Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton

Our family stayed here for three nights and had a generally good experience. The hotel has a charming heritage style, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the breakfast team—especially Miss Giri—was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. However, we did face a small issue when we asked to store our extra luggage for one night after check-out. Unfortunately, the hotel did not allow this, which was disappointing. One of the receptionists, although beautiful, came across as quite rude during this interaction. Overall, it was an okay stay with some positives and a few areas that could be improved.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Al Seef hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our visit perfect. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even taken to our rooms by the use of cart buggies. The room itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries, complimentary water, and a well-stocked minibar made us feel completely pampered.One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast – an impressive spread of fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and made-to-order items, all beautifully presented and delicious. The on-site restaurant and bar also delivered outstanding meals and excellent service throughout our stay.The amenities were top-notch. Whether relaxing by the pool, unwinding in the spa, or using the gym, everything was immaculate and well-maintained. The concierge team was also a standout – knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great local recommendations.Every detail was considered, and it’s clear that guest comfort is the top priority here. We left feeling completely refreshed and already planning our return.Highly recommended – this is hospitality at its finest!

I had the pleasure of staying at Al Seef Heritage in August 2024, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. If you’re looking for a break from the busy, modern city vibe, this is the perfect place. I absolutely loved the atmosphere—calm, authentic, and beautifully tied to Emirati heritage.||The design and setting of the hotel make you feel like you’re stepping into another time, but with all the modern comforts you need. It’s peaceful, charming, and a refreshing change from the usual city hotels.||A big shout-out to the staff—every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their kindness and attention made my stay even more special.||Whether you’re a tourist or a resident looking for a staycation with character, I can’t recommend Al Seef Heritage enough. It’s the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression.

I really loved the architecture and the feel of ‘Old Dubai’, it has a lot of atmosphere and feels like stepping back in time. This combined with being close to the water and having rooms with atmosphere, the shutters and doors etc make a very unique and cosy as well as authentic ancient vibe. The floors in the room are concrete which adds to the vibe but perhaps feels or looks not as clean as it likely is. In general, I liked the colours, shades and authentic ancient feel. That together with the market outside makes it a very different feel to the rest of modern and high tech Dubai. It’s relaxing and has a peaceful environment.

Arrived at the hotel , and everyone was so welcoming and clean. |Best spot ever in dubai after a few years visting. ||Arjun since the first day i arrived here , he could not be more helpul. He offered to take the bags as soon as i came out of the rental car. |Every single day i have seen him , he was so polițe and friendly. ||More people like him in this world, it will be a much better place. |Can’t wait to see him again and till next time. Keep this guy because he’s worth every little penny.

My wife and I recently stayed at Al seef heritage and had I can tell you in my experience with hotels in Dubai; this is one of the best ones I’ve been to! If you’re looking for a chill place with a vibe, this is the right hotel to stay at! I thank the staff doing an incredible service even under the weather conditions. I will surely visit again, this hotel and staff deserves 5 stars!

Beautiful authentic hotel with amazing sweet staff (Sarita at the reception and the buggy staff, thank you all!). The hotel is divided into a few small buildings in the old city, with buggy service leading to the guest's building from reception and between other hilton hotels located some 5 minutes away where the pool and gym are free to use. The hotel is located right in the old town and has lots of eateries and shops for tourists to enjoy. I would recommend that the hotel provide earplugs as it can get noisy from the marketplace and perhaps set up a Hilton boat service (paid) as there is a great potential for it given there is at least hotels in somewhat close proximity. A shuttle from/to the metro could also be very helpful.

Came for the bed and view, , stayed for the vibes. 5 stars for making me consider extending my stay... Perfect short staycation in the heart of the city. Food was also topnotch! The choices are well though of. There are restaurants in the area to choose from. Would recommend Wokyo for early dinner cause the sunset is really brath taking xx
