AHMA湯 Soup

Ahma’s soups are simply marvelous! Consistently tasty & nutritious. All three of the Wellbeing set—Wellness, Clearing Heat & Calm Down—are in my freezer ready for a meal or a healing remedy. A tonic before & after medical procedures or extensive travel. Also a terrific gift for friends & family to say “get well”, “feel better”—they will. Glad I found Ahma soups. The porridge is also sublime, steady energy to start my day.

Great traditional Chinese healing soups. The free deliveries come in handy for weeks when I simple cannot cook and provide nourishment for my family. Incredibly delightful and simply delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the Heat-Clearing Soup delivered for the end of summer but also for general heat-clearing in my constitution. I love that it is so delicious AND supportive of my health goals. Looking forward to trying more soups from these folks!
