"A Portland ramen restaurant recognized for serving quick comfort food and forming part of the local roster of spots tied to the chef's background in casual, fast‑service concepts." - Monica Burton
Really good ramen! They were able to accommodate food allergies and leave out the butter they usually add to the miso ramen - it was delicious! Love the food hall in general, it's a cool space with lots of good options.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. I haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Today's Poke special was amazing!!!

The Karaage was light and crispy, Tonkotsu Ramen with added shiitake mushrooms is rich with flavour from the bone broth and pork belly. Complimented by a Hapa Ice Tea. Perfect combination for a cool summer night.

Very solid tonkatsu ramen, though a bit too salty, even for the style (ask for less salt & it'll be amazing.)
While it's not my favorite in town, i like it better than 2 of their more popular ramen neighbors (i haven't tried the last out of the 4,yet.) they are certainly worth checking out if you're downtown looking for ramen.

Fantastic stuff. I had the Tonkotsu ramen and can't say enough good stuff about the pork; fatty, melty, fall-apart good, and plenty of it. Broth was excellent too, with a good depth of flavor and hearty body.
Check it out, Aiko is certainly up there with the best bowls in town!

I was excited to check out the new food hall near work. I ordered the miso ramen and was very disappointed. The broth was almost flavorless. Also, unlike the nice, thinly sliced meat you see at other ramen places, the chasu here was thick, tough and hard to eat with chopsticks.

I ordered the miso and noticed that it lacked flavor for the second time. This time, I realized that it did not include the corn and garlic butter as advertised. I asked for some on the side and said thank you upon receipt. The cashier didn’t say sorry or you’re welcome. Where is the common courtesy?
There are way better ramen spots in Portland.

MIND BLOWING GOOD. I have no idea what the haters on here are talking about. I got the vegetarian Ramen, and they threw in an extra egg to replace the pork. I also added shitake mushrooms. Also, the noodles are very good. Slightly all dente but chewy. Like a good noodle should be. It was MIND BLOWING good. I can't imagine how delicious the pork version must be. Definitely try it, don't listen to the haters.
