A stone's throw from several stand-alone stores. While it has ample parking and is easy to get to, I would opt for its larger competitor in close proximity. It is maintained and convenient for those wanting a quick in and out. Christmas decorations can still be bought in this mall. The management may want to remove out- dated information, banners, and posters and post information applicable.

The mall is an okay place to shop, but it has limited options. There aren’t many well-known clothing brands, and the variety of restaurants and coffee shops is lacking. However, one highlight is the lovely view by the sea, which adds a nice touch to the experience. If you’re looking for a quick visit, it’s fine, but it doesn’t offer the selection you’d find at larger malls. Adding more brands, dining spots, and coffee options would make it a more appealing destination. Overall, it’s decent but could use some improvements.

Ac milan sportswear store is solid, and the mall looks fresh after the updates. Pretty good spot to spend a chill afternoon! The mall has been upgraded and feels more welcoming. I enjoyed checking out the new sportswear and accessory stores.

I really appreciate the efforts Al Naeem Mall has made. New stores with quality items, a great supermarket, a clean kids’ play area, and a gym for fitness make shopping enjoyable for me and my family.

The mall is bright and cheerful. It’s designed so well that even when it’s busy, it never feels crowded or stressful. It’s just a happy place to shop, eat, and relax.

Disappointing Mall with very few business' open and surrounded by other retail outlets. It appears to be struggling to compete with competition from these. Nothing especially wrong with it, great parking, good location and a good size, just very little there.
