San Antonio is so lucky to have a place like Alamo Kitchens in the community. Here events can be held, shared, and people can connect over one thing we all love, food. Coming here gives you the opportunity to support local, rent out an industrial space if you’re in the culinary field at all hours for your business and hosting events. I absolutely love the energy from Tracie and McKenzie and the support they give to the community, they really know how to bring people together. Alamo Kitchens has been so kind and professional to work with. I’m so happy I was able to connect with them through food and art.

We used Alamo Kitchens for a corporate foodservice product training when our team was in town for a conference. The space was great for us, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the Alamo team made this a seamless process!

I have been working with Alamo Kitchen for a while, to make long story short, they are AMAZING Tracie made it so easy for me to the point I felt this is my own space. Her availability is always consistent. She has great problem solving techniques which gave me the room to not decline any catering orders. Basically she is always around when she is needed. Can’t wait to see her upcoming expansion

CANNOT WAIT TO DIG IN! Looks scrumptious and it was so easy to order and pick up. I love that it was boxed up and nothing was dripping down the sides nor pooling in the box. Excellent presentation even in the box. Thank you! UPDATE: We enjoyed the food very much. The turkey was juicy, flavorful and thoroughly roasted. The mashed potatoes were a huge hit with my teen son especially. I made the yams and extra Mac n cheese along with green veggies. Gravy was very yummy too. My cooking time for dinner was considerably decreased and I could enjoy my holiday more since I purchased the bulk of the meal from Alamo Kitchens. Next I’ll try the subscription boxes. 😀

Our Thanksgiving meals were so delicious, all I could do was close my eyes and just savor every bite. The whipped potatoes were like none I’d ever tasted from my kitchen. The sweet potato casserole was amazing (I added pecans 😊), the parmesan green beans were cooked to perfection, the sante fe corn was full of wonderful flavors, the glazed carrots were just down right ridiculously good, and the gravy was seasoned just right. Out 5 turkeys were prepared so well that they didn’t dry out a bit after the warming process. The turkeys were well flavored with seasoning and juicy as ever! Needles to say, the 5 meals for 4 that were ordered were way past 10 stars!!! With so much going on in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving Day, my family and I decided to let someone else do the Thanksgiving meal this year. We knew we wanted to be safe and not gather as we usually do. I was introduced to Alamo Kitchens looking on the internet. I met Tracy by phone and her warm personality and down to earth persona led me to believe that me and my family members would be in good hands. I’m so blessed to have purchased our meals from Alamo Kitchens!! Thanks !!! Danny and Diane Jones

Alamo Kitchens is offering an intimate space with a commercial kitchen and tables that can be separated or put together for a family style meal if you need a space for a group of 30 or less people. In addition, they are just beginning to offer Sunday Suppers, with local chefs serving unique three course meals in the same same space. We will be back!

Loved that they showed up in a mask. COVID19 isn't stopping this kitchen! Great customer service and very friendly staff.

I am a baker at Alamo Kitchens. I just started, but the place is great for me. The owner is still putting things together in there, but things are well on there way and getting better.
