I recently had the pleasure of visiting your beautiful cafe, and I want to begin by expressing my appreciation for the stunning setting and great atmosphere you've created. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I was grateful to enjoy special moments there with my family. During our time there, the café was understandably very busy. However, the service was quite slow, and I had to wait around 20 minutes just to receive cutlery, which unfortunately caused the food to become cold by the time I could eat. It’s always a shame when a good meal can’t be fully enjoyed simply because of delayed service. Additionally, the limited availability of restrooms was quite inconvenient, as we had to go across the road to use the facilities. With such a large number of guests, it might be worth considering improvements in this area to accommodate everyone more comfortably. I completely understand that things can be more challenging during peak hours, and I truly appreciate the effort your team puts in to manage everything. My intention in sharing this feedback is simply to encourage small improvements that could make a big difference in your guests’ comfort and overall experience. Grateful for the beautiful space, the comforting coffee, breakfast right in front of the breathtaking mountain view. I truly hope to return again soon and experience an even better version of AKASA Specialty Coffee. ☕🥐🤍🌼

An absolutely amazing experience, combined with the beautiful views, the food and drinks were truly mouth-watering, especially the service provided by the woman named Sri, pictured here. I will never forget this experience and service. Thank you again for the excellent food, drinks, and most importantly, the excellent service. Hopefully, I'll come back to this place someday to enjoy and explore all the spots at AKASA. See you next year. Note: I'm hesitant to give this place a bad review.

Nice place to hangout and chill. They have many choice of tasty local coffee. If you didnt like coffee they have many other choices beside that. the ambient is cozy and chill. You can enjoy the view from your seat.

Nice chill spot with spectacular view! Service is not too bad for top level with lesser crowd. They have a wide variety of drinks, including food. However, perhaps we’ve ordered what we thought would be safest to try, Egg Benedict. But bacon looks odd enough to not even want to try it. Bread and veg had a weird taste. We actually ordered 2 sets and ended up cancelling one, which was ordered layered as they missed it. Service wise ~ They offered for free and even take away ~ but clearly we didn’t even bother to take up the offer. Hope they look into improving their standard of food for a cafe worthy of return visits.

Make sure you come early or it can get difficult to get a table especially the one with view. It’s amazing, the view, the food. When we reached the mountain is covered in fog and it is cold as well. The breakfast is scrumptious too, great place to rest and relax.

What a way to start the day at Akasa Specialty Coffee! The sunrise views over Mt Batur and the lake are absolutely breathtaking — the perfect backdrop for a peaceful morning. The coffee was smooth and spot on, and the menu had some delicious, well-priced breakfast options. The pastries all looked amazing too! Tip: Get there early if you want to see the sun come up — they close the doors once they hit capacity. An unforgettable experience with great coffee, food, and unbeatable views. Highly recommend!

Beautiful interior with breathtaking views. The food was reasonably priced and tasted decent. However, we were assigned a really bad table. Although the view was great, the sofa was dirty and infested with flies. During our meal, the flies kept swarming over our food, which was quite frustrating and made us rush through eating. Hence, I didn’t think I enjoy the whole experience. The service was slow — it took a while for someone to take our order, and the food took some time to arrive. They also didn’t prepare cutlery when we ordered; it took a while to bring them over, and the set was incomplete for two people. Staffs were friendly though. But overall, service and cleanliness need some improvement.

Amazing view, cool coffee choices. Tried the brown spice coffee and it was good but wouldn't come back for it. Also tried the pork Ramen, nothing special. The view is spectacular but just like most stores on this side of the ridge. Service was lacking unfortunately, took a while to find the hostess to get seated, get a spot up on the top floor even if it was 50% full and to flag a server down felt like they were trying to avoid you.
