Ibiza Restaurants Are as Incredible as Its Beaches

"A bucolic, 20-room country estate transformed into an organic farm-and-hotel with a long dirt driveway flanked by verdant farmland and 350 neatly lined olive groves; located roughly seven miles from Ibiza Town, the property replaces nightclub thumps with birdsong and a sense of rural calm. The owner, Margaret von Korff, who moved to the island in 1986 after leaving a corporate life, emphasizes the island’s welcome and freedom: "Ibiza is very welcoming. There is a sense of freedom on the island that allows you to do whatever you feel good doing. I fell in love from day one," and explains the property's ethos: "I have a desire to make people feel good," adding, "I had no doubt what I wanted to offer our guests — the best quality of whatever there is." The estate uses a regenerative no-till approach and grows almonds, figs, pine trees, citrus, and stone fruits; it also produces full-bodied Monastrell wine and organic cold-pressed olive oil, and the on-site farm-to-table restaurant (More) serves garden-fresh dishes—one guest enjoyed "a salad of crisp, vivid greens and produce plucked fresh from the garden." - Leila Najafi

This is an incredible place. Location is central, food is amazing, rooms are authentic. But… the real highlight of our stay was Cali. His kindness and incredible island knowledge tapped into our vibe. His recs are faultless! He is a gem. Thank you for an amazing stay

5 star in every way without the stuffiness, Ibiza style! Probably the most relaxing hotel stay we've ever had. We had a warm welcome from Cali and felt very at ease on arrival. We opted for the Ibizan Palace room as it was our first wedding anniversary and it was so private, spacious and relaxing. We slept more than we ever have as we were in total bliss - thankfully the daily yoga with Natalie was so great in the morning we had something to set an alarm for! You feel totally at ease here, rooms are cleaned twice a day as if by magic and complimentary water and towels always replenished. Breakfasts were amazing, plenty of space for all guests and great service, especially from Vanessa. Lovely big pool and very comfortable loungers. Food is expensive but very worth the money, very healthy and fresh! The whole place is a haven, no road noise or stress at any time, all staff had a positive attitude and very helpful, I liked how they were attentive but not overbearing. Room service was very easy and quick. First holiday we felt like we'd lost weight, which we don't know how, could be all the fat held on by stress was released! Thanks Cas Gasi team for a wonderful stay

Having previously only stayed in villas on the island, this is as close to that experience as you're going to get in a hotel. Although the room decor is dated and the hard fittings like the bathroom are not very luxurious, the room amenities like the linen, toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee machine, kettle, beach bag & towels etc are top quality and the aircon units are modern and quiet. The best thing about the hotel though is the size of the facilities and common areas vs the number of rooms. It has all the facilities of a much larger luxury property but only shared by 18 rooms, so there are loads of places to hang out and you never have to worry about not getting a sunbed by the pool or reserving a table for lunch or dinner. It's also in a great location- completely peaceful and rural, but only a 20-25 min taxi ride to ibiza town. Was great to be able to go clubbing easily and then return to such a peaceful environment to recover.

My name is Charlie, my parents and I had a lovely stay in cas gasi. It was my first time in Ibiza and I definitely will come back. Cas Gasi was a home away from home where I could experience all the magic. The beautiful garden the colourful flowers and the fresh fruits every morning at breakfast. While I was napping my parents could enjoy the stunning swimming pool, a nice facial or a relaxing massage from the island best therapists. Im still more of a milky girl myself but my parents were gushing over the amazing food they had at dinner. I want to thank all lovely staff and nice guests for all the smiles they put on my face. I will treasure my new memories for a long time ! Thank you Cas Gasi from your youngest fan!

Cas Gasi provides a peaceful retreat with its charming atmosphere and tasteful decor. The tranquility of the countryside setting is complemented by the warm hospitality of the hostess, Margaret, whose kindness and attention to detail make every stay special. It's a perfect haven for those seeking peace, beauty, and exceptional service.

We had dinner at the restaurant where the food was exceptional, with vibrant ingredients from their vegetable garden (incredible herbs and probably the best beetroots I've ever had), local cheese, home made pasta, and fresh fish. They had interesting wine from the island. We had the opportunity to meet the marvelous owner. She's been driving this family business for 20 years with passion, bringing innovation and craftsmanship to Agroturismo. Next time we fly to Ibiza we stay there.

What an incredible haven of tranquility. Everything about this hotel shows love and passion about creating a superlative experience for their guests. From free yoga sessions, to a well appointed gym to a restaurant that serves amazing food using local or own grown ingredients. They even offered to make any dishes we would like as we were staying for a few days. We will definitely be back in 2022 and the location is very central on the island, so it’s easy to get to everywhere on the island. Stunning 🤩

Very nice and tranquil restaurant with delicious food - extremely fresh and flavorful. The olives were excellent. The cover - bread + olive oil + (I want to way charcoal?) was very, very good. The rest of the food and ambiance was very nice. TIP: ask about the price of the daily specials - we had the shrimp 🦐🦐🦐 on a bed of salt and they quite expensive, much more than any other item on the menu - 54€. Everything else was expensive but decent and good value for money given the location, quality, atmosphere and all. Second TIp: ask the restaurant to call you a taxi - apparently it's faster.
