I put an order online for a pick-up with this store and paid 29.33. I received an email saying this order is canceled, but they charged my account. Likewise, I called the store, and they said they were out of food and that the money will be in my account in 7-10 business days. I waited and didn't get anything refunded. Called the store back and spoke to the general manager, he was rude, he wouldn't give me the corporate number to resolve this matter and was talking like this didn't happen, saying that his staff is not trained to say there is no more food. I call back and got an employee to give me the corporate number. Call corporate, and they put in a complaint, so I can be refunded my money. I received an email from Kevin Garcia asking for the order number, I emailed it back. Still! no refunded! I had to call back corporate for my refund, now it's pending again. This is the worst customer service experience for this company. It's been 3 weeks and this is not resolved. At this point, it's just a fraud to charge a person's account and not provide the requested order. Be careful this el pollo is not trustworthy for their business.
