We enjoyed our meal at Alamo Biscuit Company!
I've wanted to try their food because rumor had it that they had gluten friendly biscuits, and they did have them even late at night! The biscuit wasn't as flaky or crispy on the outside as I like my biscuits, but it was still so cool to have a Benedict on a biscuit! The Benedict was fine, nothing incredible, but still, a gluten free biscuit!
Our table got both burgers, and the consensus was that the Bad Burger was the better of the 2. I personally would suggest getting the burger medium rare if possible because at medium it seemed a little dry, but the Bad Burger had an egg and all the yumminess. The patties were THICK, and it was substantial, so definitely worth the price!
My kiddo got the Brisket Mac Fries, and the entire table loved them. They were impressed how nice the brisket was even though it was later at night. Brisket was tender and flavorful, which was a great topping on n thick macaroni and cheese and thick fries all topped with the a cheese sauce. Hubby said they were great after our kiddo ate plenty of the dish.
Definitely have to mention that the tater tots were nice and crunchy.
Nicely spaced out restaurant that had the game on the big screen which was GREAT. Our server was WONDERFUL, but I think they were all really busy. It took a while to order and then get our food, but we enjoyed it all when we go it! Certainly a welcomed addition on the Riverwalk!
