We enjoyed dinner in couple at this excellent restaurant, certainly deserving its 1 star Michelin. Keeping in mind we paid €100/person for 4 dish menus and 3 glasses (wine & champagne) and water, its about 3 times more expensive than normal restaurants we go, so expectations were 3 times higher as well.
We received about 3 different apero's dégustations such as "foie gras/parmesan/porto" - very tasty, then dishes were surprising, creative and delicious.
White wine LA GRIFFE D'ISA was good selection, and red wine was intense. The fish (bacalhau) had outstanding combination with lemon paste, and then a pigeon(squab) dish which was not our cup of tea especially since the whole leg & finger was on the plate. Desert was very simple, pralines/marshmallows... and very tasty. Service was excellent and chef is very friendly. Excellent dining experience and certainly will come back at special occasions.
