Everyday one of their trucks drives by my office building blaring on the horn. Every day. There is no reason for that. It is so loud and constant that I have to ask callers to repeat themselves after the truck has past. There is no reason for that. I called the number on the side of the truck to complain and the person who answered said that unless I could give them the license plate and what it said on the side of the truck that he wouldn't do anything. I told him the truck said ALC, 924 Washington. He didn't care even when I told him exactly what time, at what intersection the driver of the truck lays on his horn.
