⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Would give 100 stars if I could!) An unforgettable dining experience! Alba Restaurant in Doha completely exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding, every dish perfectly crafted and full of flavor. The service was exceptional: warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The atmosphere is stunning yet comfortable, with beautiful attention to detail in every corner. We were even given a small tour of the restaurant, which made the evening feel extra special. Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Alba deserves all the stars! 🌟🍽️

From start to finish, our evening was absolutely perfect, a true fine dining experience made memorable by two outstanding individuals Chef Cristhian Serraino and our wonderful server, Rachintha. Chef Serraino’s culinary artistry is beyond compare. The highlight of our meal was without question the Wagyu beef, the best we have ever tasted. It was flawlessly prepared, unbelievably tender, and full of rich, deep flavor. Every bite was pure perfection and a testament to the chef’s exceptional talent and dedication to quality. Equally impressive was the service. Rachintha was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening. He struck the perfect balance between being present when needed and giving us space to enjoy the meal. His warm demeanor and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. An amazing evening at Alba. the food was absolutely exquisited! The Chef, Cristian, put flavours together that were incredible. My favourite dish was the cut in half rigatoni with a burata pesto sauce.It had a much more perfect name but that is really very I remember it. Service fantastic! Higher our waiter didn't miss a beat! Attentive and extremely friendly, a perfect combo for this Michelin restaurant. BRAVO ALBA!

Ola was assigned to our table, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food and ambiance were outstanding, but what truly elevated the evening was the impeccable service. A special thank you to Ola for making our visit unforgettable, his product knowledge, grace, and utmost professionalism set a new standard. Absolutely recommend this place; worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had an incredible 7-course chef’s table at Alba. Every dish was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. Chef Christian’s attention to detail and passion for his craft really stood out. A hidden Italian gem in Doha. One of the tastiest Italian restaurants in Doha and easily my personal favorite. The flavors are truly unique and each dish beautifully presented with a creative touch that clearly reflects the passion of a talented chef. Service was top-notch. Our waiter Rachintha ensured that we were well taken care of throughout the evening & Mr. Anderson the manager was warm and welcoming adding the personal touch to the hospitality. The ambience was just as impressive as the food, beautifully designed space with a creative & stylish interior that added to the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving a unique Italian experience in Doha!

Our visit to Alba by Raffles was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hostess welcomed us warmly and led us to an incredibly comfortable couch, setting the tone for a relaxed yet elegant evening. The service was impeccable every staff member looked so professional and remained attentive throughout our dinner. Special mention to Ola, who not only made us feel at home but also brought a fun, memorable touch when he pulled out the massive grater tableside. The food, recommended by the service team, was absolutely stunning each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Kudos to the talented chefs for creating such remarkable plates. Even the stylish uniforms caught our attention, adding an extra layer of sophistication to the whole experience. My boyfriend and I left very happy, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning.
