Review:Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was welcoming, offering great recommendations for things to do nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom. The hotel offered excellent amenities, including a [pool, gym, and restaurant], which added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh and tasty options available. The only minor downside was some [street noise or slow Wi-Fi], but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, this hotel provided great value for the price, and I would definitely return for another visit.

Ok let's be pretty honest here, the lobby is a 5/5 but the rooms are 3-4/5. I wouldn't say the rooms are bad but they're not as 5 stars as the hotel would like to claim. The rooms are clean and big and the view is nice too. It's pretty quiet around the area at night. So, if you're looking for some night-life, this isn't it. The buffet was pretty lackluster and didn't seem to have a variety. Probably catering to the people who've never tried a pastry in their life. Anyways, the rooms were well serviced and on time which was great. Concierge and all the staff were really nice - so that's a plus. But otherwise, if you're looking to be near the city, it's certainly not the place to be. Otherwise it's a great place for families and couples. Though please, Can we for the love of God have a tree instead of the hideous gift box in the lobby?

This hotel located in Bangkok Thailand was big. The room size was spacious. Staff were nice & polite. Would I stay again? No. The value was not what I expected. The nightly price was expensive and the bathroom needed more attention. The pool was small with a handful of chairs. There were unique pool hours however the pool was located on a roof top which was nice. Overall, it was an ok experience.

This is one of the best halal hotels in Bangkok! The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The service truly stands out, making the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking excellent hospitality and halal-friendly amenities.

I stayed at this hotel in 2022 and had a decent experience, so I was looking forward to my return. However, two years later, the quality has noticeably declined. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation, and the corridors have an unpleasant smell of smoke and marijuana which is surprising for a hotel that identifies as a Muslim hotel. As for the hotel slippers, I expected better from a 5-star hotel. They provided the cheapest quality slippers I have ever seen that ripped apart immediately. Each day, I was given a new pair, but they would tear within seconds of wearing them. In my first room, the air conditioner had a strong foul smell, which made it difficult to breathe. After bringing this to their attention, I was moved to a new room, but it had its own set of issues with hot water. When I informed the manager about this, I was given yet another room, which unfortunately had no hot water at all. All three rooms I was offered, as well as the rooms my family stayed in, had trouble regulating the water temperature. How can a hotel claim to be 5-star when it struggles with such basic amenities? Overall, this stay was a terrible experience, and I would not consider returning to this hotel.

This is my third time staying as a family. The only reason for us keep returing is they provide delicious halal breakfast, and nearby halal restaurants & night market. Breakfast is good, lots of choices and also kids friendly! Kind and helpful staffs which never fails to greet and ask if we need help. Otherwise city area is quite a distance with traffic jam. This hotel provides everything for muslim travellers. 100% recommend to all muslim travellers!

Good hotel but a bit far from town about 8km.. if you have own transport or travel with tour agent its okay. Halal certified hotel in Bangkok. Food was good and luxury breakfast no comments. Easy excess from airport suvarnabhumi via ARL. Nearest night market Jodd Fair at Rama9 shopping complex. The only disappointed is housekeeping clean the room without changing the bedsheet and pillow case, the management should look into this. The rest of the service quite satisfied.

+ points: The hotel is Muslim-friendly, there's Quran in the side table.Cleanliness can be improved. The hot shower always comes out small despite having the shower head changed, and can be infuriating. Not much options to TV channels, so we don't tune into the TV for the whole week. Overall, it was an acceptable stay. :)
