By far the best lounge in Doha, and one of the best in the region. Admittedly, the food in the Emirates first class lounge may be better, but this lounge feels more elegant, private, and the serviced is unmatched. Highly recommend.

I was lucky enough on my trip this n year to be invited to use the Al Safwa First Class Lounge. Normally I will visit the business class lounge which is amazing in its own right but this is definaky on a different level. The space given for each person is stunning. Even if full to the max, you would never feel crowded. The food menu was extensive, delicious, and a five-star presentation.

Al Safwa First Lounge is hands down one of the most impressive airport lounges in the world — an experience that goes far beyond the typical lounge visit. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with soaring ceilings, beautiful architectural design, and an atmosphere that feels more like a luxury hotel or an art gallery than an airport space. The attention to detail in the layout and decor is incredible, with curated art pieces and water features that create a very calm, serene environment — exactly what you want before a long flight. Service here is absolutely top-notch. The staff are attentive, professional, and always anticipating your needs, yet they maintain a level of discreetness that lets you relax in peace. The à la carte dining experience was excellent — I tried the lamb rack and some fresh sushi, both of which were restaurant-quality. There’s also a fantastic selection of light bites and an afternoon tea setup with scones and pastries. The amenities are another level — private bedrooms if you want to nap, a spa with jacuzzi and treatment rooms, a quiet business center, private duty-free shopping area, and plenty of comfortable seating whether you want to socialize or just find a quiet corner to relax. I had a long layover and was able to rest, shower, have a great meal, and leave feeling totally refreshed. This is not just a lounge — it’s an experience. Truly worth arriving early to enjoy everything it offers. Qatar Airways has set the bar very high with Al Safwa, and it’s now my favorite lounge anywhere. If you’re flying First on Qatar and have access — don’t miss it!

Al Safwa First class lounge is the true definition of ultra luxury lounge. From the first moments of stepping foot into this premium lounge, you will be amazed by the design and level of service. Staff will greet you and show you around. They will get out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable experience. The lounge has a spa, showers, bedrooms, prayer room, 2 dining areas, exclusive duty free, and plenty of seating. The food quality is great but comparable to the business class Al Mourjan lounges. The dining area can get packed during the day. The newer Al Mourjan garden lounge offers better views compared to this lounge but you can’t go wrong with either.

Don't visit this lounge because it will spoil you. Al Safwa First Lounge is the most luxurious lounge I have been to. It offers so many services. The Lounge itself is huge with high ceilings. The staff are super nice and friendly. Too many amenities to list but the Jacuzzi and Showers were amazing.

The new Al Safa Lounge isn’t just a lounge—it’s a destination in itself. Qatar Airways has truly set a new global standard for first-class luxury. The dining experience is a highlight. With à la carte gourmet meals prepared by top chefs, a curated wine list, and beautifully presented dishes, it feels more like dining in a fine restaurant than an airport lounge. The menu offers a variety of international and Middle Eastern options, all crafted to perfection.

Village of traveling first class for the first time from Doha and end although for a short flight to Dubai. I realized why Qatar Airlines is regarded as the best as well as Ahmed International Airport, which is one of the best airports. N2 and experience from the concierge boarding the flight was excellent and memorable. The food at the lounge was served quickly and I was able to have fresh orange juice, salmon and Karak Chai. One small food the first class lounge should have a separate place for evolution. This is also the cause other passengers might find it uncomfortable than a person is performing evolution in that bathroom.

Very very spacious lounge with dozens or maybe hundreds of attentive staff. Managed to get a shower and next time will try for the quiet room. The food was delicious and there are so many places to sit. Having historical works on display from the Qatar museum is a classy touch.
