Ajisen Ramen (Midtown)

It was my first time visiting and I felt Warm, flavorful, and satisfying Ramen place. Good experience overall, we’ve ordered takoyaki, Ajisen and tender pork ribs original, is a bit disappointed because it says on the ingredients “Slow cooked pork ribs” so I was expecting ribs instead I got a bunch of fat and so little meat as you can see in the pictures, besides that the miso broth is ok, no much oil, the noodles perfectly chewy, and the soft-boiled egg is seasoned to perfection. Quick service, cozy vibe, and great value for the quality. A solid go-to for ramen cravings. Just don't expect a super flavoury

Tasty Ramen! The entire family really enjoyed. Quick service. We ordered 3 different Ramen dishes and 1 rice dish. The rice dish was nice, but all Ramen dishes were amazing. Don't miss their crispy Brussel sprouts. It's amazing

I had an incredible experience at Ajisen Ramen recently, where I tried their Spicy Ajisen Ramen. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the swift service—despite it being Valentine’s Day and a busy evening, we were seated within five minutes. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff remained calm and efficient, managing to keep everything running smoothly even during the rush. As for the food, it was nothing short of perfection. The Spicy Ajisen Ramen was a beautiful combination of tender pork, soft boiled eggs, and fresh green onions. The flavor was absolutely heavenly; the broth had the perfect balance of heat and richness, while the noodles were cooked to perfection. Every bite was incredibly moist, and the pork practically melted in my mouth. We also ordered a starter of chicken karaage, which was crispy and flavorful—definitely a great choice to complement the meal. For two people, we spent around $50, which felt like a great value given the quality and portion sizes. The location is also convenient, just a short distance from the TTC, making it easy to get to. Overall, I would highly recommend Ajisen Ramen. It’s the perfect spot for a delicious, satisfying meal with fantastic service.

I have been a longtime customer of Ajisen Ramen (since 2015). This is by far the most beautiful and well-designed location of the franchise. Absolutely gorgeous. As always, the Midtown location keeps the promise of Ajisen to deliver delicious and well-made ramen. The very great service is a bonus; all of the employees are very pleasant and nice to speak to! Amazing location! Totally recommend for a warm bowl of delicious ramen. Note: the black garlic broth is amazing! 🙌

I only went in to have some soothing soup for my upset stomach. And it hit the spot! I had the original ramen special with pork and a side of edamame. The broth is incredibly delicious and rich. I hadn't eaten all day and this filled the spot perfectly! Will definitely return next time I'm in town. 😋

Very generous portions and good value . Very high quality ingredients. Would be more than happy eating this in Japan. This was delicious and memorable

Such an amazing place! Stella and Amy were exceptional to our group’s experience here for the first time! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! Food is made well like Tom Yum with steak is priced amazingly compared to other ramen places.

Service was amazing @ajisenramenca Shoutout to Sunny for being super friendly and helpful and made the experience even better. Ramen lovers, this place is a must-try! They offer so many different broth and topping options, it’s hard to choose! I went with the Pork Original ramen, and the flavor is next level! The broth is what really shines here — packed with umami but still light and easy to digest. Everything in the bowl comes together perfectly to create an unforgettable meal.

Craving ramen? This is the place to go. We ordered the grilled shrimp ramen in miso broth and the steak in miso soup. It was the best we've ever had - the broth was tasty (not too salty), the shrimp and steak were so tasty and the noodles were delicious. We finished every drop! The service was excellent too. We will definitely go back.

I have a new favourite spot in town! It's a few minutes away from where I live so convenient for sure, but I love that all the broths have a vegan option and there are choices for all dietary restrictions! The place is also super nice, aesthetic and huge and our food came super quick! I got the Shrimp ramen that came with a side of Fried shrimp and it was absolutely delicious! My friend got the tofu vegetarian one and highly reccomended it as well!

We visited the new Midtown location of Ajisen Ramen and it was so good we went back a second time! The staff is super friendly and attentive and the ramen is always delicious. I ordered the miso pork ramen and it was excellent both times. The inside of the midtown location is also very well decorated. There is a nice mural on the wall and lots of seating. Definitely one of our go to ramen spots in Midtown!
