I was craving AYCE sushi so I decided to go for my birthday!
I have to say, for all the AYCE sushi spots Ive been to in the states, this place new their assignment. The food quality was pretty good. The sashimi quality was pretty good as well.
I felt like I wasnt walking into a typical chinese owned sushi restaurant. The brand identity was present and clear. The service was welcoming, catering to assigned tables.
One suggestion for the restaurant is, we went in as a big group and obviously we ordered a lot and received a lot, it would be helpful to see what has been served on the table so we dont double order while waiting. Certain items came as they were ready but as it was a busy table, it was confusing to figure out what was receiced or still preparing.
Ordering digitally by a pad did help try figure out the order process.
The place can accommodate big groups. It was thanksgiving night and pretty packed for sure. Would suggest to reserve on weekends or holidays. They take waiting list over the phone as well.
Overall: 8.5/10
Would most certainly visit again, would suggest this spot to others. Would suggest to try the sashimi. Worth the money? Yes! Did I eat the money’s worth? Absolutely not😂
