Just completed the Supervisor Development Academy led Angelina Ceja and Juan Muniz. This was a great 5 session course which shared information on how to develop strong leaders. Had some great teachings and videos on different parts of been a leader, such as coaching and developing, accountability, and more. This course was led well and had plenty of exercises to build our strengths and work on our opportunities. Also shared some great resources for us to follow. Most of all ,everybody was engaging in the topics discussed and shared there personal experiences. Instructors even shared some of there personal experiences ,which was good to hear. Overall a great course and would recommend to new Supervisors and leaders. Nice facility, welcoming staff and well organized. I will be using the tools and resources learned at AG Safe. Thank you Ed Rodriguez
