"A bucolic, 20-room country estate transformed into an organic farm-and-hotel with a long dirt driveway flanked by verdant farmland and 350 neatly lined olive groves; located roughly seven miles from Ibiza Town, the property replaces nightclub thumps with birdsong and a sense of rural calm.
