An authentic German bakery has popped up in nord'east and it's a winner. The huge cafe space and wine bar has an attached bakery that was busily churning out pretzels and all types of loaves when we visited on a Wednesday at noon. We were hoping for lunch but options are limited to the daily soup and a couple of savory breads-onion/bacon or sour kraut/cheese-both of which were fine. Needless to say I took home a bagful of bread including pretzels (they don’t really keep-best to eat day you buy them) cookies and fantastic sour dough baguette-delicious! On a weekday street parking wasn’t an issue-except for huge mounds of ice and snow. Definitely want to go back to sample more items from this very authentic spot.

I stopped in here this morning and in a perfect world, I would've liked to try one of everything out of their bakery case because it all looked delicious. I did some research prior to coming here and they have so many things I wanted to try! I decided for the first visit, I would try their lemon poppyseed roll and one of their pretzel sticks. I was eyeing up their cardamom bread as well and it is something I will probably get next time I come here. This lemon poppyseed roll has to be one of the best baked goods I have tried all year. The bread was so soft and each bite was like biting into your fluffiest pillow if that was actually a thing. Someone put their heart and soul into baking this piece of art. The lemon flavor was perfect and I was having trouble comprehending how something could taste this good. I would highly recommend trying this if it's your first time here. I still haven't figured out what poppyseed tastes like after trying it in baked goods over the years but you'll love this no matter what. The pretzel was good too but my advice is you have to get this fresh and warm right out of the oven to properly enjoy it or take it home, bake it and eat it with some beer cheese or mustard. It was a little cold and while it was still soft with a nice chew to it, I would prefer to eat this warm or reheated with condiments in the future. The atmosphere was also stellar. This is a super laid back spot with a variety of different comfortable seating options. I could definitely see myself coming back with a book and enjoying more of their baked goods. They also have some savory items like a cheddar bacon chive roll and variations of these cheese and veggie tarts/pies which looked amazing. The staff were easy going and friendly as well. I was also able to pick both of these up for the low price of $7 so the prices are very reasonable too. I honestly can't wait to come back!

I have purchased their sourdough loaf on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. Pastries, hard roll, and pretzels are delicious too. I will definitely check out the wine bar sometime. Laid back, well lit, rotating art. Handicapped accessible via the rear parking lot. (Google Maps hasn't updated the photo yet, but that entrance is finished.) I cpuld NOT be happier with the food and service and atmosphere here. A MUST VISIT in the twin cities. Gorgeous presentation, fresh, beautiful, amazing food. I dont have enough good things to say about this establishment - everything is GREAT but the bread and cheese and meat board are stand outs. Im not a beer drinker, but the ciders available were top notch. GET YOUR BUTT HERE.

Walking through the door I was wrapped up in a wonderful smell and then my eyes saw the wonderful display of baked goods! I set my eyes on Crazy Raisin Bread and was almost concerned when the French gentleman in front of me bought a loaf and I thought it was the last!! I had it as toast last night and it was phenomenal 💜✝️💜 I then ordered the wonderful Vegan Potato Soup that even though it did not have the leeks the Chef wanted ……. It was delicious along with a wonderful sourdough roll - with Real Butter cubes - awesome 😎 Then finished my meal with a Nutella pastry that was delicious and not țoo sweet! Cannot wait to come back for the wine bar…….. Love the space and you have to sit in the fun chairs that allow you to really focus on your person in front of you!!!

The new location is wonderful, spacious, and full of homages to the history of Akis. Definitely more of a professional, larger bakery feel but the staff are still as helpful and friendly as ever. I feel like the production has improved too because we've yet to go there and have to make a substitution. The three-day ferment is a go-to for us and nothing in the Twin Cities has compared to the freshness and flavor.

Wonderful surprise. A bowl of squash soup that was made from scratch with healthy ingredients. It was hearty yet incredibly light and delicately flavored... and vegan but silky and creamy. How do you accomplish that? I can't wait to try the next soup they will offer. And the sour dough bread, well --- perfection.

This is a delightful German bakery/wine and beer bar/restaurant. It is clean and bright, there is music, but it is soft enough so you can easily have a conversation. There are big windows outside that show the bakery, which is also clean and bright. There is only street parking and as it was a snowy winter the snow banks made it not very handicapped accessible. I am sure it would be fine when there isn't snow, and the shop itself is very accessible. For drinks there is wine, beer, a couple of cocktails-mostly spritzers, and more non-alcoholic options. We went for dinner, around 5:45 on a Saturday evening. It was not crowded at all. There was not much left in the bakery, but that is to be expected that late in the day, and we still got two loaves of bread-a dark sourdough and a pumpernickel rye. We have tried them both now and they are delicious. The staff is super friendly! As it was our first visit we had a lot of questions and had trouble deciding what to have and our server was very patient and helpful. We ordered and ate way too much, but we wanted to try a variety of items. Deviled eggs were good, but not my favorite thing on the menu. Sandwiches, one with braunschweiger, one with mushroom pâté. The mushroom was fantastic, good mushroom flavor and whatever else they added worked very well. The braunschweiger was good, but the flavor was lighter than we had hoped-still would order again. German plate was very good. It came with fresh vegetables and pickled vegetables, a nice warm pretzel, and a spread. We ordered the Obatzda spread which was very good. The pickles were very strong, good flavor but very vinegar forward. Bratwurst was very good. The meat was flavourful and juicy. We ordered it on a pretzel bun which worked very well. The only disappointment was that it came with packets of Heinz ketchup and mustard. The ketchup I can understand, but when you have fabulous house-made mustard why not use that? Pretzel with mustard. Excellent! The pretzel was warm, had a nice crust, and soft and chewy inside. We ordered it with two mustards, the spicy beer and the sweet, and both were excellent. There was also a cranberry, but we didn't order that one. Pricing was very reasonable for what you got.

Love this place! Small but well curated Beer menu. There are not many vegetarian items on the menu, but it is Drew and cuisine so what does one expect. I enjoyed my meal and hope to stop there again sometime.

I honestly feel like this is one of the cities hidden gems. I stumbled into it looking for a place that sold different kinds of bread. Now I'm honestly obsessed with everything I have tried. Both the everything pretzel and the salt pretzel are so absolutely delicious especially when eaten with the garlic cream cheese they make in-house. The French baguette is so crispy and light but flavorful it's wonderful. The cinnamon sticks are also so delicious. I would highly recommend trying this place. Not only do they sell baked goods, they also sell wine and have a wine bar. It's the perfect place for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon gathering. The service is always very friendly and you can tell the staff is knowledgeable about their products. i've also been on many occasions, and there's usually quite a bit of German being spoken around which I think is telling to the authenticity.

I picked up a loaf of the rye sourdough bread at the Maple Grove farmers market. The gal running the stand was friendly and helpful. No other booths offered rye sourdough bread so this set them apart. I appreciated that all the breads were bagged as at another booth they weren't and bugs were getting on them. Excellent quality. The loaf was $7.50.

The bread & pretzels are exceptional. I think the 3 day fermented seedy sourdough is wonderful. I usually get 4 loaves, 1 to eat, 1 or 2 to freeze for later & extras for family. We all love the pretzels too, both the everything & the salted. It's a bit of a drive for me, hence the big purchases. I must say the pinball machines next door are super fun & the view from the parking lot, over looking the Mighty Mississippi is amazing. I watched a bald eagle fly up river the last time I was there.

Had a wonderful time at Aki's BreadHaus and Wunderbar! Our bartender was so kind, we were hungry and the kitchen wasn't open yet but she still checked in and we were able to get one of the best charcuterie boards with bread! It was $22 and both of us left very full! We tried the white wine flight and one of a couple cocktails. Cocktails were nothing special but the atmosphere, food and wine were great! Plenty of room to come and work or catch up with friends! I would highly recommend this spot!

Unfortunately, our experience here was not what we expected. Typically, when we've gone past Aki's, it was closed. This might have been a sign from the Universe that we should not bother. Got a cherry strudel, a loaf of cranberry raisin bread, and a honey cake (cannot recall the name). We were very excited to patronize a local bakery. We seek out local foods and artisans on purpose. Well, none of these items had any real flavor. Even the bread, after toasting, was flavorless. I have a deep love of toast, so I was over the moon about trying something new. I threw away the rest of the loaf. The fruit was the only thing that tasted of anything, and the crumb was weird. The bread didn't even get toasty, and I prefer toast on the crunchy side. My friend stated that the cherries in the strudel were the only thing that had a taste, as well. The honey cake had toasted, candied almonds on top, which was fabulous. If I'd had a few disks of that, I would have been happy. The pastry cream in the cake didn't even taste of vanilla. Granted, I do not feel overly fond of pastry cream, I have had my share of it over the years. This was the first time where I couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be. My tongue could not find anything to hold onto. No, we will not be returning. A broken heart over baked goods is difficult to bear.

There are so many things to love about Aki's. Their tiny dense rye loaves are as good as I got living in Copenhagen and their pretzels are on par with what I bought living in Munich. They have great pastries too, including the outstanding bread pudding. Their sourdough loaves are legit--the dark loaf proofs for 12 hours and they have a 3-day loaf too. I only wish the dark loaf was an even darker loaf like the ones I found in Germany. They have some picnic tables outside by the river where you can eat, though it is next to the parking lot, so I can't really call it scenic. Still, better than nothing. I also want to mention how friendly and helpful the staff is. The only thing that I've bought here that was just okay was a cookie that was supposed to be black forest cake flavored. It was merely fine. Stick to the bread pudding for something sweet.

I hope to give this place another chance. I wasn't impressed with the bread or the Nutella pocket. I'm not sure if they gave me day old bread without mentioning but it seemed stale, and then the Nutella pocket seemed really plain. The atmosphere seemed nice. The woman at the counter seemed like she didn't know much about the breads, maybe she was new. She was friendly.

It may have been the end of the day but I was not disappointed! All I got was a pretzel with mustard but it was everything I could've hoped for. Soft, a nice chew, and paired really well with the mustard. I'll be back to try more!

Great new location. Easy parking. Same old good service. Just that they run out of Brezels to early now due to the increase customer base.

Def nothing worth waiting in line on a Saturday morning for. German pastries are very different. Overall, pastries are very dry, they use bread dough for most of them. 4 out of 10 on the sweets. Breads are good, pretzels are average. The space is great, service is absurdly slow, almost deliberately slow, which is why the line was long. Grab a loaf of bread when it's not busy, it's good bread.

This little German Bread store is a gem! I got a whole platter full of thee best breads and sweets for only $18! The lady at the counter who helped me was super sweet. Their bread prices were really good too! I can't wait to come back and try their other items. There's off street parking. I got there on a weekday morning at 8:00 and there were tons of places to park - traffic not congested at all which was good because it's all parallel parking. This area had lots of multicultural businesses, restaurants, and stores. So much fun to check out.

I come to the store across the street which is in the middle eastern. And I always noticed that this bakery is very busy. Today I decided to swing by and try something. I tried almond croissant. It was good I finished it all even though I wasn't hungry. Location is nice and the whole street is diverse multicultural multiethnic food. Street walking is not difficult. The young lady who took care of me was professional and friendly.

I rolled up on Aki's by accident. I was heading to find coffee elsewhere but I was stuck behind a bunch of cars at the stoplight so I was right in front of Aki's. I pulled over and parked. Is there a smell more enticing than freshly baked breads and freshly brewed coffee?! The staff was extremely helpful in giving suggestions base on what I told them I liked. The Sweet roll was $1, I also had a Cinnamon stick and a bunch of other things I do not remember but they were affordable and the coffee was strong that day. I have and would recommend it.

Went to their new location on Marshall this morning for the first time. So cute. Easy parking. Made the whole neighborhood smell amazing. Got a bunch of different things including the best oatmeal cookie I've ever had and correct me if I'm wrong but they're not even known for their cookies! SO GOOD

Munich in Minnesota. Pretzels, reminiscent of those i purchased in the Hofbrau Haus in Munich. Breads like you find in restaurants all over Southern Germany. A staff that is knowledgeable and appreciative of your business. I hear they're moving to an expanded facility, i cannot wait to visit the new place when it opens.

I was here this weekend as part of a friends bike Toberfest bike ride. This was stop 2 on a rainy day. I was surprised it was not very warm and bready smelling when you walked in the door. They must have one heck of a vent system. I would have like to smell fresh baking bread. I had the simple sweet roll and the pretzel roll. Both were perfectly baked. The sweet roll was just a touch sweet with beautiful flavors of sugar and cardamon. They serve real butter with everything. The inside is a little small but very bright and light wood a abounds to welcome you to dine. There is not a thing in this bakery that I would not love to try. I will be back.

Felt like a bait n switch. Read all the awesome reviews. Sold my husband on driving clear across town to impress our guests with German rolls and pastries and all 7 of us were utterly disappointed. My husband lived in Germany and the rest of us have been there several times and it really was nothing more than another average bakery. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but there are many more bakeries in MN doing European breads that are much better than this one.

Finding good bread for a German is a challenge ! So, when one does find some, one buy's all one can. We where a bit late, close to closing time and the selection was limited but then again, also no lines. However, what we got was wonderful ! Now, we live 50 miles away, so we had to stock up ! The girl behind the counter was great and very helpful. The different types of bread are a delight and the "Laugen" out of this world ! Still not sure why one gets very good mustard with a pretzel but that is just me. No matter it was all excellent ! The "Steusel" is also a great choice to have with a nice cup of coffee that is also available ! All in all a wonderful experience ! We looking forward to go back and get more !

I kindof dislike it when people are like, "what a gem for the Twin Cities" or whatever. Somehow that implies we don't deserve better and that what we have isn't good. BUT GOSH DANG WHAT A GEM FOR MINNEAPOLIS. This place is AWESOME. I love the bread, the pastries, the service, the prices. This place would be a gem almost anywhere. I'm always scared to share places like this because I am selfish, but I'm trying to share!

I plan my Saturday's around their open hours, that's how good they are. Pretzels I would say are their trademark but their pastries and breads are equally great. As others have said, get there early.

Like the old cop shows, I rode up and a parking space was right in front. First time here, just dumb. I read Immaculate I. review and had to get over here. This is one of those I'll have one of everything places. They were so nice and forgiving of this first timer. I got a white bread for sandwiches. Don't think you're above white bread, this will change your mind quick. I got a cardamom bread, cause I love that spice. On the left wall as you walk in is all kinds of good stuff. I got a pint of wild rice soup. It's just something I don't want to bother with at home. Then there's the counter. I got chocolate chip cookies that will pass any test. Always try a jelly filled anything. I tried a small cookie, after all my greed was already kicking in. I passed on pretzels cause I want to eat them immediately and didn't know when I'd get around to it. A handy bathroom for customers. I'll meet any yelper here, anytime.

Oh my gosh, I cannot praise this bakery enough. The breads are amazing and reasonably priced. So far we've tried the bread pudding, cardamom bread, and walnut bread and they were all delicious. The last time we were here they had warm pretzels - so good!! They were out of the bread pudding, so I tried the poppyseed roll, which wasn't my favorite. I also love the German decor and it's very family friendly. Definitely on my go-to list every time I have visitors in town, because it's so fun!

I love Aki's BreadHaus and am so glad thy they're back. As a German, I'm picky with my bread and their pretzels are the most authentic I've found in the twin cities. I miss spending afternoons there with the kiddos, playing board games and eating baked goods. Their sourdough breads are also amazing. Definitely stop by if you're near.

best fresh white loaf bread. just like my mom and grandma made! pretzels are also amazing but go for the the everything. They only have beer cheese mustard dip of course because it's German but I but cheese cups on the store just for these pretzels!!

I love Aki's because they have a variety of baked goods. My favorite thing to eat there is the everything pretzel which has everything bagel seasoning on it instead of salt. It's delicious. By, Quinn.

Amazing treats here! We tried the blueberry streusel, $1 sweet roll, Nutella roll. Should have bought more! We went next door to the Fair State Brew Coop & enjoyed with our favorite beverage! Next time, my date says he's trying the fresh pretzel with his beer!

Aki's is an absolute Nordeast treasure. The quality and taste transport me to Europe. I've sampled the cardamom bread, bread pudding, pretzels and croissants. Each of these truly stops me in my tracks to take a long moment of gratitude that this bakery is in my neighborhood.

Stopped in for the apple strudel, Chelsea ordered the Nutella pocket, and togo we took with us the dark sourdough. The breading was fantastic on each dish. I would definitely visit them again. Suggestions- Try the strudel warm! Moose Out

I'm here to sing praises to their vegan raspberry...something cookie. I like a vegan cookies. I am not vegan, but over the years, I have found that there are a lot of uber delicious vegan cookies out there. Aki's joins this list with their super moist and crumbly affair. Anyways, I was very surprised and I can't wait to go back for more. It should be mentioned that this is not a vegan bakery, in general

I'm really struggling to find words to adequately convey the divinity of Aki's. after months of anticipation about a new coffee-and-bread shop along Central, I made my maiden voyage into this heavenly bakery this morning. The aroma of fresh bread and coffee welcomed me, as did a friendly face behind a counter. And a community board made out of wine corks! I could sense the goodness I was about to experience. Aki's is on essentially its first week of business, having opened late last week. I arrived around 6:45am (they open at 6:30) and did have a sort of limited selection of goodies from which to choose because Aki - I'm assuming the German bread genius who was busy baking was Aki, but I could be wrong - was still preparing his tasty treats. They had sweet cardamom braided loaves, cherry streusel, and 50-cent rolls, so the only way the few choices wouldn't work for you is if you dislike both cherries and cardamom (are you CRAZY?!). I grabbed a loaf and a streusel, along with two dark-roast coffees (they also have a light roast). Then, my hubby and I ate. Remember what I said about divine? Heavenly? Genius? Yeah. All of those. The cardamom loaf is mildly sweet, gently cardamom-infused, and perfectly soft and chewy. It's ridiculous. The streusel has crunchy little crumbles on top of tart cherries and the most melt-in-your-mouth, get-in-my-belly bread you could imagine. Also soft and chewy. So, all in all, I'm clearly lukewarm about my experience at Aki's. Or I'm going to go everyday, drink too much delicious coffee, and feast on fresh bread and pastries. If you see a 5-foot-tall lady rolling down Central, stuffed but content, stop and say hi to me. One tip: tips! They use Square for credit cards, which is great and convenient, but they haven't set up a way to tip on the Square system. I suggested to the girl behind the counter that they look into it, but I'm recommending it here, too!

The only place I go for bread. Aki is always creating new recipes and every one I've tried is incredible! The most authentic German pretzel you'll find outside of Germany, I tried a few near Berlin and his remind me of those. Try stopping in on a Saturday, they usually have more options than weekdays--but watch out for the line out the door! Get there early before the best stuff sells out.

Aki's is wonderful. My only complaint is that they are too far away from us for me to go there more often...and bread should be a daily purchase. I recently went on a french bread pilgrimage only to find that even 'good' grocery stores (Lund's, Kowalski's...) simply do not have it. Nor does Turtle Bread Company (the crust is a hard but not crispy shell). I have yet to find good french bread anywhere near my home in the Hiawatha neighborhood of Minneapolis so I have to make the drive up to Aki's where it is reliably good. Why is Aki's french bread so good? Because the crust is crisp but not so thick that it becomes tough. The center has a pleasant flavor and is not dry. We made home made gazpacho and really could not have found a better bread for mopping it up. Note, however, that their french bread is not made in the traditional baguette shape but rather as a boule - that may matter to you but it did not to me. If I had one complaint is that I can only get to Aki's after work and their selection in the evening is pretty meager. I think that's the result of relatively small batches of high-quality product but it limits my ability to enjoy them, unfortunately.

Aki's is the real deal, and I am so grateful to have this phenomenal German bakery in Northeast Minneapolis. If you're looking for truly authentic German bread, pastries, cookies, and more, this is it. In fact, Aki's is the only place I've found in the Twin Cities (or anywhere in Minnesota) that has baked goods which taste exactly or almost exactly like they would in Germany. The pretzels are absolutely top-notch, the brötchen are divine, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The pretzel chips are to die for and everyone I've shared them with has loved them too! In fact, I have enjoyed every single product of theirs that I have tried, with no exaggeration after being a customer for over 3 years. What's fun is that they are always trying new recipes and ideas, so there are frequently new sweets or breads to sample. Beyond the pretzels and brötchen, I highly recommend the bacon cheese chive rolls, the streusels (all flavors), the sourdough breads (especially the dark sourdough, the Bauernbrot), the Sicilian bread, the rosemary bread, and more. I could go on! Arrive earliest for the best and broadest selection, though if you're like me and not an early riser, they almost always have good things left even at the end of the day.

Whoa! Who knew that amazing authentic German baked goods were here in the Twin Cities?!? Mind blown! I arrived with my kiddos on a Saturday with expectations of a few kinds of breads, but I was so pleased to find so much more! The kids both ordered two kinds of struessel- apple and blueberry. When I tried bites of both, they were absolutely delicious, but my flavor profile favored strongly the apple which was like a mini strudel bite. We also got brötchen, pretzels, energy bread and wagon wheel. All amazing! The brötchen is softer than your traditional semmel but delicious with a bit of butter. The pretzels are outstanding! We had ours with butter and housemade Liptauer. While we were there, we met a fellow I think may have been the owner who loves Hamburg soccer. Friendly, delicious baked goods, a nice place to enjoy your tasty finds.... the perfect German bakery away from Germany. Run to grab some of these delights- we will be bringing our family back again and again!

Having just visited Germany on an extended holiday, my husband and I were missing the smell and taste of finely baked breads and our daily pretzel. We were overjoyed to discover Aki's Breadhaus delicious treats when we went to the St Paul Christkindlmarkt over the holidays. So, of course, we had to plan a visit to their shop. And we are so glad we did! The owner is delightful and the breads and pretzels are simply outstanding. Truly the best in the Twin Cities. The dark rye with currants is in a class all by itself. The crisp crust and the hearty interior with just a touch of sweetness from the currants is sublime. it usually sells out fast on a Saturday so we were fortunate to snatch one for ourselves. The pretzels remind me of ones enjoyed as a child. I jokingly say my love for them proves that I am German. Deliciously chewy on the inside with a dark brown outer crust and a sprinkling of coarse salt. Even my husband is now a fan. All that was missing was the Biergarten. But we enjoyed one with our HB Hofbräu Dunkel. So excited to have made the visit to Aki's. We will definitely be back!

OMG! Finally a great pretzel in this town. Their bread is awesome too. I got sourdough, rye, and a French Boulle. Awesome awesome awesome. I think I like this place.

I was just in Europe including Germany. I have to say that Aki"s bread is the best! I first met him at a farmer's market in Minnetonka and have been buying his bread ever since. He has several different varieties. One of my favorites is the flax seed bread. Try it the next time you are in NE Minneapolis or do like I do and drive in from the suburbs.

You gotta go. The Berliner roll is yeasty and tender, the raspberry jam is not too sweet and there's just enough to whet your tastebuds, and the dusting sugar is the perfect crunch and sweetness. Definitely NOT a doughnut.

I went to Aki's based on the reviews but I was disappointed. The main reason for going there was for the Hard rolls. They are now 75 cents each and not all that great. We just got back from Europe and nothing close to the great bread there. We also bought some Berliner rolls....very disappointed. ..one we ate in the car and we kept thinking there had to be the filling in it...ended up the spot on the side was about all there was. At home we cut the other in half and you can see how little was in it in the photo Not impressed. ...won't plan on going back...too bad because I like supporting the small guy...

Yet another wonderful reason to live here in the Twin Cities. Businessmen like this are so refreshing and, sadly, a dying breed. After trying one of their pretzels next door at Fair State Brewing, I decided that I had to stop in for a touch of the real thing. I've never seen a baker so happy and proud of his work. As well he should be. It's a beautiful place with amazing baked goods. We tried the cherry streusel, cinnamon sticks, pretzel sticks, and the multigrain sourdough bread. I can't tell you how good each and every one was. The cinnamon sticks were to die for. $1. A buck. Unbelievable. Same with the pretzel sticks, a buck, and fresh out of the oven they were amazing. When I told him I wanted the pretzels for a party the next day and asked how I should store them, he cringed. Because he knew his product wasn't going to be presented in the best possible way. And goddammit I respect that. Being they are closed on Sunday and Monday, my options were limited. Then he said they sell them frozen and I can bake em up myself and put the salt on. Awesome. I can't wait to return. So many beautiful things to try. Many types of streusels, rolls, breads, and my god the pretzels.

I think I found a new love. Aki's is a charming small business along the ethnically diverse stretch of Central Ave NE. This German style, but not gimmicky, bakery brings the Euro bread I've been trying to find without paying $8 a loaf at a major supermarket because they call them "Artisan". I have to try more products at this friendly shop, but the brötchen hard rolls were great. They are so busy, because of a news story, bread may be in short supply by mid-afternoon. The owners are hands-on and friendly complete with a German accent.

Absolutely incredible! Love and care go into every recipe. I highly recommend the delicious cookies with a jam center. I can't wait to try everything they have to offer. This is the real deal for bakeries!
