Great, clean atmosphere when I walked in the building Food is very flavorful and fresh. I ordered a grilled chicken dish and entrée with white rice and vegetables. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that’s looking for a very fresh and healthy option. Service was very friendly and attentive the young lady at the desk her name was Eleen.

According to the lady on the phone they stable their boxes, my box arrived open with no sauce to a salad. The bag was tightly sealed. When I called all the lady could say is oh it’s probably the door dasher Insists on having stabled the box and added sauce but there’s no stable marks to the box the box is bent with no staple marks.

The wings are drenched in oil as well as the shrimp and fries!! They all taste the same. It tastes like they were all fried together! There is also the same seasoning on everything as well as a hot spice that wasn't disclosed. The quesadilla was very oily with little chicken and alot of veggies. Let's not forget the rude customer service! We called to ask a question and she was rude! She specifically said to write in the remarks what I want and they disregarded the request. Even though they said to write it there and it was printed on the receipt. Very misleading place!!

I ordered delivery with door dash, by the time it got to me, was really hot and perfectly prepared. The onion rings were fluffy and crispy simultaneously. The burger tasted like it came off the grill at the family BBQ. Tomato was thick and delicious.the poppers make arbys look like marble, they were massive and amazing. The shawarma was excellent too. Will be back to taste more. Keep up the great work👍👍

My boneless wings and fries were great and I enjoyed the music in the place as well. Wally helped me choose from all the options and took good care of me during my visit. I will definitely be back!

The food was amazing. Doha was really nice and supper patient she recommend us a couple subs that fit what we liked and that’s hard coming from a picky eater

I had a great experience at alanos thanks to "Eleen" She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her warm personality and professionalism truly made the visit memorable. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had she’s a real asset to the team

I reaaally want to like this place... The people seem friendly and accommodating. However I really cannot deny the fact that there was a 2CM piece of plastic in my wrap....there's different ingredients within the wrap therefore I truthfully don't know how much of the plastic I've truly eaten as by the time I realize, half-way through, I notice a piece of food was not reducing in my mouth, I take it out to examine. Initially thought it was cartilage—indeed it was an a thin piece of folded plastic that was partially seared, meaning it has been melted into the food as well. More food was ordered and found strange wood/grains within each bite, it was like tiny shards of wood chippings, maybe wooden spoon was used during cooking? It was cooked so slightly chewy but still hard as opposed to the rest of the soft ingredients. Soft texture reminded me of fish bones. We ended up throwing everything away as it was takeout. I am very disappointed as I am very fond of their food, service, and location. ***PLEASE chew carefully and thoroughly to avoid ingesting bowel disturbances****
