The 29 Best Restaurants in Paris

"This restaurant just off Canal Saint-Martin, in the 10th arrondissement, feels like a breath of fresh air. It's a shared, seasonal-plates spot with a limited selection, so we're going to go ahead and suggest you just order the whole menu (if you're not alone, of course). From mixed-mushroom gnocchi in a parsley jus, to pork shoulder with soy dressing, you'll only want more of everything. Do not, under any circumstances, skip chef Linda Granebring's pavlova—meringue paired with cream, caramel, and candied ginger—if it's on offer. Even if you think you're not into something (like, say, meringue) Granebring will change your mind." - Lindsey Tramuta, Sara Lieberman

Åke Table & Vin - Review - 10th Arr. - Paris - The Infatuation

"Pronounced “Okey” for those who aren't Swedish, this tiny restaurant in the 10th arrondissement, around the corner from hangout Canal Saint-Martin, is full-on Scandinavian when it comes to design and decor, from the raw wooden chairs and stark white walls to the wildflowers on the tables. The chef and founder is indeed Swedish, but her contemporary cooking mixes various cuisines and flavors. Dishes like mixed mushroom gnocchi in a parsley jus and pork shoulder in a soy dressing are ideal for sharing, so take a date or someone who doesn’t mind letting you eat off their plate. All the wine is natural, and the list is impressively international. Save room for dessert and cross your fingers that the pavlova with cream, caramel, and candied ginger is on the menu." - Sara Lieberman

Delicious small plates. I was in love with the mushrooms and the gnocchi, but all dishes were great. My only feedback - crust on the cheesecake needs to be crunchier…

They had a Mexican guest chef that week. Incredible tapas like dishes, great selection of (natural) wines and decent prices. Loved it.

Very good place. Between a wine bar and sharing plates. Good wine selection by the bottle. The plates are good and have several vegetable options. Staff is very friendly.

I unfortunately only took one picture of our meal, but for good reason, as we were so thoroughly enjoying the food that we forgot. We ordered most items on the menu between 3 people. Every dish was so flavorful and fresh. I will certainly have AKE at the top of my list when visiting Paris in the future.

An exceptional place for small sharing plates matched with an extensive and original wine list. Very casual bistro setting and friendly service. Extremely reasonable prices encouraged us to try the entire menu and there was not a weak dish in the bunch. Let their staff choose a wine and you won’t be disappointed. Menu changes often so very seasonal. Some outdoor seating.

A small and cosy interior, offering shared plates of innovative and novel cuisine. We had a lot of expectations and they were all met. The gnocchi and Chou are a must try here. The tiramisu was excellent. And they’ve got a long list of natural sake and wines, the red and white we tried were quite interesting. We will definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu, it’s worth it!

✨ Discovering ÅKE Table & Vin was one of our highlights of our trip to the 10th arrondissement. This cosy wine bar perfectly marries divine small plates with a curated selection of wines. Every dish was a taste sensation, from the irresistible gnocchi to the rich terrine and the luscious tiramisu. The service was impeccable, with wine recommendations that complemented each dish beautifully. Ake is your go-to for contemporary dining in a warm and inviting setting, ideal for those chilly Parisian evenings. It's an experience not to be missed!

Wine Bistro with good food options. Menu is based on a sharing concept with 6 or 7 main courses offered. The quality of the food is good, but for what it is (size of portions, content) a bit overpriced for the area. And a Soup didn’t seem the right thing to share. White Wine bottles were unfortunately too warm, shouldn’t happen in a place that has „Wine“ in the title and a huge Wine Card. Overall nice place. Very crowded on the weekends, better to make a reservation.
