Aka to Shiro:
Great sushi and even better hospitality. I was given an English omakase menu right at the start, which made the flow of the meal clear and easy to follow.
The meal consisted of 20 small, well-paced dishes, focused on fresh, high-quality raw fish, served in an elegant and traditional style. Each piece was balanced and simply executed perfectly.
Service was very friendly and attentive, and the space itself is calm and nicely designed. The chef was nice, though he didn't seem to communicate well in English.
The only downside was that the pace of the meal felt a bit too fast for my taste; I would have preferred just a little more time between dishes.
Highly recommended for those looking for a pleasant, straightforward omakase experience in Osaka.
