This hotel is gorgeous, but the real star is the staff! From coordinating our transportation to from the airport, fixing issues with restaurant reservations and just offering outstanding service! Location is perfect. Breakfast was insane and the rooms were impeccable. Special shout out to Mira concierge and Harime in room service.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out - the architecture was stunning! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive which made my stay even more enjoyable. I'm so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful hotel with such amazing staff. Oh, and I have to mention the restaurant - it was top-notch! There was such a variety of food that everyone could find something they loved. And the cherry on top was the smoking room at the top of the building with the most amazing view of Istanbul! It was such a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Thank you Ajwa x

We had a wonderful trip to Istanbul and stayed in this impeccable hotel. Everything was so spotless and well kept. The breakfast was imaginative and delicious. Cannot praise enough the services of the restaurant manager Husein, who provided such a personal service and brought us special plates from the kitchen to try.|I would also very much like to praise Halima for looking after us so well. She is a credit to the hotel. |We had a major hitch with our transportation to the airport but the hotel staff took care of everything for us. The staff are everything at this hotel, nothing is too much trouble. The duty manager and particularly the head of luggage went over and above their job descriptions - we were even chauffeured back to the airport.|I shall be recommending the hotel to my son and his girlfriend who are also keen to travel to Istanbul. I stayed at Ajwa Sultanhamet and had an outstanding experience. The hotel is ideally located in the Sultanhamet district close to major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace, all within easy walking distance.||The restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options for breakfast. Dining on the rooftop terrace was a highlight providing stunning panoramic views of the city and Marmara Sea.||Ajwa Sultanhamet exceeded my expectations in every way. Its location, luxurious accommodations and exceptional service make it a top choice for anyone. I look forward to returning on my next trip to this incredible hotel.

Ajwa in Istambul was perfect! First of all it is located in a gentle slope (Istanbul dozens of those) in Sulmanahmet within 10mins walking distance from the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the tram station of Çemberlitas from where you can go to Karakoy, Galaport or Eminönü boat station. The hall is decorated with very good taste. The room was spacious, very clean with a very comfortable king size bed accompanied by a pillow menu. The breakfast is complete, a buffet with internacional and local cuisine. My wife experienced Ajwa’s spa where she took a Turkish bath (Hammam) and, in her opinion, it was a very relaxing moment. By the way, all the place is in ottoman style, covered by marble, nacre and gold. Regarding the staff, Maria, Ömer, Ibrahim and everybody else did everything to improve our staying, they helped with restaurants. reservations, transfers and anything we needed. |Çok teşekkür ederim! It was the first time for me and my husband in Istanbul. The hotel was outstanding, the staff was amazing and also the breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean and definitely I would come back here. Thank you for all the services provided and for the fact that we felt amazing!

The hotel is exceptionally exquisite, but it was the staff's service that truly elevated our experience. They were anticipatory of our needs, offering assistance with everything from booking tour guide reservations to arranging airport transportation. Every interaction, from housekeeping to the concierge, was marked by genuine friendliness and a willingness to go the extra mile. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They have a spa and we also enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was convenient, within walking distance of several landmarks. We had a two-night stay here but my family and I wished we could have stayed longer! Will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Istanbul. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!
