This cozy Italian restaurant serves authentic Italian food and relaxed vibes. The waiters were engaging and very knowledgeable about the menu. Though the restaurant was full, it sometimes felt as if we were the only diners there such was their service and attention to our needs.
As a starter, we tried the mozzarella roulade, which was on as a special and had a ham and pesto filling. It was delicious and popular with our children.
We also ordered the lasagne, spagettoni alla carbonara, ravioli al dente and paccheri alla boscciaola. All cooked to perfection and full of flavour.
We were too full for dessert, but I had to order the zuppe inglese (literary translates to English soup), also on as a special, as I had never tried this before. It was like a tiramisu, but with different layers. Again, it was so good, the children, who originally didn't want dessert, took it off me.
We would definitely visit again. I would advise you book in advance. We didn't, but were lucky enough to arrive as a table had finished.
