"Ronchi Rò is an estate-cum-agriturismo surrounded by the verdant rolling hills and lush woodland of the Collio, a fascinating and enchanting border region famous for its superb wines. Chef Fares Issa’s cuisine is authentic, full of flavour and resolutely seasonal. Although his dishes are influenced by the culinary traditions of the Friuli region, including hams and salamis, goose speck and “frico” (a cheese and potato dish), he also includes the occasional contemporary twist. We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The surroundings are stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere from the very first moment. Everything was exceptional - the warm and attentive staff, the delicious food, the excellent wine, and even the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. - Thank you Fares ;) The attention to every detail made us feel genuinely special throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Fares, Sandro, and Greta for taking such amazing care of us. We will definitely be back! 🤍

Fares and Marta were so welcoming and kind! The Agriturismo is exceptionally beautiful! The food was incredible and I enjoyed the breakfast spread every morning. Make sure to try their house wine, it’s delicious! The location is perched on rolling hills so the sunsets and views are gorgeous! You will leave this place feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and ready to come back again! Thank you so much for having us this weekend, I can’t wait for the next visit!

AMAZING experience. We were welcomed by the owner and his family and quickly felt at home. We had our 2 dogs with us and they enjoyed the property and were able to lounge in the garden with us while we enjoyed some of Ronchi Ro's own wine. Breakfast was the highlight with Isa always making sure we had coffee, eggs, and whatever else we may need. Truly a hidden gem and worth every penny. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Food was great and used exclusively local ingredients. Wines are only from the Collio region which are overall not that great. Rooms were comfy but smelt a bit like sewage, they are not well soundproofed and you can hear conversations from other rooms.

What a jewel in the Collio region. If you need some peaceful time this is the right place. Only 5 fine rooms in a beautifully renovated old farmhouse in the middle of wineyards. I had the chance to attend a dinner party with wine tasting of local winegrowers.The manager Fares, also the chef of the kitchen could prove his genius with outdoor cooking. All organic and local products presented in a very innovative style. A very enjoyable evening. Many thanks for letting me participate. Many thanks also to Greta and Victoria for their friendly and helpful service. I will definitely come back

Beautifully restored old farmhouse set in the midst of Friulian vineyards, Ronchi Rò combines the old world charm with contemporary amenities. My husband and I had dinner and spent a night in one of the lovely quest rooms. Everything starting with the very interesting menu, great service, use of local organic products to the wines was impeccable. Thank you, Fares and team. We'll definitely be back!

What a beautiful and peaceful place! We had the privilege to be here as guests for 10 nights in May of 2024, together with our dog. Fares is a wonderful person, great cook and somehow manages to run not only the guest house and the restaurant, but also the vineyard of 4 acres with biological methods only. Isa helps him with breakfast and the rooms and is a helpful source of information about the region and places to visit. We felt very welcome and enjoyed it a lot. Thanks so much!
