Immediate advantage: close to the airport and next to the tranquil(-ish) Dubai Creek, and away from the bustle of the city itself. Location is really good. We arrived late, from a flight, and check-in took a while. The hotel is a collection of small buildings over a wide area, so you also have to wait for a buggy and driver to get you to your room. This could have been a little faster, but we didn't have to wait very long, and it wasn't a problem.||Don't come here expecting luxury rooms; the rooms are in the rustic/historic style - although the bathroom had all the amenities you'd expect, the aircon was powerful, and the wifi was good. The bed was very comfy, also.||Unfortunately, our room was directly next to a building site that started up at 7am (not the hotel's fault, obviously, but a bit of a problem even so).||Finding the buffet breakfast was a major navigational challenge - they could do with more signs - but the buffet itself was excellent, with a wide choice of Middle-Eastern and western food.||The concierge was helpful in booking activities for us, and we were assisted with a 4am taxi back to the airport as well.||Overall, nothing against this hotel, but the concept of a heritage hotel room needs to be balanced with decent amenities and maintenance, and we found our room to be a little too "heritage" in places, which is why we might not want to visit again.

Lovely concept for a hotel, great attention to detail. Loved the old touches in the rooms, rotary phones and the style of mugs and even the wooden frame on the tv and nespresso machine. The rooms were clean and well equipped, with very comfy beds too. ||Lovely to be able to easily step out into the souq and stroll around. For this reason, the hotel is better suited to the cooler months. No space to just hang out and chill within the hotel. You’re either in your room or out and about in the market. ||Be aware that many rooms can get very noisy due to exposure to the souq. The noise levels from the restaurants below were significant until about 2am (noise from customers followed by noise from cleanup, trolleys being pushed around). A white noise app on my phone was needed to eventually get some sleep. ||In addition to that, my room (308) had a very bad smell wafting through it - I suspect an issue with the AC, but it was bad enough to wake me up at points throughout the night. Not the most restful night had! The room’s emergency light suddenly turning on for no apparent reason at 1am didn’t help either.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and we are compelled to share our exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Our room was immaculate, offering breathtaking views and all the amenities we could have hoped for. The attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced our comfort. -1 star for breakfast where you need to improve the quality and food diversity Overall I recommend it for my Saudi people 💚💚

Stayed here for a couple of days either side of a far east holiday. Overall was a decent stay however some elements could be better.||Rooms are clean and decent size however could do with some more plug sockets. Couple of cafes located in the souk area and lots of tat shops. ||About 15 mins drive from the airport (c.40aed) and same to Dubai Mall.||Most staff are friendly, had a really good chat with Aysha who was genuine and going out of her way to help customers, and asset to the hotel. ||Would recommend for a stop over hotel close to get about to main locations

Hilton high quality and standards. The rooms are not sound proofed due to how the buildings were designed. You have to be able to adapt to the sounds of the souk, hustle and bustle of people walking up and down. The souk does have performances that play thru certain nights. Overall the sounds start to quiet down as Al Seef 'closes' at 11pm or 12am. Day 1 - room was above the Starbucks so the crowds were downstairs and there was also an Eid performance late into the night. It was okay since we didn't want to bother the staff for a room change as we were only staying a night. I managed to sleep. As we were from Malaysia, our sleep cycles were accomdative to the sleep times and we knocked off once the music stopped. Day2- We went for an overnight dessert stay and left our luggage. Day 3 and Day 4 we were given a room above the lobby and it was quieter. The check-in team was made aware of my challenges and they looked hard for the best room (quiet). I slept with white noise playing on my phone. Enjoyed the stay much more and the Hilton team did all they could to make our stay as comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a Hilton Honors member and given the standards and quality of the Hilton branding.

It was my first time visiting Al Seef Heritage Hotel. The place has a unique charm and traditional feel, but I didn’t feel very welcomed at check-in, which was a bit disappointing. Also, getting to the room requires a buggy ride, and it can take some time to get your car from valet parking — not ideal in hot weather. I’d consider coming back in the winter when the weather is better and the experience might be more enjoyable.

From the moment I stepped into the Hilton, I felt transported not just to a luxurious space, but to a story woven with heritage, warmth, and intention. But beyond the beauty, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the manager’s kindness and attention to detail. Whether it was a small gesture or a sincere conversation, their presence added depth to the hospitality. Just a couple of suggestions, room and housekeeping shouldn't be taking up to 2 hours and a few phone calls before they reach the room. The staff need to knock a bit slowly, the knocking is urgent and loud.. Overall it’s rare to find a place where ambiance and human warmth align so perfectly.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and they even set up some flowers on our room to celebrate our wedding.||The staff are very kind and welcoming. Arjun and Waseem helped us with our bags and driving us around the area||Jackie was also very helpful during breakfast in Sabaa — probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had since the selection is quite good and they even gave in to our special request of white rice & eggs benedicts||Loved our 5 days here - would come back
