My wife surprised me with going to see the lights here.. this year. It was our very 1st time ever paying to see Christmas lights. She paid $16 per ticket for the 7:30 pm slot. However, upon arriving.. we were met with many other ppl/cars waiting as well. We got there at 7:30 pm. We waited on a extremely long line. Got to the front at about 8pm. We were there for only 20 mins or even less honestly... then it was done. The lights were meh. Was nothing extraordinary nor extravagant. Nothing popped.. or truly jumped out. It was flat!. This should have been done better overall.

Great attraction and a lot of light displays. Take the kids early because the line is very long just to get in. We went for the 8pm and due to the 40 min wait to just get in, my nephew went to sleep and missed it all.

I do highly recommend going it is a very fun experience for the kids we all loved it very much just wish it was a little bit more longer

Both of the dance studios I work at were performing on different stages on different days. Employees were not helpful nor were they able to point me in the direction I needed to go. The maps were not much help, but eventually I figured it out. My dancers and the stage worked out well, but it gets really hot there so hydrate and wear comfy walking shoes.

I recently attended two different holiday events. I noticed they sent request for feedback immediately if they "sensed" I will give good feedback through signals, actually I did give them 5 star for the Christmas drive-thru light show, but I think it is about 4 stars is the right one. The light show met quality standard, yet still minimum. Now the next one they did not send feedback request, as they knew they will get bad feedback. I see this phenomenon a lot from doctor offices, health facilities, restaurants, shopping, and all other services....this is dishonesty. This second event was the park visit Jurassic quest. They have hidden fee. The show is OK, but I think it is a little overpriced even I have discount just the ticket, not the parking which is a hidden fee at the entrance. I asked other people there, they had the same experiences of hidden fee at the entrance. So, I put honest feedback here so they should improve and be honest. The culture need to change, too.

My family and I enjoyed it, but we had very high expectations. But I would go back, It's very beautiful and very cool.
