A Magnificent Retail Destination: Al Ghurair Centre During my stay at the Swissôtel Al Ghurair, I had the pleasure of visiting Al Ghurair Centre, a truly magnificent and expansive shopping mall. As the first modern shopping mall in the Middle East, Al Ghurair Centre holds a significant place in Dubai's history. Established in 1981 in Dubai's Deira district, it has grown to become a premier destination for both locals and tourists, seamlessly blending a rich heritage with contemporary offerings. In 2013, Al Ghurair Centre underwent a significant expansion, enhancing the visitor experience with the addition of 150 new stores, a world-class entertainment center, popular dining concepts, 60,000 square feet of office space, a serviced apartment complex, and a 5-star hotel with direct access to the center. Al Ghurair Centre boasts an impressive array of features, offering a comprehensive experience that extends beyond mere shopping. The mall is home to over 250 retail brands, providing an unparalleled shopping journey with a diverse selection of fashion, electronics, and home goods. Dining is a delight with more than 50 restaurants, including a dedicated Dining District and Food Court, catering to a wide range of culinary preferences, from international cuisine to Middle Eastern delights. For entertainment, Al Ghurair Centre offers a state-of-the-art cinema with 18 screens, perfect for movie enthusiasts. Families can also enjoy attractions like Sparky's, which features an indoor skating rink, a roller coaster, and other exciting activities. I recently visited Al Ghurair Mall and had a genuinely pleasant experience. Although the parking lot was quite crowded at first and it took some time to find a spot, we eventually managed to park. I was expecting the mall itself to be packed, but to my surprise, it wasn't. The layout of the mall is well thought out—shops are neatly arranged, and there's enough space to keep the crowd flowing smoothly, with no congestion in any area. The wide variety of stores and food stalls makes it an excellent spot to visit and enjoy with your family. Overall, it’s a well-maintained and enjoyable place to spend a few hours. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxed family outings

This is one of the oldest Malls of Dubai. A few years back it was redeveloped and turned into a more fashionable and modern mall with much more options of shopping dining and fun. I visited the new food hall which is lovely with many food stalls - which are not easily found in the city.

If you’re looking for a variety of shopping options for great prices, you should come to this place. I stumbled across this centre after seeing an instagram ad for “The Chemist Warehouse”, and was surprised to see how many brand named stores were available here, and all with great prices, offers and sales!! I actually enjoyed shopping here since it wasn’t crowded at all. Definitely worth checking out. Beware of the perfume booths though because they will scam you 😆

Massive mall and has a really good grocery store and movie theater as well. If you are in the area well worth checking out. Wifi is a pain to connect to they ask for your name where you're from, phone number , like why do you need all that info just let me connect lol.

Most of the time I go there on my off days. It's perfect place to buy anything & everything. No need list to buy anything once you start walking in you will find every kind of Shop there . Specially zudio for clothes & best price and quality products. Easy to make comparisons in price & quality...! For :- Food/ cloths/date/ refreshing/ etc
