*First Timer* The reviews are true. The ice cream flavours curated here humble even the most ardent creamery connoisseur. The place is minimal but precise in its offering. This may very well be the best ice cream on the West Side if not the city. Tasty. Creamy. Thorough flavors. I’ve found my ice cream spot. Yup. I would tell you to get the Ube flavour but that would mean there would be none left for me. Enjoy. You’re welcome.

One of the BEST ice cream shops in town. You MUST try this amazing, Black-owned ice cream shop. I visited here on a Saturday afternoon during their 2 year anniversary party. There was a decent amount of free parking around the block. We were instantly greeted with a warm welcome by the cashier. This place has such great customer service that the owner/manager offered to hold our ice cream pint in the freezer for us while we enjoyed the party. We got a pint of the ube ice cream and an ube ice cream sandwich covered in Oreo pieces. DELICIOUS! We paid about $17 for both. You should definitely visit here if you want unique and scrumptious ice cream in an equally exquisite environment.

Delicious ice cream!!! The ice cream was flavorful and smooth, even the basic vanilla was incredible. The portions were very generous. We also tried the ice cream sandwich and it was so good and an amazing value. Can’t wait to try the seasonal flavors and stock up on the ice cream sandwiches. Edited to add: grateful to have such a great ice cream spot on the south side!!!!

Such a great place! The ice cream was so good!!! I love soft serve a this was the best. I got the salted caramel. They have toppings to add and amazing cookies. I got some candies and they were great too! We even got a pup popsicle on the way out. The woman working was so kind and helpful, too!

One of a kind ice cream shop! The shop has good vibes and the owner is super nice! If you ever are in Atlanta on vacation you need to make a quick stop here. They rotate flavors so when I went they had Mango and Strawberry and they were one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. They have pup cups for the doggos and vegan options! (July 2024)

No lie but this is the best ice cream I’ve had! I loved going to Cold Stone as my go to but then I saw this place pop up in my neighborhood and my family and I had to check it out. I see why all the other reviews of this place are 5 star because OMG it’s so good! I had the regular vanilla cup with sprinkles and it was amazing and my cousin has pistachio with the chocolate cone and she said hers was amazing as well! Definitely coming back, especially to support a brother in our neighborhood!! Come and support. This place needs to stay! 🤩

Now that Cascade is open again we stopped by, so glad I did. The milkshake was amazing!! We also had a ginger beer float, also fantastic!! Glad to see our neighborhood has a great ice cream place. I will be back ASAP. They even had a little pupcicle for my dog.

I absolutely love ice cream and I believe it's always a good time to have it. It's never too cold! So I finally visited Aiskrimu which means ice cream in Swahili. This is such a cozy shop in the Cascade area and I absolutely love that they have soft serve ice cream, and they have vegan options. I had the strawberry and vanilla swirl in a cup $6. It's one size and you can get toppings for an extra charge ($0.75). It's a very generous portion. They have pints of ice cream to go in the freezer and Icould not pass up an opportunity to get the vegan matcha ice cream ( $9) that I heard was a fan favorite. They have a sofa and chairs inside so you can enjoy your ice cream and it's a very welcoming environment. Excellent service, chill music, and a very comfortable seating. They rotate their flavors each month. In addition to the soft serve ice cream, you can also get ice cream sandwiches, popsicles, milkshakes, and they also have cookies. I will definitely return to try some additional flavors.

Aiskrimu Ice Cream Bar is a black owned, intimate ice cream shop with unique, tasty flavors and good customer service. We walked over here about 10 minutes prior to their closing time and were greeted kindly. Additionally, we were provided with good recommendations for purchase. We opted on the Ube flavored ice cream which was very unique, yet good.

This is a cute quaint soft serve ice cream shop. They have a limited selection of rotating flavors 2 non dairy and 2 dairy options. When I visited they were offering vanilla, lavender, mango and strawberry. They also sell popsicles and ice cream sandwiches. I would say it's a nice local neighborhood option. Perfect to grab some ice cream and go for a stroll. I'd support because it's black owned but I would want more flavor options and maybe more memorable flavors. Service is pretty standard ice cream shop. You order at the counter.

I saw on their Instagram that they were celebrating their 1 year anniversary today so I had to come support. This place is so cute and the staff is so friendly and patient while figuring out what flavor and toppings you want. I got the Ube ice cream with peanut butter drizzle. This place is such a vibe. I love me a Black owned business in my neighborhood. I Will be back a thousand Times over.

Came here for a sweet treat. I decided on the watermelon flavor and it was so refreshing and tasty. I also got my dog the pup cup which I thought was soooo cute and she absolutely loved it. Professional and friendly staff. I will definitely be back to try more flavors!

Had the mango ginger float and was blown away by how much I loved it! The ginger beer was the right sweet and tartness to pair with the mango. Love that they have doggie ice cream treats available too and pints of ice cream to take home! Beautiful space and the owner made great recommendations and took time to explain how the flavors were sourced.

Was walking by and saw this cute ice cream bar. Turns out it is Delicious! I loved the non dairy soft served options. Current flavor I had was the vanilla in a matcha cone. Owner gave good service. He was patient and able to answer questions we had. Most definitely would return.

The ice cream was awesome! Great taste. The service was really good and the ambiance was clean and nice. We sat on the couch in the ice cream bar and looked at a magazine while we ate our ice cream. We loved it and will definitely be back. The only change I would suggest is to have more flavors of ice cream available to pick from. It can be only 5 and change them as the seasons change (Just a suggestion). Overall, if you visit this place you will be satisfied for sure. The vanilla was awesome.

I got 2 of them.. so that says it all. AMAZING!!! Apparently it was vegan ice cream, couldn't even tell lol but glad I found this place. Coming back today for thirds :)

We stopped in today for the first time. We love the area that the ice cream bar is in and love the atmosphere. There's several places to sit and eat your purchases and the bar is full of natural light, spacious, and airy. It has a modern/boho feel to it and I love the mural on the outside of the building. We got a soft serve cup and cone, along with an oatmeal cookie (definitely try the cookies!). All of which were delicious and the menu truly has something for everyone. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He insured to ask if we wanted vegan or dairy ice cream which we really liked. There's ample street parking in the area and the bar is very easy to get to on foot. We will definitely be coming back to try other options offered on the menu!

I stopped in here today! The place was very clean, loved the simplistic aesthetic, great customer service, and the ice cream & waffle cone were delicious! I had the chocolate chip cookie too and it was a great balance of flavor and not too sweet. Definitely will be back! Also, it's a black owned business which is great!

My wife and I ventured there shortly after they opened and they were amazing - especially their gluten free options!!! Please support this local business.
