Aguzzo Cucina Italiana - Pinheiros

This was our second Aguzzo location in two days! It is that good. Undoubtably the best Italian food I’ve ever enjoyed. The wait staff was warm, inviting, and attentive. Our greeting at the door was questionable - a young woman had zero smiles as we entered and again as we left. Not sure what her problem was but I almost reconsidered taking a table. Once seated, it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had.

Wow, ravioli lunch was flawless. I’m not sure what else to say. The staff was great. Polite and with a smile. Thank you Nariel. 6 stars. I’d certainly be back. Oh, desert was great too.

Good quality dishes - unique in that they mix fresh, classic Italian pasta with top quality meat fillings - uncommon in Sao Paulo as one usually has to settle for one (a great piece of meat without fresh pasta) or the other (fresh pasta without top-flight beef). The porcini sauce on the beef ravioli was delicious - great balance of flavors and smartly crafted without too much salt! You can tell they did more than simply simmer mushrooms in a cream base. Plating was on point. Wine was average - the suggested red wine by the garçon was unsatisfactory so I took things into my own hands and thankfully found a decent bottle of pinot. Time to upgrade from aspartame to sucralose for customers that prefer a sugar substitute - especially for such a fine restaurant, it should be on offer. Aguzzo is the kind of restaurant that gets better if you come back a second time, so invest in multiple visits.

Great restaurant! A little bit expensive, but it offers discounts on The Fork frequently. Nice environment too.

Kind of fell upon this place after a walking tour of the street art and lunch was fantastic. Really tasty lasagne and gnocchi. Great service.

It was a wonderful experience. We were very well served and the meal was excellent. Good advise about wine to mach and outstanding pasta. Bruno was very helpfully and deserves a star. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. We wish you all the best and hope to return soon. . .
