Initially, my husband and I chose this restaurant to enjoy some oysters with a glass of wine. However, the restaurant’s policy requires ordering at least two dishes per person. We decided to stay—and it turned out to be an excellent decision!
The appetizers exceeded all expectations. “The crudo” was particularly impressive—a remarkably refined take on familiar ingredients that everyone should try. The oysters were also outstanding, although only No. 2 was available, while I prefer the smaller No. 3.
The service was impeccable! The young and professional waiters were knowledgeable and attentive, pairing the perfect wine with our oysters—special thanks for that.
The main courses were a true culinary delight. Both the pasta and the fish were flawlessly prepared, showcasing exceptional quality and attention to detail.
While the evening was almost perfect, the final note—the dessert—slightly disrupted the balance. Following our waiter’s enthusiastic recommendation, we decided to try it. Although the dessert was exquisite, it felt a bit excessive after such a satisfying meal. Perhaps enjoying it an hour later would have been a better choice.
Overall, the restaurant left us with nothing but positive impressions! Elegant dishes, excellent service, and the chef’s personal attention made our evening truly unforgettable. Thank you for such a fantastic dining experience!
