This is an absolutely luxerous hotel! The roomservice is incredible. Our rooms were serviced in the mornings and evening and always spotless. Thankyou to Nurul and Rinus.|The spa treatments were great and very relaxing. And I would like to highlight the wonderful infinity pool. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we experienced a great time.

Our family vacation at Anantara Al Baleed Resort Salalah was absolutely wonderful. The hotel feels both luxurious and peaceful – a perfect place to relax, especially for families with children. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean, and the large pool and perfectly maintained gardens create an amazing atmosphere. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurants was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. The only small downside is that, for a resort of this level, I would have expected non-alcoholic drinks to be included in the stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back.

Our stay at Anantara Al Baleed was exceptional from beginning to end. The genuine warmth, outstanding service, and beautiful resort setting make this place unique. First and foremost, Maria deserves special praise. She was always there for us—sometimes quietly in the background, sometimes proactively checking in—but always caring, thoughtful, and one step ahead. She took care of everything, ensured we felt fully supported, and added that extra special touch that made our stay remarkable. Marichel accompanied us during our meals with incredible attentiveness and kindness. She made every wish possible, was always present at exactly the right moment, and created a dining experience that felt personal and deeply warm. Her hospitality truly exceeded all expectations. Arafat, our sommelier, impressed us with his recommendations, knowledge, and intuitive understanding of what we would enjoy. Always attentive and caring, he made every memorable. Thanks also to Asad, who took wonderful care of us at breakfast every morning with friendly service. And we would also like to warmly thank Bilal and Jalal from housekeeping, who looked after our room with great care, professionalism, and a genuine sense of hospitality. Their thoughtful touches made us feel at home Beyond the amazing team, the resort itself is fantastic: a beautiful property, great food, and an atmosphere that instantly allows you to relax and unwind. If there is one small suggestion for improvement, it would be to update the fitness center with newer and slightly more equipment. Overall, an outstanding stay that we will remember for a long time. Highly recommended.

The resort is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The private beach and pool areas are never crowded. Parking is easy and right by the entrance. A special thank you to Gábor, the only Hungarian team member, for his warmth, care, and personal attention. He made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended! 🌸

Very nice and quiet hotel. Villas are big, comfortable and in good condition. Great cleaning service, thanks to our room attendants Hassan and Aminul. All hotel staff are kind and helpful. Although the sea was rough, we still enjoyed our time at the beach. We would also preferred a bigger choice of food.

My husband and I spent 11 wonderful and relaxing days in Anantara Al Baleed and our experience was simply amazing. From the reception to the restaurants, room service, recreation areas, sports center, and spa — every single member of the team was attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming.||The breakfast buffet at Sakalan was exceptional, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, juices, gluten-free options, chia bowls, and eggs prepared in every possible way. In the evening, the same restaurant turns into a themed buffet (Italian, Indian, seafood, etc.), which was always a delight.||A huge thank you to all the staff at Sakalan for their warmth and attention to detail — especially John, who was extremely polite and shared so many useful tips about what to do in Salalah; Kihn, in charge of the pastries (the best cheesecake I’ve ever had — thank you!); and Asad, Vivien, and Yuli, among many others who made every meal special.||We also loved dining at Mekong, where the food was delicious (I’m still dreaming about the sticky rice!). Thank you Roy and Mitra for your wonderful service. And finally, a special mention to White and Teja at the Almina restaurant — you were fantastic!||We truly can’t wait to come back. We spent five unforgettable nights at Anantara Al Baleed in a fantastic Garden Pool Villa, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The villa offered generous space, complete privacy, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere — truly the ideal retreat.|The entire resort is beautifully maintained, and the staff are outstanding. We would especially like to mention Asad, Arafath, Khun Kitty, Leo, Dede, John, Qasim, Dipen, Mani, Jalal, and Shakawat, who all contributed to making our stay exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome at every moment.|During our stay, the Culinary Festival took place, giving us the chance to enjoy two special themed dinners:|A Mekong River Thai-inspired set menu with fantastic flavors,|And a Spice Route evening featuring a wonderful live barbecue and a diverse, delicious buffet.|Both dinners were highlights of our trip.|The beach is absolutely beautiful — perfectly clean, calm, and equipped with comfortable sunbeds and cabanas. My wife especially enjoyed the private Muay Thai training sessions with Khun Kitty, and the gym was well equipped for a great workout.|Another pleasant surprise was the Dakar Jazz Lounge, a cozy, stylish spot to unwind in the evenings. It creates a relaxed chill-out atmosphere you wouldn’t expect to find here — and the cocktails are excellent.|All in all, our stay at Anantara Al Baleed was pure perfection. We loved every minute and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
