Highly recommended. Great restaurant serving Iraqi cuisine. Restaurant is open early on Sat for breakfast and full menu available by 1100. Service is fast and very friendly. Not cheap but very good value.

Al-Enam is a hidden treasure located in Park Royal, boasting a rich history of serving exceptional food for nearly three decade. This establishment is a beacon for anyone seeking authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, and it does not disappoint. The breakfast menu is extensive and packed full of flavour.The sausage and egg was absolutely devine. Prices are reasonable and the service is prompt. Would strongly recommend.

Would not visit again due to poor customer service and disappointing food quality. In most Iraqi restaurants, it’s customary to receive soup, bread, and hummus/kamel as complimentary items, reflecting Iraqi generosity. However, this restaurant only served soup at the beginning and did not provide Iraqi bread unless it was ordered separately. We had to order four pieces of Iraqi bread, each charged at £1.75. The customer service was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The owners sit at the entrance by the tills—an elderly man and woman with dyed blonde hair. The female owner, in particular, was extremely rude, showed no manners, and repeatedly stared at customers in an aggressive and unfriendly way, giving constant unpleasant glares that made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The food itself was very disappointing. Everything was bland and lacked flavour. The lamb quzi, which is more expensive than at other Iraqi restaurants, was especially underwhelming. Given the higher price, I was expecting high quality, but it had no flavour at all and was undercooked. The kebabs were also excessively oily. On top of that, the service was slow, and we waited far too long for the food to be served. To make matters worse, a £6.52 service charge was added to the bill. When I asked if the service charge was compulsory, I was incorrectly told that it was. I then pointed out that service charge is optional and explained that the service did not deserve it due to the slow service and lack of flavour in the food. The owner rudely instructed the waiter to remove the charge, while the female owner continued muttering under her breath. Overall, the food was a major let-down, the service was poor, and I will not be visiting again.

I went to Al Enam with a group of friends and really enjoyed the experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the food was full of flavor. We ordered the big mixed grill which was very tasty, especially the lamb chops, though there were only three included. They had run out of chicken shawarma which was a bit disappointing, but they gave us chicken shish instead and it was still good. The yellow rice was delicious, and the complimentary lentil soup with croutons was simple but really flavoursome. The only downsides were the lack of parking, not being able to pre-book a table so we had to wait, and the fact that they close quite early. Overall though, the food and service made it a great place to eat and I’d definitely go back.

The ONLY Iraqi restaurant I will go to in London that is genuine, clean, not overly oily or an Iranian copycat! Delicious food from starters to mains then the compulsory Iraqi cardamon tea and kaahi (filo pastry with syrup and clotted cream). The kebab is delicious and I always take some of their frozen kebabs and kubbat halab home with me— my children adore these and they come out really well in the Air Fryer— plus the complimentary lentil soup is a highlight for me (so creamy, so simple and satisfying). The food is not overly saturated with oil, as I find in majority of other Iraqi (and Iranian) restaurants, which I find really off putting. I don’t get the complaints of small portions in some of the reviews, as I can eat most under the table, but have yet to finish my main and always end up with a doggy bag! With my tishreeb, I had at least one whole flat bread in the tomato sauce, an entire lamb shank (with the extra bits!), chickpeas, complimentary bread and pickles. I mean, more than that, it would need to be labelled as ‘for two’ surely. I do order sides too, like teboule and babaghanough, AND leave a little room for dessert, otherwise I’d need to be rolled out of the restaurant. The two elegant owners, who often sit at the entrance by the till, managing everything with a vigilant eye and a calm smile, are a reminder of the Iraq of before. Not whatever it is today. There’s a real mix of clientele, and the service is great (sincere and efficient). I’ve recommended this place to all who ask me where to sample Iraqi food. It is the next best thing after a home cooked meal.

The food was expensive, not tasty and very little. You would do better buying street food, at least you would get more food at cheaper. I didn't even finish the small portion they provided..and my taste buds were screaming at me.

Great food, amazing portions and great value for money. Great service from their staff here and more than happy to help out with the menu selection. I really enjoyed their mixed grilled and their cheese sambousa accompanied with their freshly made naan bread. It was a great and flavourful experience trying their mixed grill, particularly enjoyed their lamb shish the most. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes Iraqi cuisine.

Such great food at this Iraqi spot. The Kebab Erbil was outstanding and the Quzi with tepsi stew was like a warm hug! The breakfast at this place also cannot be missed. The Iraqi tea also is a 10.

Honestly this place is nothing but disgusting, I was at the restaurant on Sunday, nothing's organised people all waiting in the lobby, the woman (owner?) was shouting at her staff, some man holding a large tray of around 20/30 metal shish and walking around, no health and safety procedures. Then we witnessed the woman (owner/manager) verbally abusing a poor lady customer, we began to feel extremely uncomfortable after waiting for 10 minutes or so, and no one had come to seat us. We, then saw a horrific thing a rat!! Shocked to say the least! Our first time visiting there, we immediately walked out. Worst restaurant ever and worst experience ever, totally ruined our Sunday! The place needs to be shut down!!!

Fresh, authentic and delicious. Each item had unique flavours and tastes. The bread are amazing and mint and lime drink is the top. Lamb Quzi and Kakbab Erbil.

Discovered this little gem just last year, I have to say it is fantastic value for money. This review is for sit down restaurant on a weekday. I order half-grilled chicken with chips (you can have salad instead). They provide a free lentil soup with croutons (absolutely delish and add lemon juice to really bring out the taste) as part of your order which I gobbled up. Chicken was fresh, succulent and very tasty. All for this for $7. Inside restaurant appearance: clean, bright and you see the chef making the food if you sit near the entrance. Seats are comfortable. Outside restaurant appearance : not the best outside of appearance but don't be put off by that Parking: restricted free parking but paid outside parking is available Service: great service and very fast. High recommend and I will be back ...again!
