients, owner chef Fujita-san also focuses on incorporating special wild game meat, such as rabbit, turtle, and deer, into his innovative French cuisine. Each dish is cleverly constructed with its own surprising factor(s) and is beautifully plated. Highlights of the dinner include the fresh and crunchy Sanma Spring Roll, the exquisite Softshell Turtle Terrine with Ham, and the refreshing Somen with Shrimp Tartare.

WOW… what an experience. The decor is fabulous, something that I will remember for ever, who ever did the design done a wonderfull job. The food was simply amazing. And the service was fantastic and unforgettable. It was the most amazing space to go on a food adventure. Highly recommend. Enjoy xxxxx
