Al Dente

Open on a public holiday, this place filled up quickly and the staff were not quite able to cope. But the food was good and excellent value and the ambience was laid back.

Having not eaten hear for a couple of years it was good to know everything was the same. We were a couple eating on an evening. Excellent food, calm atmosphere and really good, friendly waitress. A bonus for us, the couple beside us had a very well behaved dog which we were very happy to see in a resto. Thank you for a lovely evening.

A favourite. Good, tasty food prepared with skill and presented beautifully. Fine dining style but reasonable cost. Only downside was perhaps a little light on the seasoning. On a plus, the strawberry white chocolate bundle was perhaps the best desert of its type we've tasted in Brittany.

Food was tasty but portions were minute on huge plates wirh cream sauces to fill the gaps. The waitress was very help full and enthusiastic. I wss there on a freeby and very gratefull that I was not paying for the meal.

High quality food: delicious vegetables, fantastic desserts. Entree in my case a slightly unbalanced composition of different dishes. A bit inflexible in hosting children. Very good value for money.

I would say this is one of the best. if not the best food I've ever had. An up and coming Chef.

Fantastic food. The service was excellent, without be intrusive. Will be going again!
