I want to share my experience with Alamo company, it was such a great experience in renting Contract was too easy. The car was so excellent and I exposed through my journey to extend the renting days, and the people were so helpful with me as a car was so comfortable and everything going smoothly without any troubles so I advise people to rent and deal with Alamo company because it is the best one I hope for Alamo more success

I had an amazing experience renting from Alamo, thanks to Rosalie Nunez! From start to finish, she provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. She took the time to explain all the details, answer my questions, and even offered helpful recommendations. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making customers feel valued, and Rosalie truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re renting from Alamo, I highly recommend seeking her out—you won’t be disappointed!

My experience here was impeccable thanks to Rosalie Nunez customers service. She was extremely sweet, very welcoming as soon as I arrived. Everything was smooth sailing with her !! She deserves a raise lol. I will continue to work with Alamo due to amazing experience and I hope to work with Rosalie again.

Worst experience from any rental car company, booked through Priceline and the booking was confirmed. They made us wait 30 mins almost before and then did all the processes. After around one hour of me arriving and processing they say they can’t give me a big car because of my age and note that I booked for a smaller one, rest they said they don’t have any small cars after taking the booking. The staff was clueless and full of attitude. I usually rent with Hertz and they are way better.

I have used Alamo a lot and always been please but the 44th St New York branch is a joke. Took an hour to process our booking after we were sent back to our hotel to get a passport they never said we needed. They refused to accept a photo of it and when I asked why they didn’t tell us we needed it she said lots of people make the same mistake is me and that’s why we put a note on the desk. A bit late having a note on the desk for when you arrive! Staff member was sooooooo slow and a bit clueless and the one that knew what she was doing handed us over to the clueless one so she could serve a local!

Alamo will try to rip you off on every aspect of your rental. Complained about it when I handed the car in and they promised to fix it. They were going to take off one additional driver as it was already paid for with the intermediate and they were going to give a discount because we got a smaller car then booked. Now, one week after hand in, I got the final check and everything is still on. Called customer service and they tell me that they can not help me. Unbelievable.

Don‘t rent here, the manager who acts like a street dog is zero competent to do her job and scams the costumers. Sends aggrements after your rent with way higher prices you first agreed. She always repeats the same sentence to every situation and has never any solution: ,,Sir I‘m not gonna talk back and forth with you“. The same sentence to every other unsatisfied costumer who I saw at this location on saturday. Our problem was thankfully solved trough the central hotline of alamo but nobody should rent at this location because you gonna get scammed. Unprofessional behavior for a company like alamo.

They overbook at this place. Had a prepaid reservation and when I arrived there was no car for me. They wanted to charge me extra for an upgrade. Stay away and take care with this place. Lots of headache!
