We visited in April 25 and then again today (Feb 14th 26). The food was superior in taste and beautifully presented. The 5 course menu for Valentine’s Day was stunning with a mix of complex and simple flavours combined spectacularly. Service from entering to exiting was absolutely brilliant. Nour’s welcome made us feel like it was the 100th time we had visited. The service throughout was lovely (thanks Ola and Hasitha) and the petals on the table must have been a small fortune. What topped it off was a chat with Chef Cristhian Serraino and some of his team. What he’s accomplished in his first 9 months at Alba is out of this world and we cannot wait to visit again to see where he takes it next. Finally - their flexibility with the menu to support a more simplistic pasta dish for our daughters main made it more special, not because of the simple dish, but the fact they were willing to do it, which it always the case. Alba is certainly one of our favourites for our world travels and we will come again the next time we visit Doha. The second finally in this is a thank you to the whole team for the overall experience. The tour of the wine cellar to welcoming us into the kitchen to see Cristhian. We only came in briefly to say hello, but even in the middle of service he gave us his attention while continuing to send out beautiful dishes. It really summed up how amazing this place is. Our 12 year old now feels like a “real celeb”! Thanks again Alba - you fully deserve the Michelin Star

Our dining experience was amazing. The food is delicious and the service is marvelous. Hichem was taking care of us really well and professionally. Our favorites were red prawn Risotto and Black truffle pasta. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for those looking for perfect fine dining. They also surprised my partner with delightful Birthday cake.

A Michelin Guide–listed Italian restaurant located inside Raffles Hotel Doha. The interior is beautifully designed in white, which makes the colorful sofas and cushions really stand out. There’s even a Romeo & Juliet style seating area, which is a lovely touch. The orange background behind the bar counter perfectly reflects the name ALBA and the many decorative items displayed throughout the space were also very impressive. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was delicate, comforting, and clearly made with great care by the chef Enrico Crippa. They kindly served us several desserts, and the white chocolate coconut dessert was especially memorable filled with plenty of dried coconut, it felt truly indulgent. What stood out to me the most was the vinegar selection. The pomegranate vinegar had been aged for 11 years and had a mild acidity with a naturally sweet flavor. They even have a special storage room just for vinegar, which really shows how much attention to detail ALBA has. All the staff were professional and attentive. Mr. Ola was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes, and it was a pleasure talking with him. I would definitely love to visit again if I have the chance.

My partner and I booked the private dining balcony for our farewell dinner, as I will be away for work over my partner’s birthday, and it turned out to be an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled beautifully. We were given a tour of the restaurant before being escorted up a rose-petal-lined spiral staircase to our private balcony. The table, floor and benches were all covered in rose petals, with a bouquet of 18 red roses waiting for us. The balcony overlooks the restaurant and was genuinely stunning. It was a very special and intimate setting. The restaurant supervisor greeted us at the table, presented the menu, and offered water and a welcome drink. The menu was a four-course set with three to four options per course. Unfortunately, the wild sea bass was unavailable and was substituted with monkfish. After ordering, the waiter returned to let us know one of the entrée options was also no longer available, which was a little disappointing. He also was not familiar with the remaining dishes and had already taken the menus away, although thankfully I had taken a photo for reference. That said, the food itself was excellent. The entrées were delicious and very generous. The pasta course was great. The mains were solid and well cooked. Dessert was lovely. As a complete surprise, they then brought out a birthday cake for my partner, which we were not expecting at all and which was a really thoughtful and touching gesture. To finish the night, the second server who looked after us, who had recently moved to Doha from Morocco, kindly gave us a tour of the cellar, which was a great way to end the evening. The service throughout the night was exceptional. All in all, this was outstanding value for money. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were exemplary. It is a perfect place to celebrate something special with someone you love. Highly recommended.

It was the best dining experience in Doha, Qatar. From the lovely welcoming until the sweet finale, everything was perfect. The Alba team is very friendly and hospitable. They make you feel yourself special. Our favorites were Bottoni Al Funghi, lamb shoulder with pumpkin puree and definitely their amuse bouche selections. All the ingredients is very high quality and delicious. Special thanks to Chef Cristhian, Chef Dilara and Chef Emin.

Great dining experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and full of refined flavors worthy of its Michelin star. Excellent service and an elegant atmosphere made it truly memorable. Highly recommended.

If A+ Italian food plus luxury had a baby.. Alba is the name. I can't find any flaws from it. From appetizer to dessert it was flawless. The ambiance exudes perfection as well plus I get to see the romeo and juliet balcony. Every dish was perfectly curated. On the price note, sure it is on the higher side but believe me it's worth it

This was our 1st visit to Alba and we are already planning our next. Food was beautifully prepared and presented. We ordered several dishes to share and almost all of them had that “wow factor”. The weakest dish for us was the lobster, it was nicely cooked but it didn’t blow us away as much as the other dishes. Ola was our waiter and he couldn’t have been nicer. He was very attentive. Special mention for the bar staff also, the Tiramisu Punch was exquisite.
