This is an update to the previous review with one star. The fact that AF took my points during COVID restrictions is still not fair. But the change in stars is for some of their employees that go above and beyond.
The Air France lounge recepcionist in Boston Logan refused me entry, even with access. But the check-in and air crew more than made up for it.
For each bad apple, they have other great individuals that do their best to help.
I figured, it's only fair to change my review to reflect the work of the kind workers.
