So I found this spot because I was with a group of people who wanted to see the new Doctor Strange movie, but it was late, and the nearest place with available seats where we could make it was this one.
Anyways, the person who greeted us was super nice and friendly; he made sure to explain how to order and such if it was our first time, and he also laid out the ground rules for being inside the theater, which I love because they have a strict policy on phones being used during the movie and try to minimize talking as much as possible. Which in return makes the watching experience much better.
Nonetheless, due to those rules, I was unable to obtain photographs this time, but I was able to locate photographs taken by the establishment, so keep in mind that I am not claiming ownership of these photographs and giving them complete ownership of the fact that they were taken and owned by them. I'm only using them as a source of information.
Now, the reason for my low rating is that, while the person who greeted us was quite pleasant, the employees who cleaned/picked up the plates if you purchased food were extremely rude. When we got up to leave at the end of the movie, three of them were staring at us, and one of them singled us out and yelled at us to pick up our trash and clean, despite the fact that we didn't have any trash and had only just gotten up, not to mention the fact that we were the only ones treated this way. Which not to be rude, but that is technically their job and what they are compensated for. In any case, it was odd that they cleaned up for everyone else and appeared polite to everyone but us. I'm not sure if they were angry because it was already late, but they had no reason to treat us that way.
Furthermore, their seats are possibly the worst I've ever sat on; I'm not sure if it was just my theater room, but they were extremely old, like that old leather couch you'd toss away because it's decaying. It isn't accurately reflected in the photo because these aren't the chairs I sat on, but they do show the next problem I discovered. Which is that the seats had a recliner, but I'm not sure as to why because the chairs didn't recline at all due to a metal railing/wall right behind the seats, so it'd move about an inch and stop, as you can see in the photo, and it could only be in an upward position due to the wall/railing. (Credits to Sarita G. for the photo of the seats)
So, if you're viewing a three-hour movie, these seats start to become unbearably unpleasant about the two-hour mark, at least for my tolerance level; however, everyone's tolerance level is different. Another thing I didn't like about the chairs is that there isn't a movable divider between them, so if you ever wanted to get a little romantic and cuddle with a special someone, it's nearly impossible due to the enormous arm rest and its inability to be moved.
Overall, the only reason I didn't give this establishment a one-star rating is because the person who greeted us was quite friendly, but the remainder of the experience was quite unpleasant; for me, this cinema is one of those last-ditch alternatives. I'd be compelled to come here if I didn't have anywhere else to go, but I don't think I'd choose it as a first choice.
