The location was beautiful, the beach was great and so was the pool (also the private pool in our room). The food was very good and the activities were nice. Everything was a bit expensive, especially the fact they made us pay about 70omr (we negotiated it down to 70) for one bottle of tequila (and we looked at the label online, it wasn’t expensive). The room service and cleaning was great, and our cleaners Hassan and Shikhawat were always on time and did a great job.

I stayed for four nights with a friend and it was pretty much perfect. ||The room was so comfortable, great air conditioning and wonderful comfy beds.||We ate in the Mekong and Al Bait restaurants, I had a hiccup with my meal in Mekong but it was dealt with well. ||We had lazy days on the beach and relaxed thoroughly. And enjoyed happy hour cocktails at the beach bar at sundown.||Breakfast was a real treat, nothing too much trouble and amazing fresh juices, we both loved the orange and ginger.||Will definitely return…

Lovely stay. 5 days of absolute detachment from reality. The structure is stunning and the beach a dream. |Highly recommended! |Special remark to the activity part of the resort and to the great Mihira! |I hope people will get to know him. Such a nice and friendly animator, who created the right atmosphere between diverse people through top class entertainment ranging from volley ball to all kind of sports.

This was our first time in Salalah, and I was more than surprised. The hotel has impeccable service, and the facilities, though, boutiquish, are extremely nice. A bit overpriced in comparison with other resorts at the level of Anantara, but I guess that's a tax you pay for traveling on New Years. The gala dinner food was amazing, but the entertainment was below average. Also, the stage was directed to one area, so where we sat it was obstructed. I find it weird that with the price for the gala dinner, no coffee or tea was included. Special thanks to Yuli, Yashi, Marichel, and Made from Sakalan. Finally, the trip was made by Mahendra, our room organizer, who made us marvelous towel animations. Thanks.

Our villa manager, Gabor, a hungarian guy, was excelent, he did everything for our comfort. He recommended exciting programmes and informed us all the available services of the Hotel, so we could participate at these programmes and order these services (floating dinner, Mekong etc). He also was always available when we needed something.|The rest of the staff we met (Cory and Rita) were also very nice and helpful.

|Returning from my wonderful trip to Oman, a country rich in culture, nature, and excellent food – a detail we Italians always appreciate – I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and sincere compliments to the Al Baleed Anantara Hotel in Salalah, where I was fortunate to stay for 4 nights.||The hotel fully deserves its 5-star rating, especially thanks to its staff: courteous, cheerful, and always willing to fulfill every desire, even of the most demanding guests. I experienced a level of professionalism that is rare to find, even in hotels of the same category.||The cuisine is diverse, of high quality, and meticulously prepared. A special mention goes to the Mekong restaurant, which offers relaxing dinners in a refined atmosphere with a wide selection of delicious dishes.||A particular thanks to General Manager Andrea Orrù and Resident Manager Mr. Adil Al Lawati, who made my stay truly memorable.||I wholeheartedly recommend the Al Baleed Anantara Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Salalah.||Best regards,|Patrizia Flematti||

Stunning resort, beautiful beaches, and facilities. We had a spacious pool villa close to the gym and kids room. Lost points for the quality of the food for lunch/ dinner/ room service. Shabby French fries and average pizza. Sea bass was great however.
