The positives: Unique dining/theater experience, redefining "dinner and a movie." Love that there's a no-fuss, non-invasive or disruptive ordering system. I was just there in early February, 2026, and there's no phones during the movie, not even for ordering like so many reviews are complaining about, but maybe that's recently reinforced/reinstated...? It's still a paper/pencil during the flick system. No hassle with our order, or the time we received it. Had the mushroom veggie burger and fries, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! One of the BEST mushroom burgers I've EVER had, and their fries were crispy and delicious! Our waiter was attentive and dutiful, and didn't miss a beat! Overall, the theater and dining experience was stellar! I love that there's no long line nonsense to deal with, and any concessions you want are brought straight to you! LOVE that! Negatives: I'm a larger sized woman with a knee injury, and getting in and out of my seat was.... Less than simple, since the tables are not moveable. They're small enough, and it's not impossible to get in and out, just a bit challenging if you're a heafty specimen... Lol. We had a tough time validating our parking..... It seemed simple enough, but it took us a good 20 minutes of fumbling about online with it to finally get it done. The parking availability is a bit ridiculous, but there's a garage that had plenty of spaces in the back of the theater. Stairs only, no elevator down to the first floor, and for someone with knee issues like myself, or just mobility issues in general, heads up; you might want to be dropped at the door if you're with somebody who can park and then meet up with you. The food was a bit pricey and we ended up sharing the burger that we ordered because of it, but it was absolutely delicious and I get that you're paying for the convenience of having it brought to you and skipping the lines. Still, definitely a good dent in the bank account if funds are tight...! So in closing; Three positive stars for the dining and movie experience. Missing the last two stars because of the pricing and the parking situation. I'm sure we'll go again, just not too regularly. This is a once in awhile kind of thing for us.

This place is quite literally THE BEST movie theater I have ever been to!! Me and my family choose this theater over any other because of one reason, the reason being that it feels so magical! They play movies that are both new and old and they are also one of those theaters where you have a menu and you write down what you want to order and then you get your food delivered right to you! A couple of months ago the also has a movie party for "Elf" and they gave us so many fun goodies like a snow globe key chain and white balloons to throw in the air once the as snowball to fight since came on, they also gave us smelly stickers! It was a great time I would definitely recommend to come to this theater!

Went here for the Mars movie and Q&A. It was great! The chairs are not great though, it feels older and the place was really warm and musty that night for some reason. The Westminster location is just much better. Overall, it's still great here, though.

Spelling it out clearly: THE NEW QR CODE ORDERING SYSTEM IS BAD. It violates the entire spirit of the phone-free theater model, and robs the experience of what makes it unique and pleasant. If it does not change, literally ANY other theater in the area is a better option. Please retire this new system post-haste. Outside of that, food is good, servers are great. The last seven years of Alamo have been great, but unfortunately, today will be my last time there. Alamo has decided to replace its servers with a QR code ordering system, which is idiotic because you have to use your phone during the movie. I come to Alamo because they enforce a no-phone policy, not anymore. When we went for our last film today, our server told us we would have to order with the QR code on the tables since they would be doing this at the end of the month. When I asked if I could order through her, we got a lot of pushback on it until we decided to just write our order down because we had gift cards. We kept having questions because there was issues with the system, and having to constantly use my phone to see what I want when I just want to look at a menu and relax made the experience really stressful. If Alamo thinks it's a good idea to do this going forward, it absolutely isn't. I can ignore the QR code system since I don't usually get food, but if they're going to make people pull out bright screens during movies to order, I can suck it up, go to a chain theater and shush people if I have to. Thanks for seven years. I can't believe you threw it all away just like this.

I saw 28 Years Later here a couple months back and the experience was pretty good. I really like the idea behind Alamo (a theater experience catered towards movie lovers), but to be honest I find it to be at odds with itself. No phones and/or talking - fantastic. The distractions of servers and eating - not so great. I went there tonight to see If I Had Legs I'd Kick You. I usually show up to films about 10-15 minutes in so as to avoid trailers (I don't see the point in watching trailers for films I'm going to watch regardless, and I watch a lot of movies). To be clear, I know this is my fault, but I wasn't aware of the strict policy on late entries. I came in 18 minutes after the scheduled showtime (again, I take responsibility), and was denied entrance. I totally get it, but it still made me feel very sad and let down. I didn't intend to order any food, and I'm quite a careful considerate person who planned to slip in quietly. I can't imagine it was a very packed theater (for a smaller film that's been out for a couple of weeks now) and I find it kind of silly when you consider the fact that servers come in and out, people leave for the restroom, etc. I was really looking forward to seeing this movie, and I wasted a Lyft trip to get there. I don't blame anyone, and the guy at the desk was nice about it. I'm simply bummed out about it and wanted to provide my input. As someone who treasures cinema, I understand why certain rules are in place that ensure to that others who also love films are able to have the best experience possible. I'm simply sad about it, that's all.

Go here! Once you get the hang of this place you won't want to go to another theater 🎭 1. Buy ticket online! You can get the seat you want 2. Walk in and go to the theater on your ticket - you don't have to show the person behind the counter if you don't want to 3. Find your seat in theater. 4. Get your ticket + credit card ready if you want to order food or drinks 5. Staff will confirm your ticket and tap the card on their device so they can charge you 6. Order food with them or order via the pen and paper then turn on the light for them to know you want to order 7. Food is delivered! 8. About 40ish minutes before the movie end will be last call. 9. They'll being you your check to sign I hope this helps someone else! The food has always been super tasty! My favorite is the chicken club. Always cooked well and comes with fries.

I wish I could have chose zero stars. My husband and I were early and the 1st ones in the theater, the waiter took our orders then about 15 minutes later another couple entered and he took their order immediately returned with their drinks then 2 more sets of people and 1 of them.gkt their drinks afte that we finally got ours. The lights on our seat were broke so couldn't write the notes and also wasn't offered to move seats even though there were plenty empty. As people started arriving more and more their orders were being taken and given to them right away as we waited no popcorn no food and we ordered first. We turned our light on for service and no one came our neighbor turned his light on they ran right out to him and gave him fast service the whole time we were there. We ended up leaving early because we were so offended. This is what it should have said on the building outside ' White Folks only no Colored allowed' . We have never felt so out of place mistreated and looked over since we moved here 6 years ago completely offended by the experience.

My partner and i love this this place! We are regulars for the Tuesday discounted movie night and definitely make up for it with splurging on food and drinks. For the price it can't be beat, what's better than having deliciously (and devilish) food dropped right in front of you mid movie? Nothing! The staff usually does a great job of not being in the way or interfearing with the guests to the side of you and they always let you know when last call is so you don't miss out on those last minute drinks or bites! The only thing i think they could improve on is the hallways and even some of the theaters permanently smell like old food. Not necessarily in a disgusting way but definitely noticeable.

The Alamo is a great place to watch a film comfortably in a quiet theater while enjoying food and beverages. Here are some tips on how ensure you have the best experience possible: *Arrive early. There is limited street parking. Walking from & doing the online validation of the garage parking will take some time. Plus, Alamo usually has special videos playing tailored to the feature film. *Plan Ahead. Check out the menu online before you go or peruse it as soon as you get there. Be ready to order as soon as the server comes by to check your tickets. This is going to be the best way for you to communicate directly with the server any preferences/modifications to menu items and find out if they are out of any of your choices. This is much harder by written note during the show. *Turn off your phone and stay quiet during the movie. You can chat with your friends after the movie is over. People come here specifically for the quiet, phone-free atmosphere and they will report you if you are talking or using a device. *Order ASAP. They do last call for food and drink about an hour before the end of the film. If the film you are going to is short, last call will come quickly. Make sure you have all the food/drinks/refills you want early in the film. The seats here do not recline and have a shared table in between each set of 2 seats. These are much easier to get in and out of and reach your food/drink than the seating at the Westminster Alamo.

Alamo is always a fun venue for friends and movies. We came for The Life of a Showgirl- the Taylor Swift movie. Huge thanks for the free light sticks- super fun and made the experience a blast! Docking stars for service. I had requested a water refill; welp, after an hour, the movie finished and I still hadn't seen a server visit my table (with red light on and all). Not sure if servers stop coming by after the movie starts?

Such a fun experience getting to go to the Elf movie party! Super cool that Alamo puts on these kind of events, especially for classic movies. There were props that went along with the movie and themed drinks and food! Would highly recommend going to Alamo for a movie party or any movie in general. The service was great as always.

I rarely go to the movies anymore. But when I do, I only go to Alamo theaters! I love being able to order from my seat and the chairs are so comfy! I recently went to see the new Wicked movie and loved that they had actors dressed as Glinda and Elphaba to take photos with! My only complaint was that the service was slow because it was a packed theater. But overall, great experience.

The Alamo is one of our favorite theaters to watch movies. We came there with our boys to see the new Fantastic 4 movie. There food is really good--we love the Royal With Cheese Burger: Tillamook cheddar, beef patty, bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, lemon-garlic aioli, toasted bun (or sub GF bun)--the GF bun is really good. Best bottomless popcorn we've had at a movie theater! We also love that the food and drinks--yea they have alcoholic beverages that are also served where you are seated. Normally the chairs at the theater are comfortable, however we were disappointed with how beat up/torn the chairs were--very uncomfortable to sit in. Since the movie had already started I don't have photos of the food but I do of the theater, where we sat and the theater the movie was in. Other than the unusual uncomfortable seats we still had a good experience.

I just wanted to address that yesterday I went to go see Jurassic Park and had a lot of fun doing so. The Theatre we happened to be in could use a little TLC in regard to replacing some of the chairs, but outside of that I was pretty happy with my experience. What I really came here to share was how surprisingly good the double burger was. It was seriously one of the best burgers I've had in Denver. My husband and I split this and fries and a drink and we were both just so impressed with the quality of it. Hope juicy crispy and the ingredients just really came together on this. And the service was also pretty good too. I know there aren't always a lot of staff here anymore but the person helping us was really helpful and kind and made sure we had everything we needed! (No burger pic because it was during the movie)

I love Alamo Drafthouse as a chain and live in between Sloans Lake and Westminster. If I have a choice, I choose Westminster over Sloans Lake due to Westminster's more comfortable chairs, bigger theaters, and easier parking. I'm a sucker for the big reclining chairs and none of the theaters at Sloans Lake have them! I've even sat in torn up chairs at Sloans a few times, which decreases the comfort even more. Alamo's service is very different from traditional theaters. Instead of ordering and picking up food in the main area, there's a server that takes your order at your seat and brings it to you. Popcorn and soda are unlimited, which does mean servers are running in and out throughout the movie, which can be a love/hate situation for some. They also don't have traditional "movie theater butter" popcorn, instead I think they use ghee, which is a healthier alternative and we enjoy it, but again, could be a love/hate situation. Sometimes you just want that popcorn machine taste. Tuesdays are $7 movie day!

Celebrating my friends birthday here as this is her favorite theater. Against my druthers I took her. I say this because the last time I went I was not impressed with the food, and even so the theater is too dark to see the food. Well they did not disappoint. I ordered chicken tenders thinking they cannot mess those up. Well they did. I don't know what breading they use on it. The fries were lukewarm even the popcorn seemed kind of stale. If I was to go back I'd just stick to the beer. Other than that I'm glad that they stress to make the theater a quiet zone and won't let anyone in after the movie starts.

Great food and service! They use real butter on their popcorn! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

We went for our first time and they have a very large and good drink selection. The popcorns all have unlimited refills. Some other food items have really small portions though. The service was good, all the staff were nice. The theatre itself was clean- including the bathrooms. The chairs are not super comfy, but better than the ones I grew up with that's for sure! Parking is very limited in the lot, so make sure you go early to find a street spot or something in a garage. Note- SpotHero does not work around here to find parking.

We were on holiday in Denver but HAD to see Deadpool & Wolverine! I picked this spot because it looked like the most fun and it was very close to where we were staying. It's adorable inside and out. The staff was very helpful and guided us each step of the way. The bar had themed drinks pertaining to the movie and they were delicious. My stomach was overstuffed so sadly I didn't get popcorn but it sounded awesome. You've got options! The movie was fantastic as was the service. On our way out, we passed the bar that had live jazz playing. I checked out their calendar and the events were great! More music, drag bingo, etc. I'd come back often if I lived in this area.

I went to see The Phoenician Scheme and booked a ticket online on their app which is always easy to do! The theater parking is a bit tight but there is street parking and a parking lot across the street but you do have to pay for that which seems ridiculous. Anyways, I did park in the theaters lot and managed to find a spot. The theater itself is pretty nice and clean, but I think I preferred the one in Littleton more. The bathroom was a little dirty. The theater I was in was decent, but noticed some of the seats were falling apart and the leather seats were breaking. Also the seats weren't adjustable, so that sucked. The food was decent and made to order. My chicken sandwich came out hot so that's a plus for me, it was juicy and pretty good, came with a side of fries which was nice. I appreciated the service here and waitstaff were great.

The food was overall ok. Drinks were good. The truffle parmesan popcorn was a bit yucky. But the overall experience was very cool. Movie with food and drinks is the bomb. Go for the movie experience, not the fine Di ing.

Favorite movie chain ever!!! Did me a bit wrong last night. I was in a movie, seeing The Monkey Monday February 10th at 7 PM. The movie was starting and I had to go validate my parking - unfortunately I am in a borrowed car and didn't know the license plate so I had to run to the garage to do so. I took my ticket so I could get back in Once it started, the guy at the front desk said he could offer me a refund. I had communicated that I just needed to run out real quick and validate my parking and the other front desk worker confirmed I had shown up with a group... this man was also at the register when I came. He got frazzled and called a Manager instead of just letting me back in and the Manager was extremely abrasive, accusing me of being late and had a rude tone with me and several others... I wasn't late, I told them over and over that I had already sat down and even ordered several items. I love this theater so much and it's unfortunate to have been treated this way.

I love this place! From the bar where you can pre-party and eat, to the seat side service provided in the theatre, this fun place offer delicious vegan options amid a comfy atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and when combined with a great film, it's truly the ultimate experience in movie watching!

We always have such a fun time at Alamo Drafthouse ! The drinks and food are always fresh and tasty and brought out quickly. We have seen some awesome movies in such a comfortable spot with great screens and fantastic sound quality. The people that work here are truly the best and we haven't had a bad experience yet.

Bad service, unavailable menu items, broken air conditioning, poorly maintained facilities (theatre and bathrooms dirty). But they have some $13.99 Amazon pride flags with the grid marks hanging in the hallway. What's not to like? Think private equity sold it to Sony recently, and Sony is obviously not paying attention.

Always a lovely time visiting this theater for my theatrical needs! The staff is always so nice and patient while the food is always fun to explore. We always try to get movie snacks that is harder to find. Tasty and fun!

It seems every time we visit this location we regret it. The only reason we booked at this location is that the movie we wanted to see wasn't showing at our primary location. We intentionally arrive half an hour before the show time so that we can put in a food and drink order in hopes it will arrive before the movie starts. Tonight we had to remind two different people that our pepperoni pizza hadn't arrived about 15 minutes into the movie. They promptly brought us an entirely different pizza. If this had been my first experience at an Alamo theater, I would not be coming back. As it is we will do our best to avoid this location in the future.

Service is always great! They did change their menu recently and it feels like quite a bit changed? The portions got smaller and a lot of the favorites are gone. I have a dairy allergy so always ordered the vegan burger or their Vegan Supreme pizza - both YUM! They replaced both with sub-par options. The last few times we went the food was just ok and much smaller portions. Yesterday, my fiancee's loaded fries were coooold and tiny and my vegan burger was very different than the menu. It was supposed to have kale and carrot slaw, pickles, BBQ sauce. What I got was: a piece of lettuce, BBQ sauce and some kind of white sauce? I realized they added a sauce later (dark theaters y'know) and luckily didn't get sick! I think it was their lemon-garlic aioli which is not typically vegan so beware and check your food. My fiance and I also noticed the fries smelled a lot like chocolate chip cookies which is very strange. I'd give them 3 stars if the servers weren't so nice. But we prob won't order food here anymore. If I have to turn on a cell phone light to check that my order is correct so I don't get sick - it's not for me. When leaving, I heard someone else alerting the staff that their order was wrong as well. Not sure what's going on with Alamo but a bummer they've fallen off like this!

I love the Alamo Drafthouse! Ordering delicious drinks and food during a movie is such a bonus to any cinema experience! I get the mozzarella sticks almost every time. Most recently I came here to see Interstella 5555, which was a special showing of Daft Punks visual album, Discovery. I had a wonderful time. Servers are also super slick about getting you what you need without interrupting your viewing!

This is a great venue to watch a movie! They not only have a bar/restaurant attached it's also in a little strip mall that has several other options like Japanese sushi/ramen, Starbucks, and more. Parking can be found in the small lot (very limited), the nearby streets, or in a bigger lot across the street. Tuesdays!!! Movies are $7, about half price. I always forget about Tuesdays at chain theaters being lower priced and just happened to come on a Tuesday to see Women Talking to be reminded of this. What's excellent is that the servers come to you while inside the theater. While servers coming to me while inside the show isn't a new concept, I've experienced this back home in Milwaukee (for some reason this is rare in Denver...) the difference here is that there's a button and a light! Bingo! It's kind of a pain to try and shout-whisper to servers during a movie so the button and discreet light is a no-brainer. What's not excellent is that the chairs don't recline. We as consumers have come to expect this! And also, the prices running so high for drinks, booooo. Isn't there a way to make money and not charge a ton discouraging purchases due to price? Can't we find a way to all win? Pipe dream, I know. (did you know that the idiom "pipe dream" comes from the hallucinations that people experienced after smoking an opium pipe in the 1870s? The more you know!)

As a Texas gal, I will always have a soft spot for Alamo drafthouse so I'm super happy to see they are here in Colorado! I went on a great date night here. Our server, Casper, was amazing! Super kind and offered great customer service. For food items, we got the margarita pizza and the pretzel. The pizza was alright but the pretzel was delish. We also shared a cold brew boozy shake and that bad boy was TASTY! Pro tip: towards the middle/end of the movie, order three of the warm cookies. It's the best way to end the night!

This location is absolute trash. The workers are on strike and the website says NOTHING about this. There aren't any servers or kitchen staff so there's no point to coming here. Stay away from Alamo. The workers are striking because of layoffs but now they're not getting any business so more layoffs will happen and it's of their own making

I'm sure most of us have been to an Alamo Drafthouse at some point. As someone who didn't have one nearby until I moved to Denver, it's great to have one within walking distance. Alamo has refined the movie going experience for cinephiles. Though it's become a successful chain of theaters around the U.S., it still embraces the attention to detail of a local cinema. Their programming is consistently great, with one offs and special showings in the rotation. Alamo is known for being able to order food and drink from your seat. For a movie theatre, prices aren't the worst and the selection is surprisingly good. Don't expect to be flung from your chair in terms of food gastronomy, but it more than suffices. There are rooms for improvement in terms of logistics. I don't think I've gotten a beer within 15 minutes of ordering it. However, for the most part, orders are usually correct and the employees are nice and respectful of your movie watching experience. This specific location has a full bar, aptly named Barfly. It's nice if you happen to get there a wee bit early and want to grab a drink before the show. The last two movies we saw were Everything Everywhere All At Once and X. Both were fun movies to see in theaters, especially Alamo. For big blockbuster, I definitely suggest going to Westminster for the "big show," which apparently is the largest theatre in the Alamo franchise. Keep seeing movies in theaters, people!

We really enjoy coming here for movies but 6 out of the last 6 times the milkshake machine has been "broken". Not exactly the end of the world but we're disappointed each time.

Milkshakes are never available. Why? Is the machine really broken? If so, why not fix it or take them off the menu.

First off this was a random find and I really like it! Parking was a breeze as it's located In a neighborhood, beers are flowing and sports are blasting! Will definitely come back when in this part of town!

Family of 4 costs $150 all-in so expected a bit more than the typical theatre experience. Food took exactly 75 mins after placing order. Last call came right after so bottomless soda/popcorn was pointless. Food wasn't anything special. Staff was indifferent to us at best. Odd vibes overall. Will likely just go back to the typical theatre where it's half the cost and the food is available immediately. Alamo today is nothing like what it was in its prime.

Coolest movie theater on the planet! Unfortunately closed currently due to further Covid spikes. This spot isn't as new at the Westminster location. But this theater made me fall in love with Alamo. I've since worked at the Westminster location so small bias here. This is the only place I went post lockdown. Alamo doesn't mess around with employee and guest respect. Doing the right thing and following rules in a fun way. Apart from takeout at other spots I actually felt comfortable seeing a film here. They show movies too if you're into that. No issues with social distancing. Sanitizing theaters and seats/tables between guests. All the food was ordered ahead online when you purchase tickets and given to you sealed in to-go containers. Limited contact. Hot and fresh just like the before Covid times. AMAZING! They do themed events. Bring back old films for special edition showings or release anniversaries. Current movies too often with food and drink in relation to the show. Also, a NO TALKING. NO TEXTING POLICY!!! Other theaters say they follow similar rules but at the Alamo it's no joke. So nice to enjoy a film without whispering and phone screens ablaze. Alamo Drafthouse has truly ruined all other movie theater chains/locations for me. Bravo.

Food was mediocre and for our party I got my meal last whereas the rest of my friends had already finished theirs., the pizza was burnt and I had to return it and after approx 20 min we got a new one that was a bit less burnt but at least edible. The fries were the best part of the experience in terms of food. The shake and the salad was pretty good too. However the reason I am giving them 3 stars instead of 2 is due to he awesome deal they have for $19.99 a month for unlimited movies!! I watched wakanda forever and almost all seats are good in this establishment!! Decent ambiance!!

The theater was clean. Liked how far they put people from each other. The small tables do not move which is unfortunate. It makes it hard to eat. The food was ok! I was expecting not good, but it was ok. If you like McDonals or Burger King this works. The fries were good and the popcorn was yummy. The service was a bit slow, but we eventually we were taken care of. Would go again!

Have lived in the neighborhood for 6.5 years and went for the first time last night. I won't be back. Seats were extremely uncomfortable and dirty. Last call was 15 minutes after the movie started! I wanted popcorn like midway through the 2+ hour movie, not 15 minutes in. Such an early time to have last call.

The theaters are nice and comfy that's about all they have to offer these days. The service has been terrible for about 6 months...so much I cancelled my membership because it wasn't worth it anymore. Several times the orders came out wrong....food was really low quality and for what they are charging for simple things it shouldn't be so bad.

One of the best movie theatre experiences you'll ever have. So impressed by Alamo draft house every time I go. I've been here for 3 or 4 movies now. You can purchase and reserve specific seats on their website and order food online as well. Most of the time there are not any issues finding open seating as long as you book a few days in advance. Alamo truly loves films...it's not just a regular theatre. Before you film there is a bar with indoor and outdoor seating as well as live music sometimes. While in the theatre there is exclusive content made by the film staff specifically for Alamo. There are extremely kind and all trained staff that take your order and bring you food and drinks throughout the film. You can get a cup of water for free in a theatre finally!! They have bottomless popcorn for $8 and even pizza and burgers. They really stress being quiet during the film and no phone so that everyone enjoys the experience An incredible place

I avoid this theater due to the general-ness and attitude of the particular group of employees here. It's this specific location where whenever I come in I feel like a burden to the staff and treated like I would at, say, an AMC rather than the other Alamo locations.

Alamo Drafthouse completely ruined my Oppenheimer experience. I've avoided this theater in the past because the seats don't recline like Regal or AMC but my friends convinced me that this was the move since we could order food because the movie was so long. I ordered a pizza from our server Katie right as we sat down. An hour later after my friends and everyone around me was served, I asked the server to check if the pizza was coming up soon. Another pizza-less hour later, Katie came back by and asked if I wanted anything else. I told her the pizza never showed up and she apologized and offered me a free popcorn... To top things off, after the movie I was rewarded with a $65 parking ticket because their parking system is confusing and illogical. So I recommend you avoid this garbage theater and go to one with comfortable seats and a real parking lot.

The movie may or may not be good, but the pre-show is always great. Show up 30 minutes early and have a cocktail while catching up on pop-culture.

Let me be direct. I do not come for the food, though it is solid. Barfly is a more-than-solid bar, and they do a mean sidecar. I do not come for the Cocktails. I mostly come for the movies, but that is not what really draws me to Alamo Draft House. I am drawn here by Justice. People who take phone calls or speak above a whisper in a movie theater are animals. What I loved about alamo was the public shaming of people who repeatedly disrupt a movie. Please, stop the movie! Turn on the lights! Call the cops, if necessary! Please bring back the ruthless ejection of disruptive movie go-ers. That being said I was re-imbursed with a free ticket and shall return

First time coming here with my girlfriend to see Barbie. Parking was a pain, wish I knew they validated with the garage before I went in. Food and drinks were good and surprisingly not very expensive for a movie. Service was quick and silent for us, you wouldn't even know that they were there. I wish the seats could lean back like they do at Hawkins Cine XL, but good chance we'll come back.

I have been going to this theater for years. I have only had 1 issue and the manager on that shift took very good care of us. I will say though, on our last visit, the menu change was... not impressive. They cut a lot of the good things from their menu, added a few "novelty" things like churro popcorn. Service seems to have improved as items come out faster and there isn't a long wait after you light your light (To gain service staff attention during movie).

Different location, same great service! First: the parking situation..... there is a small parking lot in front of the cinema for short term parking (so if your movie is under 2 hours this might work for you). If you keep driving around to the back there is a smaller parking lot with no time restriction, but it is first come first serve. If you happen to miss out on both parking lots there is a parking garage across the street. Second: the bar area is very open and has great lighting! Very friendly service! Great area to relax and wait for your movie! Third: the movie theater's seats have cup holders!! Along with the tables, these seats come with cup holders between each seat. Very convenient if you order a lot of food! Helps with the table space! Fourth: the waiters are always fanatics! So quick and courteous! Over all: not the best parking situation but great bar area and great service!

The ultimate old school movie experience! I wish it wasn't so far from my house because they offer a great movie pass. For $20, you can see one regularly priced movie every day for one month. Wow! Parking was easy to find, but the lot is small and shared with a few other places. By the time we left the matinee around 6 the whole lot was full. I bought my tickets online along with some food to bypass having to order and pay at the theater. What a great option. When I bought the tickets online, I was sent a confirmation email with all my information and surprisingly it said that I could walk right into the theater without showing anyone at the front desk. I thought that was a little weird because how does anyone know if I actually bought tickets or not? I guess they rely on the honor system.. I loved the small theater vibe. There were only about five rows and I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. I also bought tickets to the sensory friendly show, which has quieter sound and is less dark. I'm a big fan as movies can be way too loud, but the sound was perfect and not overbearing on my ears. Not to mention, the dimmed lights in the house prevented me from getting a headache by not working my eyes so hard. You also get a server at every show. Their system is definitely geared towards the movie goer experience. If you want something during the movie all you have to do is write it down on the white piece of paper and place it in the holder so the server can come and pick it up. Easy-peasy. Also thought it was cool that he came by to let us know that there were two end credit scenes. I can't wait to attend a big show, movie brunch and movie party at the Alamo. This experience was unlike any other and proves that you don't need recliners to enjoy a movie at the cinema.

Man listen .... Usually love coming to Alamo .... But sheesh this was the first time that I've gotten bad service from here. Our server Brandon was yelling at us about what we wanted in the theater lol then was standing in front of me as the previews were going ( yes I was trying to watch them). Also told my girlfriend to press the button next time when she was putting the order card in the slot. He didn't give her time to press the " button " he got upset about. Then got our popcorn and it came back ice cold and stale . When our server came around the first time I asked for a refill on the popcorn and he didn't come back til the end of the movie . Movie was dope af and cookies were good but the server was rude , probably didn't like his job, and the managers excuse was it be like that sometimes. The manager said they took off the price of the popcorn ( which is bottomless ) and still charged us 1/10 wouldn't recommend.

I was incorrect in my earlier review! The "4 off" means they validate for four HOURS of parking, not just $4 off!! Thanks, Alamo!!
