Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton

I read about this hotel in a travel blog and it looks just as lovely as in the pictures - but the best thing was the staff. Especially Shaiq, the guy with the tours. We only had one night in Dubai so we wanted to make the most of it and he gave us plenty of options and useful personal recommendations - and even stayed a bit after his normal work hours to help us. Very professional but also super friendly and even caring! Also the woman greeting us at breakfast and the guy helping us with our bags were really nice. The only downside of our stay was that we hadn’t looked up how far it was from public transport (20 mins walking), but it’s a nice area.

My mother and I stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai from December 22 to 24, 2025, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel beautifully combines traditional Arabic charm with modern comfort. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for staying with an elderly family member.The location is great, right in the historic Al Seef district and close to the creek, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local dining. The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly welcoming throughout our stay.A very thoughtful service worth mentioning: anywhere within the Al Seef district, the hotel can arrange a golf cart pick-up and drop-off, which was extremely convenient, especially when traveling with my mother.Additionally, due to a flight delay, I requested a late check-out, and the hotel kindly agreed. This was incredibly nice and much appreciated, and it really made our departure day much more relaxed.The only minor point is that the hotel is located in a lively historic area, and the call to prayer from nearby mosques starts early in the morning. Guests who prefer very quiet surroundings or are light sleepers may want to consider this, or choose the nearby Hilton Canopy instead.Overall, it was an excellent stay with warm service, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent a lot of time researching where to stay in Dubai, carefully weighing up the different areas and their respective pros and cons. Our hope was to find somewhere genuinely unique — not just a beautiful hotel that could be anywhere in the world — and Al Seef Heritage Hotel absolutely delivered on that brief. We stayed in two rooms during our visit: one overlooking Dubai Creek and another overlooking the souk. Both rooms were excellent in their own way and offered very different but equally memorable perspectives. The character and old-world charm of the property really sets it apart, and walking through the souk each day after a bountiful buffet breakfast has become one of the standout memories we’ll take away from our time in Dubai. While many other properties we considered were lovely, they felt interchangeable with hotels in other global cities. Al Seef Heritage Hotel, by contrast, feels uniquely Dubai — full of life, history, colour, and atmosphere. The mix of tourists, local vendors, smells, sounds, and movement creates an experience that feels authentic rather than curated. It’s also a very practical base, with easy access to explore the rest of the city. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and our room servicing was handled daily by Abdul, who was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning was thorough and reliable, which made a real difference over a longer stay. If you’re looking for accommodation with personality, a strong sense of place, and an experience that feels distinctively Dubai, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Amazing dining experience with a stunning view overlooking Old Dubai at Sabaa Restaurant and Bar Al Seef Heritage Hotel. During winter, the outdoor seating is open, and we were lucky to get a table outside—highly recommended for the ambiance. The restaurant layout is designed like a traditional old souk, which adds so much character. One side features stalls displaying fruits and spices, while the other has live cooking stations offering freshly made manakish with thyme and cheese, fresh pasta, and grilled items such as prawns, chicken, and lamb cutlets. The restaurant is part of the Hilton chain, and the service truly reflects their standards. The staff were exceptional—very attentive and responsive. A special thank you to Nirob and Jackie for making our experience even more memorable. The meal starts with a variety of hot and cold mezze served directly to the table. For the live cooking stations, you can either walk up and choose your dishes or simply ask the staff and they’ll happily plate everything for you. Just when you think you’re done, dessert is served beautifully in a wooden frame, accompanied by your choice of hot tea or coffee—a lovely finishing touch. To top it all off, the DJ created a fantastic vibe with a great mix of music that catered to all cultures and truly elevated the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended for the food, service, and unforgettable ambiance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton 🤍 It feels like stepping into old Dubai, with beautiful heritage details, earthy tones, and so much character. The rooms are cozy yet elegant, blending tradition with comfort perfectly. My favorite part was walking straight out of the hotel and being instantly in the market, surrounded by little shops, spices, cafés, and the charm of Al Seef. It makes the whole experience feel immersive and authentic. Such a special place to experience a different side of Dubai. Would return again and again and again!
