Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly, handled the issue with professionalism, and always had such a positive attitude. They’re not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly, which makes a huge difference. I’m so grateful to have such a reliable and hardworking team here at Alamar. Alamar Apartments don’t even feel like apartments — they feel like home. Peaceful, clean, and well taken care of. The layout, the vibe, the staff — everything just hits right. If you’re tired of the typical apartment experience, this place is a game-changer.

Alamar has literally been such a blessing for my mother and I. We needed to move into a house that would help fit her physical (elder) requirements and also provide the space we needed. Alamar staff helped us with qualification and made our move possible with the help of their entire team with great communication every step of the way. Kayla helped us every step of the way, and was unbelievably patient and helpful. Stephanie and Brianna were also willing to help and so supportive creating a truly elevated welcoming moving experience. Alamar is quiet, very clean and beautifully taken care of. Truly idyllic. 10/10 recommend!

Living at Alamar has been wonderful! The homes are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, and the community amenities create a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient yet peaceful, and the management team is fantastic—always responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Alamar to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained rental home!

Alamar has a great property. But super expensive. They will Nickel and Dime you to make even more money. On top of the advertise rent, they will charge your for mandatory cable TV and internet, fee for mowing the lawn every week, if you need it or not. I had never had an apartment charge me for mowing the lawn. That should be built into the cost of the rent. Charge for Pest control. These are monthly recurring charges that is on top of your rent. There is a long list of other fees. On top of all that Management is terrible. Great property, but predatory fees. Lived there for one year. That is more than enough. One more thing. If you decide to go month to month at the end of your lease to move to a different place. They will push a 700 dollars a month “Premium” on top of your rent. Becareful if you go with this property.

Exceptional & luxurious property with the best community! Staff is always available and helpful with anything you need. Angie is extremely attentive and kind. Thanks for all your help on finding the perfect place to call home!

Brianna Mesa & the rest of the staff are honestly the best ! I had to change my move in date multiple times and they were always accommodating and never seemed upset coming from California where apartment companies will cancel your whole application if you need to make changes I was so grateful to encounter a leasing team that not only was different than I was used to but even over the phone I can tell it was genuine and no attitudes involved! These days you have to appreciate great staff and this staff is one of the best thus far!
