Agua Caliente Fuel

In Rancho Mirage this gas station is our favorite not only because of the gas prices but because paying cash is the way to get the most out of an affordable experience here. There might be lines to access the fuel pumps, however I can assure you it is well worth it & you'll get the most out of your money for waiting every minute in that line. Beware & anticipate sometimes there might be security trying to direct traffic & can & may be rude at times. I haven't read anywhere stating you have to follow the traffic that the security guard signals & it isn't the safest either. By all means under my experience follow whatever lane you would like to & ignore everything else. Pay cash & wait patiently. Be grateful for unbeatable gas fuel prices in the entire valley.

The prices are competitive with most other stations in the area - including those at the local members-only club stores. A lot of pumps to use. The biggest negative is the location... not "where" it is, but how it is situated on the lot. There are 2 driveways - one on the side and one on the main road (Bob Hope Drive). If you come in the side entrance, you need to drive around the pumps and they're supposed to be just one-way... Some people just can't read or follow directions and often drive "in" the "out" side of the pumps... The convenience store attached serves up what you'd expect from a gas station convenience store and more. Overall a great place to fill up if you're in need.

Great fuel prices. If you are in the area, stop by and fill up. It is too far from Palm Springs to make a special trip to get gas, but it's convenient when going to Costco in Palm Desert and the prices are cheaper than Costco Gas... without the long lines to wait in.

The gas is just as expensive as the other gas stations even when they don't collect taxes. It is a mess, long lines, the security guards are there just to avoid people driving the wrong way. They must spend thousands a month just to pay guards to direct traffic. Just make it like all other gas station and let people drive whichever side they prefer and pass the savings on to us, yeah right.

Bestbprice for gasoline, but some pumps require an ACE card that's obtained from the casino. If you don't have one, you have to pay inside the store. This is most difficult for disabled people, and it holds up the line of cars.

Sometimes there’s 5 to 10 min. in pump queue. Price always competitive. Convenient to On/Off ramps I-10. Store has usual snacks & liquid refreshments. Java concession inside. Good selection of miscellaneous ex/lattes, hot, iced and slushed. And some pastries, croissant, donuts, fruit tarts in their baked goods case. Current promo is for 50% off specified drink at Java concession (inside) when a purchase of 5 gals. of gas from Agua Caliente pump.

These guys will run the price up by .30in less than a days definitely hard to pump gas because security out there doesn’t care and they’re not enforcing the directions for the pumps. Don’t work with your sandblast them all. They should be in competition with everybody else, but they’re not

As previous reviews has stated the gas prices are phenomenal in the beginning. Now prices are as high as everyone else. With that being said the Fuel Station itself is very convient and lighting is the best. They put a lot of thought into it.

Honestly only ever purchased gas, but if you cannot go to a Costco, Agua Caliente Fuel has the best priced gas. No problem getting the gas, pumps work fine and best time to get gas is in the morning.

I appreciate the low prices, plus the fact that they were open on New Year's Day, when our preferred Sam's/Costco were closed. We (DH and I) love supporting Agua Caliente, and we stop at the casino often on our AZ to CA trips. The food at ALL dining locations is excellent, fair prices and super friendly employees everywhere we go! Clean and luxurious restrooms, too.

This gas station is right off the 10 Freeway on Bob Hope. It is easy in and out. There are plenty of gas pumps. There's never a wait. The prices are always better than even Costco. Plus it supports the Indian Reservation. This is my go to gas station every single time I'm in the Rancho Mirage area.

Jamee, who helped me at the drive thru was a disappointment. Not just because they didn't have the burrito anymore. When I pulled in to the window it took her forever to greet me . And when she finaly took my card I could see her through the window on her phone the whole time . Took even longer . I watched her on her phone typing away as I was waiting. She was literally sending text with my card in her hand .

This spot is not immediate off the freeway but it's not too far off. But it is SO WORTH IT!! It's the area's cheapest gas prices by far and they take contactless payments (like seriously works with Apple Pay!) The pumps are fairly busy but the nice thing is that they employ and one way flow for traffic so it makes the cars go in right direction. All the arrows are on the floor and it kind of reminds me of Costco style flow. The pumps are very well maintained and look fairly new and you even see plastic covers over the card insert area. If you are using debit it will ask for pin and won't spit out your card unless you input pin or cancel transaction. Also saw security guy on site which made me feel pretty safe! Ps. Convenient store and restrooms inside are clean!

Although The gas prices are great. My boyfriend walked into the store to pay and for gas. but instead of the CLERK, American Girl That is working their at this hour 12:00Am Unprofessionally Asking my man if he had a girlfriend flirtatiously and also asking his name, while him being uncomfortable. I really feel you need to have your clerks on check! and not have that sick kind of behaviour of girls working their! this should be about hospitality and in making your gas station bring up some more stars. Not bring it down some more and what not. could have been an undercover inspector.

Long lines. Gas pump fills slowly. I was told this is because too many pumps going at the same time lower the pressure. When it is triple digit heat, the heat is unbearable. Be prepared to wait and stay cool.

While the gas prices are good, the lines are unorganized and chaotic. The gas station offer a discounted coffee (50% Off) when you purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of gas. I decided to take advantage of the deal and went inside and order a medium ice coffee with oat milk. The people behind the counter were very nice but when they told me the cost was $4.05, I almost fell to the ground. The coffee was discounted but they added two up charges, one .50 cent upcharge for nothing and another 1 dollar for the oat milk. I asked why are they charging for milk and they said it a specialty milk. I have been to many coffee shops and never was charged extra for oat/almond/soy or regular milk. Needless to say, I will buy gas there when am in the area but I will never go into the store again. Also they charged me $4.25 for a small protein bar......outrageous!!

If you're like me and find rest stop bathrooms kinda gnarly, this is a great alternative right of the 10 fwy between Indio & Palm Springs. Woohoo!

People screaming at each other from across the parking lot. Multiple parties of people screaming and swearing at each other. It honestly discouraged me to use the bathroom with my child. But there's really no where else around except for on the other side or the highway. Tried to use the bathroom anyway and it was COMPLETELY blocked off. Both bathrooms. Looked like a hazard zone. Cleaners with masks on and it just.... Was. Scary to be turned away from a sight like that. Like what DID someone do in there? Gas pump 12 took my card and wouldn't give it back. screen kept saying to take the card but it was locked in the machine. Had to have someone come help me. Gas was 3.64! Which is how much it would've been if I would've driven 2 miles more down the highway to the Costco or Sam's club. And i can't use cash at Sam's or Costco, so In that regards it was pretty convenient. Overall: not the best or safest experience in the world.

Love fueling up here because it's the best deal in town & I get a discount on coffee with an 8 gallon fill up!

Gas is conveniently located across the street from the Agua Caliente Casino and the 10 fwy. Gas station is huge, clean and prices were lower than most other stations. I will definitely fill up at this station the next time I am in the area.

Cheap gas! No federal taxes since it's Indian Owned. Fill up when you get here or just passing by. Thank me later.

This is soooo Vegas! A gas station with a small casino inside the convenience store. What's not to love? Oh yeah, no taxes because it's on an Indian reservation - so cheap(er) gas! I'm sold. Being brand new, this place is super clean. I didn't count how many pumps they had, but it's definitely more than your average corner Chevron. To maintain some sort of traffic flow, there are directions on how to enter, similar to Costco. The problem is, people don't seem to care and enter however they feel is best for them. Kind of annoying, but that's people for you. I imagine it gets super busy on the weekends or heavy travel days. One cool thing is you can use your player's club card to pay for gas, that's assuming you've played enough to earn something. It offered me $5 for free right off the bat. It might have been a promotion though. Inside the store, there are plenty of snacks for the road. Prices were on par with other convenience stores. The small casino had maybe 30ish slots with a slot attendant sitting towards the entrance. I played a little and broke even. One note, which may or may not be a deal-breaker for some players, but these were Class II Bingo machines, as indicated by the bingo card you'll see when playing. From the player's POV, there isn't much difference, it just generates a win differently than Vegas machines, or even the ones in their main casino.

What a mess of a station! Went to get gas here instead of Sam's club to save a few pennies. Nothing but Chaos. After waiting for a pump only to find out that the pump required one to go into store, I gave up and left. So many cars coming in from different entries.. total chaos and a lot horn honking and upset people. Not worth saving a few cents.

What a cluster mess of cars trying to get in line. I now have gas pump PTSD. I went a little out of my way to get gas here, but I won't do that again. Keeping closer to home, unless I happen to be close by

Huge location right across from Agua Caliente casino. Large station with more than enough pumps even on busy days, though was pretty slow when I went. Cars don't follow the directions given and just pull in whatever way they want, but when it's slow, doesn't really make a difference. The prices are not that cheap unless you are only comparing local stations within that exit. Another casino based gas location further down the road had quite a bit cheaper gas, so not sure if what other commenters reported that they do not have to collect federal taxes, since if so, that makes the gas prices even more out of line. A good spot if you're looking for something in the convenience store, though probably a skip for the gas.

We always buy fuel here. My advice is for them to get their pumps fixed. Today it took four tries to get one where the reader worked.

Me and my husband came to get something to munch & we were not expecting $7.98 for nacho cheese not even the nachos , wow!! Just for adding nacho cheese to my chips I got charged $3.99 for each bag I just can't believe it .

They used to give you a deal because they don't have to charge over a $1 in federal and state taxes. Now they are the same place as everywhere else. Greedy bastards!2 stars for convenience.

They do have good prices on fuel but I came in here around 6:45 in the morning wanting to get a cup of coffee and I waited in front of the coffee counter and the lady was busy and I totally understand. She's dealing with drive-thru but then she just walked away and I was just waiting and decided to just get an energy drink. I really wanted a coffee but I was short on time so I grab energy drink and then I could hear her laughing as I was paying with the other cash register and then offered her a coffee and a treat as they were both laughing at me as I walked out. I don't get it. I was being polite but what kind of crap is this?

They really suck at running a gas station. Half the pumps are broken and you cannot pay at the pump.

Auga Caliente should be the least expensive gas in the Valley. It's disappointing that they are not. They would get a lot more business if they were even a penny or two less than everyone else. It's a really nice station and would draw people into casino.

I used to enjoy coming to the Agua Caliente in Rancho Mirage in the morning to get gas and coffee, good coffee reasonably priced gas. Now gas prices are as high as everywhere else, except Costco, which is .30 a gallon cheaper. It's the coffee machines that are a joke now. They closed the self serve coffee bar to push business to the "Java Caliente" coffee bar where they want you to spend twice as much for a plain coffee. Panera here I come!

Jasmine with the RED HAIR! is the sweetest! She was so patient. She recommended and made my ice coffee to my liking at the JAVA CALIENTE DRIVE THRU. My first experience and loved it. definitely going back! Thank you!

3 stars for fuel that's less than the other stations, for now. The only complaint I have is how to enter the fuel pumps. The signs state ENTER ONLY and EXIT ONLY. People where ignoring the signs and cutting the lines. This is a recipe for disaster. It's going to take one pissed off person to start a fight. Might be a wise thing for the tribe to have security keep the peace, at least for now. I haven't been inside the service station, but I'm assuming they have decent food. Soon, perhaps, ill check it out. For now its a place to gas up close to home.

the gas is cheap but the whole system is out of order, security are talking to people putting gas holding the line up, not organized what so ever.

Honestly, I would rather go to a different gas station than this place. I didn't like the fact that I was told by some guy to turn around because I was facing the wrong way of the gas pumps. When he told me to turn around I just got in my car and left to a different gas station. I understand the safety concerns, but there are tons of gas stations without these regulations and less space as big as this gas station. It only wasted mine and the employee's time.

Awesome gas station, huge. This is where I would go regularly if I had an RV that required much fuel. Sometimes the gas at discount places is rather cheap, but I found the fuel here to be high quality. They have a real classy clean avant-garde store with a small Casino in a separate room. So if you want to chill without going into the casino you can use the slots here. I bought gas here at $1.20 cheaper than my other station!!! Also I looked everywhere for cigars but these fellows had cigars in a humidor behind the cash register and they handed me the sign so I knew what they had and what the prices were instead of having to have them check each cigar back and forth. I bought two of the Cao boxed press flathead 660 maduros at 14.00 each. Online in a box they're about 7.00 each for a bix of 24. They should sell boxes of cigars too. Anyhow, they were fresh and perfect compared to most of the smoke shops we sell stale our counterfeit cigars. The cashiers were very friendly and they have a great racked wine selection. So I saved money on gas and got a new place to buy my cigars on the way home. You can't eat here too. What I like is the fact that you don't have to wait in a crazy long gas line because there are oodles of pumps.

The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians has done it again. It seems that no matter what this group decides to build in the Coachella Valley, it's gonna be the best of the best. There is now Agua Caliente Fuel on Bob Hope Dr at Ramon Rd and this location should be used as the standard for all others to follow. Plenty of gas pumps open 24 / 7 with 6 EV Charging Stations, Market, Cafe and 31 Gaming Machines. The interior space is huge and very impressive when you stop to think, this is basically a gas station. No membership required and gas prices that rival Costco. As an Independent Contractor, I use my car for work daily and the gas prices have been painfully jacked-up for the past year. With the way that most corporations / businesses either raise the price or cut the portions down, it's really amazing to find in todays world that your group did something no others would. Thank you Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians for bringing affordable gas back to Coachella Valley. P.S. Cannot wait to see the cultural center & spa

I really like that this is close to the house it's so great. I remember this land laid empty for many years I had a chance to deal with del Webb was.

Don't go here. I filled up my truck using my debit card. The next week my card was charged another $150! I had to open an investigation with the bank. They had to canc3l my card. Another hassle since I had no debit card to my business account for a week.

5:45 am... Got some fuel, the pump wouldn't print up my receipt, so as I am walking inside, I decide... some coffee sure sounds nice this morning!!! I proceed inside to the iced coffee machine empty, and a sign on the coffee dispensers reads... Please proceed to our Baristas for coffee. So, thats what I do, only to be greeted by 3 young ladies at the counter, and this is what one of them says..."For your information, we do not open until 6:00 am." Epic fail Agua Caliente! 5:45 am in the morning and No coffee to be purchased at all!

They need to figure out a better flow for entering and exiting the facility. As it stands right now it's very convoluted. They should model it like Costco and Sams fuel centers

Bought a phone charging cable and it didn't work right out of the box. It was the only kind they had for 5.99. The guy behind the counter was nice and helpful. Leaving the parking lot here is very confusing and most certainly will end up in some accidents.

Great prices BUT! card readers have sand in them,will ruin the chip in your card cost us $ 50.00 to have bank of america send us new cards asap will go to chevron on bob hope NO sand there. might cost more but still cheaper than new cards

My engine light goes on no matter what type of gas we put in. Won't be coming here anymore.

Easy access and great prices. Not sure what else to say...especially with prices of gas so right now.

First time at this gas station or I should call it a prison with the guard that was working tonight, 12/09/22 at 5:30pm. Tall dark haired male. Like I said it was my first time there and I followed another car and went around and I guess I went the wrong way and I didn't see the sign a car was blocking in front of me and it was dark. He comes up to my car and tells me to turn around. I say OK I'm so sorry I didn't see that sign. I honestly didn't see it. It should have ended there. He proceeds to scream at me and say You have to learn how to read signs to drive right?! Completely unnecessary. So rude. It was honestly a simple mistake and I even said I was sorry. There is absolutely no need for him to abuse the authority that he thinks that he has acting like a prison guard. Horrible service I will never be back. I hope he doesn't speak to his mother with that mouth! Why is it so hard to just be kind and treat people with respect?

Just a FYI... if you want ice don't stop here unless you want to pay 12.91 per bag. This is not a joke. Just got my refund because no way will I be made a fool to fall for this. Gas is cheap just skip the ice.

Well the prices for gas here are good but that's about where the good stops. The card reader did not seem to function properly. It's very disorganized and the pumps not limits. After being there for 20 minutes I was able to get half a tank and then the card reader failed to work. I saw countless people driving in circles trying to find pumps that actually worked. I did the same and eventually gave up after seeing so many people in front of me unsuccessful

The prices are good The only thing is I fill the tank on a full tank a little over 300 per tank. I don't even get 270s . I do have to say that it's clean and the people work there are nice.

This is the third time I've been here when the only way to get the pump to work is to leave my car & go inside--probably to stand in line behind others having problems. I tried 3 different pumps. No one around outside to help. Call button on the pump did nothing. I don't care how cheap the gas is. If I'm there 10 min & still can't get gas without going in side, I'll find my gas elsewhere.

Who would be motivated to report prices lower than they really are??? I certainly suspect it is someone at the station. There is a problem with this station's prices represented on the Gas Buddy app. For at least a week, the reported price for regular has been $4.05. I have been fooled twice, as I went there and found the actual price to be $4.24. The first time I entered a corrected price, but it was changed back to the cheaper price. I suspect this is a ploy by Agua Caliente or its manager/staff to lure customers with the cheap price. I didn't even check the sign at the station because Gas Buddy has been a reliable resource. I went inside today and asked what the issue might be, and a manager told me they are not associated with Gas Buddy. I will report this to Gas Buddy as well. In the meantime, CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!

Great gas station, beautiful to look at and wonderful staff. My only warning is don't use their ATM. Between the hidden and unhidden service charges, I paid $8 to withdraw my money.
