Yelp
Can be good, can be bad, depends on the day, time, or staff. Unfortunately like most trucks in this area, quality is all over the place. I have tried multiple times the chicken shawarma arabi, once it was pretty good (good garlic sauce, juicy chicken, and fresh fries), other 2 times were dry chicken in a sloppy sandwich. I also tried the beef arabi multiple times, once it was juicy and correctly seasoned, yesterday it was dryer than a desert (very sure it was not cooked the same day) served with what seems like expired pink sauce and close to expired coleslaw. The only good part about yesterday's meal was the fries. Finally, I've tried the grilled mix plate... and that was one time but based on that I think they should stick to shawarma.
Service usually all over the place, expect a wait time of 15-30 mins for orders.
I think I am personally done trying this place, it's like flipping a 20 dollar coin every time, but if you do want to try it, I'd say go on a Saturday about 2 hrs after they open.
