Very poor job portal In Jordan, the job application process often feels inefficient. While the “seen” status feature can be helpful, I’ve noticed that most of my applications haven’t even been viewed. I’m unsure whether this issue stems from the recruiters themselves, from website filtering systems, or from automated selection processes. Tried many time to call the staff to get explanation but no reply!

In Jordan it seems so inefficient, though the seen option looks useful, however most of applications I made were not seen. I dont know if the problem is from recruiters or it is from website filtration or its automated nomination. Also few jobs in private sectors are published, majority are from NGOs only and most NGOs use it just to publish a fake vacancies for already identified internal employees , they do it just to adher with the labour law in publishing and showing some transparency. In conclusion very bad experience and a waste of time.

You will never match the job on their portal even if the qualifications is matching your profile perfectly. Moreover, your job applications will never be seen by HR.

Website needs some UX UI enhancements.

In my opinion It's good for NGO's vacancies only, I've never get any opportunity from their network , their events also useless and wasting time

Useless they ask for money to list job ads

Atmosphere is great, and the people there are very friendly
