"It may be quite hard to pigeon-hole the style of cooking here as it’s an infusion of European influences and Arabic touches, but the results can be exhilarating. Dishes such as tanja short ribs and zaatar sea bream are as delicious as they are original; the crème brûlée kufana is another example. The modern room has an urban feel and the service is delightful. They do a very good weekend breakfast and coffee is also a passion of theirs." - Michelin Inspector

Oii

"Meaning ‘hi’ in Portuguese, Oii is located in Al Qana Marina, next to The National Aquarium. There's a Mediterranean influence on the cooking, so expect colourful, flavoursome and rewarding dishes that’ll make you feel generally good about life. Beef cheek Milanese with saffron risotto is sure to hit the spot, as will the lobster piccata and the smoked chicken souvlaki. The warm, sweet service team make the whole experience even more enjoyable." - Michelin Inspector

The Marina complex at Al Qana is a great place to take a walk before or after visiting the National Aquarium, the Cinema, the Pixoul Gaming or having had lunch or dinner at any of the great restaurants, you will find here, or just after a cup of coffee! It is a high end place where you can enjoy great views of the Abu Dhabi’s iconic skyline and even the Grand Mosque in the distance! The whole place is amazing at night! We took a boat ride with Abra Cruise on a small boat. It was fun! You will find here many first class restaurants with absolutely great service and food. Well done with the design and execution of this wonderful project. I would say a must while visiting Abu Dhabi.

Inspiring Experience at the National Aquarium Abu Dhabi I recently had the pleasure of visiting the National Aquarium Abu Dhabi, and I must say it was a truly mesmerizing experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the stunning displays and the vast array of marine life on exhibit. The aquarium is impeccably designed, with a seamless flow that takes visitors through various habitats and ecosystems. The diversity of sea creatures on display is astounding, ranging from majestic sharks to colorful tropical fish and graceful sea turtles. Each exhibit is not only visually spectacular but also informative, providing valuable insights into the wonders of the ocean and the importance of marine conservation. One of the highlights of my visit was the interactive touch tanks, where I had the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the marine life. It was a truly unforgettable experience

Popular place to hang out with plenty of restaurants to go, especially after sunset. This urban development offers large open spaces with nice landscape area throughout the complex. There are many attractions for the whole family, such as cinema world, aquarium, kids activity zone, game zone. There's also a supermarket, gym and plenty of rooftop bars in the area. Some retail areas are still empty, however, once they are occupied, the area would be very attractive. Lighting design should be improved, IMO

Al Qana Abu Dhabi has quickly become my go-to place. It's a wonderful place with lots of things to do, like a gym, cinema, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. The best part is, it's beautiful and peaceful! The marina at Al Qana is absolutely stunning. The water looks amazing, with boats and yachts all around. It's a great spot for a relaxing walk or just taking in the peaceful atmosphere. Must visit when in Abu Dhabi..

Such a nice experience riding the boat taxi with my friend. It costs 25 AED each person and we only had to wait for 15 minutes. The trip took us 25 minutes and we would see the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from afar. I think in this summer time, it's best for you to come at night because it was kinda hot. I wished there were no buildings that are blocking the Grand Mosque's view tho. Probably going to try the 45 minutes boat trip that costs 600 AED tho with my friends one day.
